Abstract

This article explains about the interest of students Program Pendidikan Ulama Tarjih University of Muhammadiyah Malang (PPUT UMM) towards Arabic language education program. The study of the interests of prospective ulama students in Muhammadiyah is important, because: First, it has never been done, especially relating specifically to improving the ability of Arabic as a "science tool"; Secondly, it is very useful to identify the quality of knowledge of the tools of the Muhammadiyah ulama candidates; third, the quality of the tool knowledge possessed is certainly useful as a recommendation for lecturers supporting Islamic sciences. The study uses an elaborative research model, namely qualitative, quantitative and descriptive. This article argues, PPUT students have a strong interest in pursuing Arabic.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to: (1). Describe the urgency of the implementation of Islamic education learning in SMA ‘Aisyiyah Boarding School (ABSM) Malang; (2). Find out the impact of applying the habituation method in learning Islamic material to students, and (3). Analyze the learning process from the perspective of behavioristic learning theory. This research uses qualitative methods and the type of descriptive analysis. Sources of data taken from school principals, madrasah diniyah teachers, and students. This study used several methods to obtain data, namely unstructured interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses interactive models by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana which includes data condensation, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research showed (1). The implementation of the habituation method in learning Islamic material at SMA ABSM is really urgent for the effectiveness and efficiency of learning; (2). The implementation of intense habituation methods in learning Islamic material had positive implications for the behavior and psychology of students; (3). The process of learning Islamic material in SMA ABSM using the habituation method in accordance with the principles of behavioristic learning.

Abstract

As one of the methods that can help smooth Qur'anic verse-based learning, the 3T+1M method has not been widely applied in Islamic Educational Institutions. In addition, the low learning outcomes of students in the Qur'an Hadith subjects are often caused by monotonous and less varied learning methods. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the 3T + 1M method in improving student learning outcomes in the Qur'an Hadith lesson. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of experiment. The results obtained, the class that applies the method has an increase in value of 42% higher than the class that continues to use the conventional method. So the 3T + 1M method is proven to be effective in improving learning outcomes. The conclusion is that the Talqin, Tafahhum, Tikrar, Muraja'ah (3T+1M) learning methods are not only effective in improving students' memory skills in memorizing the Qur'an, but also effective in improving student learning outcomes in Qur'an lessons Hadith.

Abstract

This article purposes to analyze and discuss the Hamka's neo-Sufism idea. It is related and contextualized to various problems that emerge in modern society, especially capitalistic industrialization, and hedonistic culture. This article states that Hamka's neo-Sufism aims to find true happiness and transcendence (ma’rifatullah). Through the practice of Hamka's neo-Sufism, it will protect a Muslim from all temptations for the interests of the accumulation of wealth and the pleasures of worldly life. Neo-Sufism persistently strengthens the spiritual quality of a Muslim, making one always aware of when dealing with changing life contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk sinergitas guru PAI dengan orang tua dalam mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam menanamkan akhlak siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah 5 Bawean Gresik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dalam analisis data, peneliti menggunakan tiga tahap, yaitu, redukasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini terdapat beberapa bentuk sinergitas guru PAI dengan orang tua siswa dalam penanaman akhlak di sekolah MTs Muhammadiyah 5 Bawean Gresik yaitu terdiri dari: 1. Akhlak sosial yang di antaranya ada koordinasi dan konsultasi, pertemuan guru dengan orang tua pada saat kegiatan MPLS (masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah), , program penghijauan dan pelestarian lingkungan, program pertemuan rutin bersama wali murid melakukan komunikasi melalui sosial media, kunjungan kerumah siswa, surat menyurat antar sekolah dan orang tua, dan menerima kritik dan saran. 2. Akhlak personal, yang di antaranya ada pengontrolan ibadah anak melalui buku catatan, pembiasaan sholat dhuha berjama’ah, membatasi durasi penggunaan HP dan elektronik lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and find out the problems experienced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum, and how teachers try to overcome these problems. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, data collection methods are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The selection of data analysis techniques uses techniques from Miles, Huberman and Saldana, such as condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results show that, there are still several problems experienced by PAI teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The efforts made by PAI teachers to overcome the problem of implementing the Merdeka curriculum are that the school holds training on making Merdeka curriculum learning tools or taking part in general training outside the school so that it can increase the insight or understanding of PAI teachers in making or adapting learning tools and methods.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui permasalahan yang di alami guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum Merdeka, dan bagaimana Upaya guru mengatasi problematika tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik dari Miles, Huberman dan Saldana dengan langka-langka seperti, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih ada beberapa problematika yang dialami oleh guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum Merdeka. Upaya yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam mengatasi permasalahan pengimpelentasian kurikulum Merdeka adalah pihak sekolah mengadakan pelatihan tentang pembuatan perangkat belajar kurikulum Merdeka atau mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan umum yang ada diluar sekolah sehingga bisa menambah wawasan atau pemahaman guru PAI dalam pembuatan atau penyesuaian perangkat dan metode pembelajaran.

Abstract

Limited time in studying religious material is one of the factors of student delinquency in class. Student Islamic boarding schools can be used as a deepening of religious material to the aim that they can form a religious character. This study aims to determine the process and reasons for the formation of religious character among non-religious students at the Abu Dzar Al Ghifari Islamic Boarding School Malang. This research method uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews, participatory observation and collected documentation as data diggers. From this study, it was found that the formation of religious character in pesantren student was carried out in various activities, both daily, weekly and incidental in nature. Meanwhile, the method used in the formation of religious character is the method of advice, exemplary and habituation. Also, this religious character building is to create Muslim plus characters among students. The Abu Dzar Al Ghifari Student Islamic Boarding School in Malang can be the right place for students majoring in non-religion to form their religious character.
