Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) determine the effect of the interaction between liquid biofertilizer  and plant spacing on growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varieties Talam 1, (2) determine the concentration of liquid biofertilizer that gives effect the best on the growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varieties Talam 1, and  (3) determine the relationship between growth and yield components of peanut (Arachis hypogea L.) varieties Talam 1. The experiment was conducted from April until July 2018 at Sangkanurip Village, Cigandamekar District, Kuningan Regency. Located at a hight of 434,2 m above sea level.The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD) factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors, is the dose of biofertilizer concentration and the plant spacing repeated three times. The first factor, namely the concentration liquid biofertilizer consists of four levels, namely: K1 (concentration 0 ml / 1 liter of water) K2 (concentration 5 ml / 1 liter of water) K3 (concentration 10 ml / 1 liter of water) K4 (concentration 15 ml / 1 liter of water). The second factor is a spacing (J) consists of three levels, namely: J1 (30 x 15 cm), J2 (30 x 20 cm), and J3 (30 x 25 cm).The results showed that: (1) there is an interaction between liquid biofertilizer and plant spacing on plant height DAP age 41, fresh pods weight per hill, and the weight of dry pods per plot, (2) The treatment of concentration 10 ml / 1 liter of water (K3) and a spacing of 30 x 20 cm (J2) showed  the best effect on the weight of dry pods each plot which produces 1.43 kg/plot, equivalent to the average yield of 2,33 tons / ha, with assuming  80% effective field, (3) there is a significant correlation between plant height age 31, 41 DAP, number of leaves age 21, 41 DAP, leaf area index, and root volume with the weight of dry pods for each  plot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The response to growth and yield of rice in Inpari 42, Ciherang and Mekongga varieties to various planting methods of Jajar Legowo, and (2) Varieties and planting methods of legowo row which have a good effect on rice growth and yield. The research was carried out in a rice field area belonging to the UPTD of the Food and Agriculture Security Service in Cirahayu Village, Luragung District, Kuningan Regency, from April to June 2020. The method used in this study was an experimental method, using a randomized block design (RBD), which consisted of 15 treatments of combination of rice varieties and the legowo row planting method and was repeated three times. To determine the effect of the treatments tested, analysis of variance was used through the F test, with further tests using Scott Knott's Cluster Test at the 5 percent real level. The results showed that: (1) The treatment of three rice varieties on various planting methods had significant effects on the growth and yield of rice plants. The 2 : 1 legowo row planting method on three rice varieties affected the plant height of harvested dry grain and milled dry grain per plot, while the 4 : 1 legowo row planting method in three rice varieties had an effect on the number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers per hill, leaf area index, number of panicles per clump, number of grains per panicle, number of filled grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains of grain. The Ciherang variety has a good effect on the weight of 1000 grain grains, while the Inpari 42 variety has a good effect on the yield of dry grain harvested and the yield of milled dry grain per plot, and (2) the combination of Inpari 42 variety with the 2: 1 legowo row planting method gives good effect on yields of harvested dry unhulled rice and yields of milled dry unhulled rice per plot, which is 9.27 kg or equivalent to 10.30 tons of dry unhulled rice per hectare, and 7.81 kg of dry unhulled rice per plot or equivalent to 8.68 tons of unhulled rice dry milled oer acres.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Inokulasi Rhizobium dan Pupuk Fosfat Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max L Merrill) Kultivar Argomulyo Percobaan dilaksanakan di lahan sawah Desa Panongan kecamatan Palimanan Kabupaten Cirebon. Lokasi penelitian memiliki jenis tanah lempung berliat, suhu udara berkisar antara 250C - 300C, kelembapan 80%, ketinggian 25 m dpl dan memiliki derajat kemasaman tanah (pH) 5,73 (agak masam). Curah hujan 2221,4 mm/tahun dan lama penyinaran matahari 12 jam/hari. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2014 sampai Mei 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor Inokulasi Rhizobium (R) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : 0 g/kg benih,  5 g/kg benih, 10 g/kg benih dan Faktor takaran Pupuk Fosfat (P) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : 75 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, 225 kg/ha. Kombinasi perlakuan sebanyak 9 perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 27 satuan percobaan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun trifoliat per rumpun, jumlah bintil akar, volume akar, jumlah polong per rumpun, jumlah polong bernas per rumpun dan jumalah polong hampa per rumpun, bobot polong bernas, bobot polong hampa per rumpun, bobot biji kering per petak, bobot 100 butir biji kering. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlakuan Pemberian Inokulasi Rhizobium 10 g/kg benih dan Pupuk Fosfat 150 kg/ha. menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada bobot biji kering per petak yang menghasilkan produksi 0,44 kg/petak setara dengan 1,10 ton/ha. Perlakuan pemberian Inokulasi Rhizobium dan Pupuk Fosfat mampu meningkatkan produksi tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L. Merrill). Kultivar Argomulyo.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the interaction rate of bokashi and live spacing against growth and production of mustard plant (Brassica juncea L.) tosakan cultivars, to find out just know dose many of bokashi and live spacing which gives the best result in growth and production of mustard plant (Brassica juncea L.) tosakan cultivars, and than to find out the correlation between plant growth and yield components of mustard plant (Brassica juncea L.) tosakan cultivars.This research was carried out at the UPT BP3K Jalaksana, Kuningan district, in May until July 2013, arranged in the form randomized block design, factorial pattern, consisting of two factors, namely bokashi fertilizer and trunks. Dosing bokashi (B), which consists of 4 levels, namely : B0 = 0 bokashi tons/ha, B1 = 2 bokashi tons/ha, B2 = 4 bokashi tons/ha, and B3 = 6 bokashi tons/ha; Planting distance factor (J) which is made up of 3 levels, namely  : J1 = 40 cm x 30 cm, J2 = 40 cm x 40 cm, and J3 = 40 cm x 50 cm. Combination of as many as 12 treatment, with three replications, until there are 36 units of the experiment. Result of the research showed that there is a real interaction between the effects of the granting of bokashi and live spacing against the parameters of high-plant average at 21 HST, fresh weight per plant and fresh weigth per plot. Treatment of B2J2 (4 tonnes of bokashi/ha and planting distance of 40 cm x 40 cm) show the best influence on fresh weigth per plant that resulted in the production of 267,7 g/plant and fresh weight per plot that resulted in the productions of 3,3 kg/plot equivalent of 14,1 tons/ha. There is the real correlation between height growth components of plant age 14 and 21 HST, amount of leaf age 21 HST, and root volume, against fresh weigth per plot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi jenis dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays Var. saccharata Sturt).Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Kedongdong Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Cirebon dengan topografi daerah dataran rendah, ketinggian tempat ± 13 m dpl, jenis tanah Liat, tipe hujan menurut Schmidt dan Fergusson (1951) termasuk tipe hujan C (agak basah).Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan September 2013.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor, yaitu Jenis dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) dengan kombinasi perlakuan sebagai berikut :A = POC Chitosan, Konsentrasi 2 ml/liter air, B = POC Chitosan, Konsentrasi 4 ml/liter air, C = POC Chitosan, Konsentrasi 6 ml/liter air, D = POC Bio-EXTRIM, Konsentrasi 2 ml/liter air, E = POC Bio-EXTRIM, Konsentrasi 4 ml/liter air, F = POC Bio-EXTRIM, Konsentrasi 6 ml/liter air, G = POC DINUR, Konsentrasi 2 ml/liter air, H = POC DINUR, Konsentrasi 4 ml/liter air, dan I = POC DINUR, Konsentrasi 6 ml/liter air. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga didapat 27 petak percobaan.Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), diameter batang (cm), panjang tongkol berkelobot (cm), diameter tongkol berkelobot (cm), bobot tongkol berkelobot per tanaman (g), bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot per tanaman (g), dan bobot tongkol berkelobot per petak (kg).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kombinasi jenis dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (umur 30, 37 dan 4 HST), jumlah daun (umur 37  dan 44 HST), diameter batang (umur 30 HST), diameter tongkol berkelobot, bobot tongkol berkelobot per tanaman, dan bobot tongkol berkelobot per petak. Perlakuan  pupuk organik cair Bio-EXTREM dengan konsentrasi 2 dan 4 ml/liter air memberikan hasil bobot tongkol per petak yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya, yaitu hasil masing-masing 2,54 kg/petak dan 2,60 kg/petak.Terdapat korelasi yang nyata antara tinggi tanaman (umur 30, 37, dan 44 HST), jumlah daun (umur 30 HST), dan diameter batang (umur 30 HST) dengan bobot tongkol berkelobot per petak.

Abstract

Black rice produces black rice which contains a lot of nutrients for the body, but there is still not much research done in increasing the growth and productivity of black rice. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of increase in the productivity of black rice after the addition of phosphorus and silica fertilizers to black rice varieties. The experimental location is in Palir Village, Tengah Tani District, Cirebon Regency with a height of four 9 m above sea level. The type of soil in the experimental location was alluvial with a pH of 6. The experiment was carried out in March-August 2019. This experiment used a factorial RAK consisting of SP36 (P) fertilizer dosage and SipadiHS (S) Silica fertilizer dosage. The dosage of SP36 (P) fertilizer consists of P1 (50 kg ha-1) P2 (100 kg ha-1) and P3 (150 kg ha-1) while the dosage of SipadiHS (S) silica fertilizer consists of S0 (without silica), S1 (100 kg ha-1), S2 (200 kg ha-1) and S3 (200 kg ha-1). The results showed that there was an interaction with the variable height growth of plants aged 56 DAS in P2S3 and P3S3 treatments and the number of tillers 56 DAS in P2S1 treatment. Meanwhile, phosphate and silica treatments independently affected the observations of plant height at the age of 28 DAS and 42 DAS, Shoot Root Ratio at 42 DAS and 56 DAS. Keywords: black rice, SP36, Silica SipadiHS
