The problem to be answered in this paper is the relationship between the use of visual media and the learning achievement of PAI students at SDN Kedung Waringin 02, Bojong Gede Bogor. The writing uses descriptive quantitative research in the correlation approach (correlational research). Correlation research is research conducted to find out whether there is a relationship and if there is, how close the relationship is and whether or not the relationship is meaningful. The main purpose of this research is to find out how much the implementation of the relationship between the use of visual media and student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The writing concludes that the rxy is 0.291, the figure is in the range of 0.20 – 0.39. This means that the X variable to the Y variable has a low or weak positive correlation. The coefficient of determination (determination) is 8.46%. This shows that the relationship between the use of learning media and student learning outcomes with KD 8.46%, while the remaining KD of 91.54% student learning outcomes are influenced by other factors such as the home or family environment and the community environment or living situation, and other factors not analyzed. tcount < ttable, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected because tcount (840) > ttable (1.970). From the calculation results above, it can be seen that ttcount is smaller than ttable, meaning Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, so the hypothesis that the author proposes cannot be accepted. Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers not only improve teacher performance, the process of implementing teaching in the classroom also plays an important role for the success of student learning. Teachers are required to present material that makes students active. teachers can master, understand and try to be skilled and creative in conducting questions and answers with students, to relevant agencies as education providers there are conducive facilities and infrastructure so that the teaching and learning process will take place well and effectively.

The purpose of this research is to identify whether there is an increase in economic learning achievement in class VIII SMP N 2 Kartasura in the use of the STAD (student teams achievement division) procedure. This type of research is experimental research that intends to equate something as a result of certain treatments. The population in this research is all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura for the academic year 2019/2020 which consists of 6 classes with a total of 240 students. On the other hand, the illustration in this research is 1 class (40 students) taken using the Simple Random Sampling method. The required information is obtained through the provision of explanatory tests. The test questions to be used were tested for validity and reliability. Besides that, documentation procedures are used to clarify information. The method of analysis uses normality test, homogeneity test, and makes hypothesis testing with mean difference test (t test). From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: STAD cooperative education can improve student achievement in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura in the 2009/2010 academic year. before the experiment (66, 675) or there is a difference of 14, 4. Performance measurement is a process of assessing the progress of work against the goals and objectives predetermined, performance measurement used to assess the achievements manajaer and units of the organization he leads. the concept of managing public sector organizations based on three main elements, namely: economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This study will analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely the Participation Effect budget and organizational commitment to managerial performance in Islamic hospital Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Results showed partial (according t test) effect on theorganizational commitmen with budgetary participation as moderating variable of managerial performance. Then according to the results of t test, the partial effect on the organization's commitment managerial performance in performing their tasks and responsibilities. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities as a manager, it takes a strong commitment to the organization. Test results F illustrates that the simultaneous participation of the budget and organizational commitment jointly influence on managerial performance. R Square Test results showed R2 values shown in the table amounted to 0.690 means that the variable budgetary participation and organizational commitment, able to explain 69.0% of these variations on managerial performance variable (Y). Public awareness of the environment is still lacking so that a lot of waste pollutes the environment, one of which is plastic waste. Plastic waste is waste that is difficult to decompose, so to reduce plastic waste, it must be recycled. Actually, the problem of plastic waste can be overcome, one of which is through the creative industry. Creative industries can be started through community activities as a group or individually to process plastic waste into something more useful. Unused plastic waste can be reused through community creativity and can also provide additional economic benefits for the community. This can be done by processing waste plastic into useful and valuable handicrafts. The development of creative industries can be supported by community creativity and government training. With the use of plastic waste through the creative industry, it is hoped that the community can reduce the problem of plastic waste that pollutes the environment and can improve the economy through people's creative ideas to process plastic waste to make it more useful. The theory of Profit and loss sharing is as a solution outside the interest system that does not reflect fairness because it gives rise to discrimination against profit sharing and risks for economic actors. This research was conducted at Islamic financial institutions, namely BMT NU Banyuates in 2019-2021 using descriptive qualitative analysis. From the results Data analysis shows that the value of BMT NU Banyuates revenue has increased in the year 2019-2021. This also happens to operating expenses that have also increased due to due to an increase in items in load at BMT NU Banyuates. But operating profit on BMT NU Banyuates in the same period also experienced an even quite high increase in 2021 which reached 49%. The application of profit and loss sharing theory is seen as more reflective fairness compared to the instrument of interest. Profit and loss sharing in mudharabah and Musyarakah is the right choice because it is considered enough to boost income for shari'a financial companies/institutions.

The development of human civilization that has occurred to date has led to progress in various aspects of life, social, economic, cultural, spiritual, technological, and linguistic. The dynamics of digital civilization is also happening in Indonesia. How developed countries build their digital economy ecosystems. It takes a number of examples from progress in developed and neighboring countries. Experience in other countries is a parameter of where Indonesia's current position is. And what are the efforts and targets that Indonesia needs to do in order to become big in the digital economy, especially for the next 5 years?
