Abstract

This study aims to discuss the development of feminist interpretation in Indonesia through the existence of Husein Muhammad's thoughts. This research method is qualitative through literature study with the theory of the scientific revolution initiated by Thomas Kuhn through an interpretation approach. The results and discussion of this research include a discussion of Thomas Kuhn's paradigm transition, the dynamics of feminist interpretation in Indonesia, the discourse of feminist interpretation in Indonesia according to Thomas Kuhn's paradigm transition theory, and Husein Muhammad's feminist interpretation. This study concludes that Thomas Kuhn's paradigm shift is used in interpreting feminist topics in Indonesia, which have undergone a paradigmatic transition at various levels. Tafsir Al-Qur'an Indonesia has undergone a paradigmatic transition in the classical, modern, and contemporary era. One of the commentators whose work was mapped out this time was Husein Muhammad who was in the neo-modern or contemporary era. This research is expected to have significant benefits for fans of the study of the Al-Qur'an and gender. This research only raises issues related to one feminist commentator. Then, this study recommends that in the future a more up-to-date understanding of the role of feminist commentators can be generated through a comprehensive study of western thoughts that refers to the literature on the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in particular.

Abstract

The theory of Profit and loss sharing is as a solution outside the interest system that does not reflect fairness because it gives rise to discrimination against profit sharing and risks for economic actors. This research was conducted at Islamic financial institutions, namely BMT NU Banyuates in 2019-2021 using descriptive qualitative analysis. From the results Data analysis shows that the value of BMT NU Banyuates revenue has increased in the year 2019-2021. This also happens to operating expenses that have also increased due to due to an increase in items in load at BMT NU Banyuates. But operating profit on BMT NU Banyuates in the same period also experienced an even quite high increase in 2021 which reached 49%. The application of profit and loss sharing theory is seen as more reflective fairness compared to the instrument of interest. Profit and loss sharing in mudharabah and Musyarakah is the right choice because it is considered enough to boost income for shari'a financial companies/institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the declaration of the presidential and vice presidential candidates on the dynamics of the capital market in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative analysis with a multiple dummy variable regression approach. The results prove that the declaration of the presidential and vice presidential candidates has a significant impact on the dynamics of the capital market in Indonesia. The movements of conventional stock indices (Composite and LQ45) and sharia stock indices (JII70 and ISSI) are significantly influenced by the declaration of the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs for the 2024 Election, with quite strong correlations (Composite 0.6242, LQ45 0.6805, JII70 0.7968, and ISSI 0.5181). The declaration of the Anies-Muhaimin pair (Capres1) is positively correlated with the movement of the Composite stock index, LQ45, JII70 and ISSI. Meanwhile, the declaration of the Ganjar-Mahfudz pair (Capres 2) and the Prabowo-Gibran pair had a negative correlation with the movement of the Composite stock index. Research facts show that the capital market responded positively to the declaration of pair number 1 (Anies-Muhainin). On the other hand, the capital market responded negatively to the declarations of pair Number 2 (Prabowo-Gibran) and pair Number 3 (Ganjar-Mahfudz). The capital market was under greater pressure after the Prabowo-Gibran pair was declared. Market pressure is greater on Prabowo-Gibran compared to the Ganjar-Mahfudz pair and the Anies-Amin pair. Keywords: presidential and vice presidential candidate declaration, conventional capital market, sharia capital market

Abstract

In the 1970s and 1980s, scientific studies on Islamic economics and finance in the Middle East and other Muslim countries were initiated, which resulted in the establishment of the Islamic Development Bank and banks and other institutions labeled Islam. In fact, the scope of Islamic economics is much broader than just Islamic finance. The author agrees with Taqyuddin An-Nabhani, that generations of Muslims have been fascinated with Capitalist thinking, because they see its success, without fully understanding the reality of its thoughts, even to the inferior feeling (inferiority) of Islam's ability to produce solutions. The purpose of this research is to examine Umar ibn Khattab's policies in distributing Baitul Maal property and to find out the implications of Umar ibn Khattab's policies on today's economy. This research is a literature research (Library Research) with a historical approach, and collects data from primary materials, namely books concerning Umar ibn Khattab's policies and secondary data, namely relevant supporting books. The stages of this research are the analysis of text or phenomena into its components, grouping the same statements and actions into one component, identifying rules that unite various categories, identifying universal rules that construct statements and inter-relations of actions, and systematics of rules obtained through text procedures. or action. The results of this study, namely that during his caliphate, Umar ibn Khattab had made the necessary regulations and took every possible step to ensure that no one was left to starve, without clothing or a place to live in an Islamic country, including the disabled, helpless. because of illness, old age, widows, unemployment, poor people, people who need assistance regardless of caste, skin color, or beliefs are given financial assistance from Baitul Maal. Umar ibn Khattab's policies can be implied in today's economy, such as the prohibition of selling other people's property without the knowledge of the owner, government intervention in the market, prohibition of hoarding assets, reviving dead land, land ownership limits, on found goods, property that is lawful for the government, and criteria for people who have the right to be prioritized for holding and holding government mandates.
