Abstract

This research aims to providing services that benefit customers. The purpose of this study was to examine customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously the role of customer service at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Samarinda Branch Office 1. Instruments for collecting data in the form of questionnaires measured by Likert Scale.The sample in this study was 350 customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Samarinda Branch Office 1 which was carried out randomly using probability sampling techniques. The data analysis method was tested with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) which included validity, reliability testing, simple regression analysis hypothesis testing via t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). This study consists of two hypotheses and the results of two hypotheses show that the role of Customer Service (X) has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kebangkrutan yang terjadi pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z”-Score modifikasi. Objek penelitian merupakan perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek, maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode Altman Z”-Score Modifikasi (1995) dengan persamaan Z” = 6,56X1 + 3,26X2 + 6,72X3 + 1,05X4. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel independen yaitu Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earning to Total Asset (X2), Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset (X3), Book Value of Equty to Total Liability (X4). Adapun variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Z” dimana Z” = 6,56X1 + 3,26X2 + 6,72X3 + 1,05X4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan untuk ketiga perusahaan yang diteliti selama tahun 2013–2017 menunjukkan penurunan kondisi keuangan. PT Perdana Karya Perkasa, Tbk dan PT Golden Eagle Energy, Tbk untuk tahun 2013 berada pada kriteria sehat dengan Score lebih dari 2,6. Untuk 2014 berada pada kriteria grey area. Pada tahun 2015–2017 kondisi keuangan kedua perusahaan tersebut terus menurun dan mengalami potensi kebangkrutan dengan score dibawah 1,1. Sedangkan kondisi keuangan yang terparah dialami oleh PT Atlas Resource dari tahun 2013–2017 berada pada kriteria yang berpotensi kebangkrutan karena memiliki score yang kurang dari 1,1. Jadi kinerja dari ketiga perusahaan tersebut diketahui secara terus menerus mengalami penurunan selama periode tahun 2013-2017.

Abstract

AbstractThe Effect of Ease of Use, Risk, Security, and Service Features on Public Interest in Using OVO in Samarinda City. Thesis for the Department of Accounting, Finance and Banking Study Program, under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Sudarlan, SE, MT as the first supervisor and Zulfikar, S.E, M.SA (Humbis) as a second guide. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in This study uses the technique of distributing questionnaires, observation, and literature. The sample in this study were 250 respondents. Data analysis techniques to be used used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linear Regression Test Multiple, t test, f test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and use IBM SPSS Version 19 software. The results of this study partially variable Ease of Use, Risk, Security, and Service Features Against Public Interest in Using OVO in Samarinda City., seen from Tcount < T table (-0483 < 1.969) and sig value of 0.629 < 0.05, partially the risk variable has a significant positive effect on Community Interest using the OVO application in Samarinda City, seen from Tcount > T table (4.648 > 1.969) and the sig value of 0.000 > 0.05, partially the security variable has no negative effect and not significant to Community Interest in Using OVO in Samarinda City, seen from Tcount < T table (-0.322 < 1.969) and sig value of 0.748 < 0.05, partially service feature variables have no significant negative effect on Community interest in using Ovo applications in the City Samarinda, seen from Tcount > Ttable (2,069 > 1,985) and the sig value of 0.041 > 0.05, simultaneously the convenience variable p use, risk, security and service features on public interest in using the OVO application in Samarinda City as seen from Fcount > Ftable (5,812 > 4,383) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the relationship between training, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance at PT BPD Kaltimtara Main Branch Office, Samarinda City. This study uses quantitative data in the form of values or scores for the answers given by respondents to the statements in the questionnaire. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire technique, which was measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test, and R2 test, which were tested with the help of Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS Ver. 25). The number of research samples is 100. The results showed that training, work experience, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, training, work experience, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
