Abstract

Tarsier (Tarsius sp.) are alboreal species which life on the trees. The vegetation is one of the important biotic factors for the wild animal as a place for food, nesting places and shelter from extrim weather and hide from predators. The study aims were to determine the spesies composition and association of vegetation of tarsius (Tarsius sp.) habitat in Kamarora village. Research methods using multiple plots placed by purposive sampling at tarsier habitat. The results showed that the species composition at all levels of the growth obtained thirty two plant species. Based on the analysis of Chi-square (X2) between species at each level of the growth (seedlings, saplings, pole and tree) obtained that twenty four plant significantly associated tangible and four plant species were associated very significant. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implemetasi Kebijakan Sekolah Dasar Rujukan di SDN IBantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Setting Penelitiandilakukan di SDN I Bantul. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah Ka.Bid. Sekolah Dasar Disdikpora, Kepala SekolahSDN I Bantul, lima Pendidik, dua Tim Pengembang Kurikulum dan dua Tim Ekstrakurikuler. TeknikPengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan datamenggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian sebagi berikut: Implementasi KebijakanSekolah Dasar Rujukan dengan tiga program yaitu program peningkatan mutu pendidikan, sarpras, sertakapasitas guru dan kepala sekolah. Tujuan implementasi kebijakan sekolah dasar rujukan yaitu untukmendiseminasikan hasil kinerja terbaik sekolah. Pendiseminasian hasil kinerja terbaik sekolah ke sekolahlain dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Dasar Rujukan di SD Negeri I Bantul yaitu dengan diadakannyadiklat dan mengundang perwakilan guru di Tingkat Gugus I Kecamatan Bantul, meminjamkan file yangmendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan disekolah serta guru SD Negeri I Bantul menjadi narasumber diKurikulum 2013. Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambatnya yaitu adanya sumber daya, jumlah kelas sesuaidengan animo siswa, serta penghambatnya kurang maksimal lahan sekolah untuk pembelajaran olahraga danfasilitas yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru yang merangkap sebagai guruekstrakurikuler.Kata kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Kebijakan Sekolah Dasar Rujukan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by service leadership, higher education culture, commitment, knowledge sharing performance at the North Sumatra Polytechnic. This research was conducted at the Region I Polytechnic of North Sumatra. The aim of this research is to analyze and study descriptively and verifiably the influence of service leadership, higher education culture, and lecturer commitment to the dissemination of knowledge and empowerment on lecturer performance. The research method used is a quantitative method carried out descriptively and verified. The sampling technique was carried out using proportional stratified random sampling. Data sources from primary and secondary data through observation and distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SEM. Verifiable research results show that service leadership, higher education culture, and commitment have a positive and significant effect on the dissemination of knowledge.

Abstract

The existence of traditional arts has become increasingly threatened by the rapid development of globalisation and the dominance of popular culture, which has significantly influenced the cultural preferences of younger generations. Numerous studies indicate that Indonesian students tend to show greater interest in foreign cultures than in their own local traditions. This condition highlights the urgent need for systematic and sustainable efforts to preserve traditional arts, particularly through the strategic role of educational institutions. SMP Negeri 4 Kalibagor has developed karawitan (traditional Javanese gamelan music) as a core element of its institutional identity and as a strategic instrument for achieving excellence as a school rooted in local wisdom. This study aims to describe and analyse the strategic management of karawitan-based school development in realising an excellent junior secondary school. Employing a qualitative approach, this field research collected primary data through in-depth interviews, supported by secondary data obtained from observation and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, while data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that SMP Negeri 4 Kalibagor has positioned karawitan as a strategic school policy, having carefully considered conducive internal and external environmental conditions. The development of karawitan is implemented systematically through strategic management stages, including the formulation of vision and mission, internal and external environmental analysis, determination of strategic objectives, strategy formulation and implementation, policy and target setting, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. This strategic policy not only serves as a concrete effort to preserve local cultural heritage but also functions as a means of building the school’s competitive advantage at the basic education level, thereby contributing to the advancement of strategic management studies in education grounded in local wisdom.
