Abstract

This study aims to build a conceptual framework for previous research. This research is related to High School Institutions (HSI) readiness and usability that provides Information Technology Governance Trust (ITGT). The findings based on the literature review provide the initial construction and subsequently become a model conceptual framework. The comparison results with previous research indicate an influence between readiness and usability to user trust when implementing Information Technology Governance (ITG.) in an institution. The impact was identified through past literature, namely assessing the relationship between the Readiness Domain and the Usability Domain towards ITG. By testing high school institutional users (HSI), a trust will be through testing to develop a framework model research.

Abstract

Abstract— COVID-19 virus is a virus that attacks the respiratory system which has become a pandemic, because it has spread to various countries and the world. Of course, this impact has brought difficulties in various sectors of human life. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a computer system designed to follow human actions and thought patterns, so that they can have intelligence like humans. The presence of Artificial intelligence as a technology is able to play a role in producing innovations that are useful in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic for human life. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use artificial intelligence in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a literature study method. The results of this study are that artificial intelligence can be used in dealing with COVID-19 to help overcome problems that exist in various fields of human life.

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) adalah suatu Lembaga Pemerintahan Non Kementrian yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden, lembaga ini memiliki tugas untuk melakukan kegiatan statistik yang ada di Indonesia. Sebagai lembaga yang memiliki tugas untuk menyediakan data statistic di Indonesia maka Badan Pusat Statistik membuat website untuk memberikan informasi dan berita terkait dengan kegiatan statistik yang ada di Indonesia. Setiap website termasuk website pemerintahan harus memiliki kualitas yang baik agar mudah untuk digunakan oleh pengguna. Untuk menguji kualitas website tersebut maka dilakukan evaluasi website dengan menggunakan metode pengujian usability website dengan mengobservasi pengguna dengan metode observasi, dilanjutkan dengan metode Think Out Loud, serta ditambahkan dengan kuesioner Nielsen’s Attributes of Usability (NAU). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode observasi website Badan Pusat Statistik berada pada tingkat ke-3 dari 5 skala atau Cukup, lalu dengan metode Think Out Loud mayoritas reaksi responden adalah positif, serta pengujian dengan kuesioner NAU dapat disimpulkan bahwa website Badan Pusat Statistik Cukup dalam memenuhi kelima kategori usability menurut Nielsen Model

Abstract

Pengembangan produk perangkat lunak merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi organisasi untuk menghasilkan layanan produk digital yang berdampak pada digitalisasi proses pengembangannya. Banyak organisasi sistem informasi di Indonesia menghadapi tujuan itu dan berusaha mengevaluasi proses pengembangan perangkat lunak (PPL) dibuktikan dengan pembahasan penelitian tentang topik tingkat kematangan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu organisasi perusahaan telekomunikasi Indonesia sebagai penyedia produk digital. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kematangan proses PPL saat ini sebagai titik awal peningkatan proses pengembangan organisasi untuk menghasilkan kualitas produk terbaik tanpa cacat. Organisasi perlu menilai dan mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan dalam meningkatkan dan kualitas produk serta analisis kematangan dapat digunakan untuk mengungkap kelemahan proses. Hasilnya, organisasi saat ini pada maturity level 2 (ML2) atau Managed, sedangkan untuk ML3 belum terpenuhi semua process area dengan pendekatan CMMI Roadmaps sebagai langkah berikutnya untuk mencapai maturity level 3 (ML3). Beberapa rekomendasi juga diusulkan untuk meningkatkan sisa process area yang belum memenuhi specific process.

Abstract

The success of implementing an Information System (IS) depends on how the system is run by its users. User readiness plays an essential role in ensuring the successful implementation of new technology or system. To improve the quality of health services, the South Tangerang City Health Center has implemented the Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS), but it is not following its objectives. The implementation of SIMPUS further hampers the smooth running of health services and the performance of the Puskesmas. This study aims to understand the level of user acceptance of SIMPUS implementation and explore the factors that influence it. The study used the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) and qualitative methods to explore data that could not be obtained from quantitative research by collecting interview data and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results show that the Technology Readiness Index factor influences the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model. Perceived usefulness significantly affects the intention to use SIMPUS to encourage acceptance of SIMPUS implementation. In contrast, insecurity does not affect perceived usefulness in SIMPUS use because users have not optimally used SIMPUS

Abstract

Kafila International Islamic School adalah sebuah pesantren yang mempunyai prestasi tinggi di tiap perlombaan dan nilai Ujian Nasional. Perekrutan siswa baru masih menggunakan metode lama, yaitu pemberkasan manual yang kemudian discan dan disimpan digital. Menggunakan cara tersebut untuk proses seleksi akan membutuhkan banyak sekali sumber daya baik manusia maupun alat. Dengan proes pendaftaran siswa baru saat ini yang masih manual membuat pekerjaan tidak efisien dan cenderung melakukan kesalahan karena ketidaktelitian pada pemberkasan. Ketidaktelitian tersebut menyebabkan beberapa kesalahan fatal, yaitu proses penerimaan siswa baru yang tidak efisien hingga hilangnya berkas siswa. Untuk menanggulangi itu, perlu sebuah sistem yang menangani pendaftran siswa baru, mulai dari data siswa, biografi siswa, hingga dokumen-dokumen siswa di sekolah. Maka dari itu, penulis membuat analisis dan perancangan Aplikasi  Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Siswa Baru (PSB) Berbasis Web dengan menggunakan Pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai Bahasa pemodelannya. Dengan adanya Racangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran ini, semoga dapat memberikan efisiensi waktu dan proses pendaftaran yang lebih rapih dan terdokumentasi.

Abstract

The fact is that issues related to change, complexity and uncertainty have had a significant impact on the world of higher education, including official college. This implies the importance of the ability to survive, adapt and compete from the college in line with the dynamics of current developments. Regardless of the various problems, it has been proven that the official colleges are a national asset that has an important and strategic role in the development of human resources in Indonesia. The purpose of this descriptive paper was to explain the urgency of implementing quality assurance among the official colleges through accreditation. Descriptive analysis was carried out based on studies and related laws and regulations. This paper showed that accreditation is important because it is related to aspects of quality assurance, legitimacy and credibility, international recognition, access to public and private funds, transfer and acceptance opportunities, and improving quality and accountability. The use of reference materials, techniques and depth of descriptive analysis may certainly be different from other similar studies. However, this paper may be one of reference materials for stakeholders, especially in addressing the need to accelerate the quality assurance efforts of official college through accreditation.

Abstract

YouTube merupakan sebuah platform berbagi video buatan Google yang berbasis online, yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk menonton, mengunggah, menyukai, berbagi, atau mengomentari video. Penelitian ini menunjuk pada kegunaan YouTube dari sudut pandang pengguna. Dengan menggunakan skala kegunaan sistem (SUS), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa baik nilai kegunaan YouTube dengan menggunakan pengukuran kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat dengan Google Forms dan dibagikan kepada 40 responden. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, hasil akhir menunjukkan nilai rata-rata nilai akhir SUS sebesar 87.6 dengan nilai “A” dan label “Bagus sekali”. Hal ini diharapkan bisa membuat pengembang aplikasi YouTube agar bisa menjaga kualitas aplikasi ini, seraya terus berinovasi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the acceptance model of information technology security among religious higher education institutions in Indonesia, especially focusing on lecturers or lecturers. This study adopts the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model with the addition of additional variables, namely security, privacy, and trust. As reflected in various studies of information systems (IS), many IS models are developed by adopting, combining, and adapting previous models. The researcher in this study developed his model based on input-process-output logic as well as processional and causal models of the information systems (IS) success model. The resulting model has a structure with ten variables and 43 indicators. The relationship between variables is explained through 19 influence links. In addition, in the implementation of the study, the authors break down the model into more detailed assessment instrument levels. Although this model development study may have limitations related to the assumptions used and the researcher's understanding, it has the potential to make a theoretical contribution in terms of the proposition of the new model. In addition, it is important to consider transparency in the development of proposed models and data collection instruments presented as practical points for further research in the context of religious higher education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study reports on the incorporation of technology readiness models in information system (IS) success models in the context of assessing readiness factors and the success of information system integration in the equestrian sports industry in Indonesia. As found in several information systems studies, many IS models are developed by adopting, combining, and adapting previous models. Researchers developed this model based on input-process-output logic and processional and causal models of information system success models. The developed model is structured by involving 12 variables and 62 indicators. The path of influence between variables is described by 30 links. In the research implementation stage, the model is also broken down into more detailed assessment instruments. Although these model development studies may have limitations on the assumptions used and the researchers' understanding, they can make theoretical contributions, particularly in terms of proposed new models. In addition, transparency in model development, proposed models, and data collection instruments may also be a practical consideration for advanced research in the context of readiness and successful implementation of information systems in the equestrian sports industry in Indonesia
