Abstract

Nowadays there are lots of Network Monitoring System (NMS) software that are reliable and easy to use, such as CiscoWork, HP-OpenView, and IBM-Tivoli. It is just that the software is quite expensive, because it has classified as a commercial product. Fortunately, availability of NMS products is not limited to commercial, but also many other alternatives, namely products that classified as Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). Unfortunately, most of these FOSS products are not only difficult to implementation both in term of installation and configuration, but also limitations in the number of nodes and types of monitored, including network devices, servers, and applications. The method of selecting FOSS-based NMS software based on the Oyku Alanbay and ISO 7498-4 research methods through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach using the Expert Choice tool. Among GroundWork, Hyperic, Nagios, OpenNMS, and Zenoss, based on the results of this study put Nagios as a fair reliable software for monitoring networks, servers, and applications.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of creating a broad business network awakens companies to make alliances with each other. One of the benefits of developing this network is to make the company more well-known so that the greater the number of partners, the greater the opportunity to enlarge the business. One of these strategies can be done with website development. However, most of these websites do not meet the expectations of interested parties, especially users. This study was conducted to evaluate the usability aspect of a website using the cognitive walkthrough method by involving its users. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze what problems are faced by users when using the website that is the research sample and provide recommendations for improving the website interface. The results of this test show that there are still many problems that users encounter when using the sample website on the freelance, partnership, and internship menus.

Abstract

Penilaian angka kredit dosen untuk kenaikan pangkat jabatan fungsional di Kopertais Wilayah 1 DKI Jakarta selama ini dilakukan dengan cara manual. Cara penilaian konvensional tersebut tentu saja sangat tidak efektif dan efisien. Para dosen yang berada di bawah binaan Kopertais sebanyak 299 yang tersebar pada 58 Perguruan Tinggi Kelembagan Islam Swasata (PTKIS) sangat kesulitan membawa dokumen yang dipersyaratkan serta letak kantor Kopertais yang relatif jauh. Selain itu staf kepegawaian dan assessor juga kesulitan menilai semua dokumen yang seringkali tidak tertata dengan rapih. Pembuatan sistem informasi penilaian angka kredit secara online ini diharapan dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metodologi dalam pembangunan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan bahasa pemerograman PHP dan PostgreSQL sebagai basis data. Sementara framework PHP yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Adapun pengujian perangkat lunak ini menggunakan metode Black Box. Hasil akhir implementasi sistem ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional sistem.

Abstract

Implementation of BKD Report Software Development (Case Study of BKD Online Kopertais Region I DKI Jakarta). In the era of information technology advancement today, there are almost no institutions or organizations that do not involve information technology in order to improve the quality of management services for these institutions. The BKD (Lecturer Performance Performance) report so far, which is coordinated by Kopertais 1 DKI Jakarta Region has not been fully optimal and efficient, because it is still managed manually. Therefore, in early 2018, the BKD Report for the Jul-Dec Period 2017, Kopertais 1 DKI Jakarta Region implemented BKD Report assessment policy by online. This application was built using PHP programming language and PostgreSQL database with Laravel framework. The implementation of this policy is not only intended to make the BKD Report more organized, optimal and efficient, it is also expected that all PTKIS lecturers under Kopertais 1 DKI Jakarta Region will eventually be able to take advantage of information technology progress in order to develop scientific quality in accordance with their fields of science.

Abstract

In recent years, database technology has improved significantly, and database management systems have gained widespread adoption. As a result, the volume of data saved across numerous databases has increased exponentially. However, the vast majority of information is hidden beneath this mountain of data. The goal of this study is to get a comprehensive understanding of the decision information system employed in the Internet of Things for intelligent manufacturing data processing. The proposed Decision support system (DSS) information processing is accomplished through the use of an IoT-based intelligent manufacturing data mining model. Numerous DM algorithms that are frequently encountered are analyzed, including the ARS and Apriori Algorithm (AA). The Decision Tree data mining algorithm is investigated, as is the generation of several Decision Trees and the pruning algorithm for digital twins. The findings demonstrate that data mining technology is capable of analyzing statistical data from a variety of angles and perspectives by modeling, classifying, and grouping large amounts of data as well as discovering correlations between them. Additionally, statistical work involves the calculation of data and the use of their correlations to aid in decision analysis. The proposed theoretical framework demonstrates how DSS-integrated components can work cooperatively in Intelligent Manufacturing to define a stable data flow within the Internet of Things. Particular emphasis is placed on conceptualizing the decision support system's integrated performance.
