Abstract

Boarding school as an educational institution to do various things, one of them in moral education. In Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo example of moral education is, all young students who are required to kiss the hands of older, in addition to the students if paying respect to the cleric, said district, class, name. In addition to moral educated, well educated independence. Independence in question is not spoiled the students are educated, competent, and can be in any field or ready to take life in the community. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis included data reduction, data display, and verifying conclusion. Test the validity of the Data through an extension of the participation, persistence observers and triangulation. The study resulted in Conclusions: 1) moral education of students through formal and informal education in PP-UW, a form of education more priority to physical education than the education of the soul first. Phase-stage is done by coercion roommates Gradually no longer feels forced. 2) Education independence of students through formal and informal education in PP-UW Dare to Compete audiences teach students how to conduct interaction and not depend on others, Teaches pious charity so that students are not saturated, self-contained and ready to face the future in public life. 3) The factors supporting and morals of students items, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors that students have the will to be educated character, each input students are different, and so on. The external factor is the existence of subjects Quran, teachers at school, the school environment that is outside and figures that play a role. 4) Factors supporting and independence of students: (a) the pattern of parenting. (B) The system of life-UW School MA. (C) System of life in the hut.

Abstract

The importance of the teacher's role above and participating in the successful achievement of educational goals, this happens very relevant in moral development is very important for the formation of student attitudes and behavior, in order to become good and moral students because the formation of high morals is the main goal of Islamic education as well as being a guide to live a life according to Islamic teachings. The purpose of this study is to describe the teacher's role in the formation of students' morals at SMP Negeri 2 Diwek. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the morals of students at SMP Negeri 2 Diwek were good, friendly, and polite. However, there are still those whose morals need to be addressed, such as respecting, obedient, polite, courteous, and shaking hands when they meet. The goal is for students to have an attitude of tolerance for fellow human beings. the application of student morals to teachers is very important, namely respecting teachers, obeying teachers and applying 5S and having character to fellow friends such as helping each other, caring and loving, respecting friends' opinions, and greeting each other at SMP Negeri 2 Diwek, focused on four roles, namely: As educator, mentor, motivator and evaluator in moral formation by holding religious activities, namely dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading the Qur'an, Istiqosah, and commemorating Islamic holidays, as well as the methods used in the formation of students' morals, namely the story method, example, habituation and demonstration.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are. To describe the performance of the OSIS at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban, Jombang. To describe organizational management in improving OSIS performance at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. In order to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving OSIS performance at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive. The results of the study showed that: the performance of the student council at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang has increased compared to before seen from the enthusiastic participation of student council students in carrying out student council activities. But there are still some student council students who are lazy to participate in student council activities. Organizational management can be seen clearly from the organizational structure, where the OSIS administrators already have their respective duties and responsibilities. Through the management of this organization, they receive guidance and direction from the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Student Affairs, and OSIS Advisors. The supporting factors are teachers, parents, budget, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of experience in organizing, the osis administrators do not understand work and peers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the disease of COVID-19 in Jepara district and to explain how the implementation of the study by Tafsir Amaly manages the stress of the community in Tigajuru Village and Welahan Village of Jepara District. The research methods used in this research are qualitative research methods and quantitative descriptive design techniques. Data collection in this study is done in three ways: interview, observation and documentation. Research results: (1) The impact of COVID-19 in Jepara district: a. The effect of economic change: income is decreasing and cannot work. b. The impact of psychological change: anxiety and stress (stress). (2) Implementation of the Amaly Tafsir Study in dealing with the stress of the community in Tigajuru and Welahan villages: (a) Planning: The research activities of Amaly Denagn pay attention to the time and methods or studies that will be used. (b) The implementation: (1) Tigajuro village: using general methods to interpret Amaly in general. (2) Welahan village: Special methods (Tababbur methods): understand, live, and think about every word and every verse of the Qur'an. (c) Evaluation: (1) The condition of the citizens who became more calm and more enthusiastic to do daily activities after the appointment of the Amaly Tafsir study (2) The request of citizens to be appointed to an amaly tafsir study once a week.
