Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi inoculation and Rock Phosphate to P Uptake, growth, and yield rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19, (2) at a dose of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rock Phosphate uptake P how much produce, growth, and yield the highest rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19, and (3) the correlation between growth and uptake variables P with rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 19. The experiment was conducted in lowland Ciputih Block Manislor Villages Jalaksana District Kuningan Regency, from March through the month of July 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD), factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors, namely Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rock Phosphate were repeated 3 times. The first factor is Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (C) consists of three levels, namely: C1 (15 kg mycorrhizae), C2 (25 kg mycorrhizae), and C3 (35 kg mycorrhizae). The second factor is Rock Phosphate (R) consists of three levels, namely: R1 (210 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer), R2 (350 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer), and R3 (490 kg of rock phosphate fertilizer). The results showed that: (1) there in a interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi inoculation and administration of Phosphate Rock to the number of tillers per hill 30 days after planting (DAP), P nutrient uptake, root volume, number of productive tillers, filled grain per panicle, and dry milled grain weight per plot, (2) 25 kg treatment Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and 350 kg of Rock Phosphate fertilizer showed the best effect on weight of dry milled grain per plot which 6.95 kg/plot or the equivalent of 9.27 tonnes/ha, and (3) there is a significant correlation between the volume of the roots with dry milled grain weight per plot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Complementary Liquid Fertilizer, Urea and NPK on the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang varieties, (2) the influence of Complementary Liquid Fertilizer, Urea and NPK the most good for growth and yield of rice (Oryza  sativa L.) Ciherang varieties, and (3) the correlation between the components of the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Ciherang varieties. The experiment was conducted Kecomberan Villages Talun District Cirebon Regency, from May through the month of August 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used  a randomized block design (RBD), factorial. The study consisted of two treatment factors were repeated 3 times. The first factor, concentration of complementary liquid  fetilizer consists of three levels, namely: K1 (1 cc/Liter per plot), K2 (2 cc/Liter per plot), and K3 (3 cc/Liter per plot). The second factor is dose fertilizer (P) consists of three levels, namely: P1 (Urea 200 kg/ha, NPK 150 kg/ha), P2 (Urea 250 kg/ha, NPK 200 kg/ha), and P3 (Urea 300 kg/ha, NPK 250 kg/ha).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh tinggi genangan air dan macam pupuk organik pada pertumbuhan, hasil dan serapan unsur hara N, P dan K pada  tanaman padi (Oryza sativa. L) Kultivar Inpari 10, (2) tinggi genangan air berapa dan macam pupuk organik yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan,produksi dan serapan hara N, P dan K pada tanaman Padi (Oryza sativa. L) Kultivar Inpari 10 dan (3) hubungan antara serapan hara N, P dan K dengan produksi padi (Oryza sativa. L) Kultivar Inpari 10. Penelitian  dilaksanakan di Desa Tolengas, Kecamatan Tomo Kabupaten Sumedang. Percobaan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai bulan Agustus 2012.Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penelitian terdiri atas sembilan kombinasi perlakuan tinggi genangan air dan macam pupuk organik yang diulang 3 kali. Kombinasi perlakuan: A (500 kg Petroganik/ha, tinggi genangan air 0 cm), B (500 kg Petroganik/ha, tinggi genangan air 4 cm), C (500 kg Petroganik/ha, tinggi genangan 8 cm), D (500 kg Kujang/ha, tinggi genangan 0 cm), E (500 kg Kujang/ha, tinggi genangan air 4 cm), F (500 kg Kujang/ha, tinggi genangan air 8 cm), G (500 kg ABG BIOS/ha, tinggi genangan air 0 cm), H (500 kg ABG BIOS/ha, tinggi genangan air 4 cm), dan I (500 kg ABG BIOS/ha, tinggi genangan air 8 cm),Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kombinasi perlakuan tinggi genangan air dan macam pupuk organik berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan, komponen hasil, hasil, serapan hara N, P dan K pada tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L) Kultivar Inpari 10, (2) tinggi genangan air 0 cm (macak-macak) yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk organik petroganik memberikan jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah per malai, jumlah gabah hampa per malai, bobot gabah per pot, serta serapan N dan P terbaik, dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara serapan N, P dan K dengan bobot kering panen per pot.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of the combination of plant spacing, single fertilizer, and compound fertilizer on growth and yield of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 30, (2) at a spacing, single fertilizer, and compound fertilizer which one gives the best effect on the growth and yield of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 30, and (3) the correlation between growth and yield components of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) Varieties Inpari 30. The experiment was conducted in Mekarsari Village Tukdana District Indramayu District, from March through the month of July 2015. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD). This experiment consisted of 9 combined treatment plant spacing, single fertilizer, and compound fertilizer, each repeated three times, so there are 27 experimental plots. The combination treatment was tested in the field are: A (spacing 25 cm x 25 cm, 100 kg Urea, SP-36 50 kg, NPK Phosnka 100 kg, and 250 kg of organic fertilizer), B (spacing 25 cm x 25 cm, 200 kg Urea, SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phosnka 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer), C (spacing 25 cm x 25 cm, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer), D (legowo spacing of 2:1, 100 kg Urea, SP-36 50 kg, NPK Phosnka 100 kg, and 250 kg of organic fertilizer), E (legowo spacing of 2:1, 200 kg Urea, SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phosnka 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer), F (legowo spacing of 2:1, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer), G (spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 100 kg Urea, SP-36 50 kg, NPK Phosnka 100 kg, and 250 kg of organic fertilizer), H (spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 200 kg Urea, SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phosnka 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer), and I (spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer).The results showed that: (1) there are real influence among combinations of plant spacing, single fertilizer, an d compound fertilizer on parameters of high average plants age of 52 days after planting (DAP), number of tillers per hill age of 38, 45, and 52 DAP, root volume age of 38 and 52 DAP, Leaf Area Index, the Rate of Plant Growth aged 38-45 DAP, the number of panicles per unit area, the number of filled grain per panicle, grain weight per panicle and dry harvested per plot, and the weight of dry milled grain per plot, (2) dry milled grain weight per plot the best there is on the teratment combination sapcing 40 cm x 40 cm, 200 kg urea. SP-36 100 kg, NPK Phonska 200 kg, and 500 kg of organic fertilizer which produces 7.76 kg/plot or the equivalent 4.14 tonnes/ha. In addition to the weight of dry milled grain per plot also contained on the best treatment combination spacing 40 cm x 40 cm, 300 kg Urea, SP-36 150 kg, NPK Phosnka 300 kg, and 750 kg of organic fertilizer which produces 7.90 kg/plot or the equivalent 4.21 tonnes/ha, and (3) a significant correlation occurred between plant height age 45 DAP, number of tillers per hill aged 38, 45, and 52 DAP, root volume of 38 and 52 DAP, and Leaf Area Index by weight of dry milled grain per plot.
