ABSTRACTThe issues that examined in this research is whether there are significant of liquidities, rentabilities, and leverage toward in the dividend per share of value in manufacture company which registered to effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. This research have purpose for determine: 1) The liquidities have in fluence toward the dividend per share value in the manufacture company which registered in effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. 2) The rentabilities have in fluence toward the dividend per share value in the manufacture company which registered in effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. 3) The leverage have in fluence toward the dividend per share value in the manufacture company which registered in effect indonesia of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. 4) The liquidities, rentabilities, and leverage togerher toward et dividend per share value in manufacture company which that registered in effect of stock exchange in period 2005-2011. This kind of research is descriptive research and associative. The selecting of method sample is purposive sampling, so that can get the result 9 manufacture company that registered in effect indonesia of stock excange during the period 2005-2011. Â The result indicate that: 1) The liquidities have negative influence and significant to the dividend per share value with value sig 0,035 < Î± 0,1, it is mean that H01 is reject and Ha1 is accept. 2) The rentabilities has positive influence and significant toward the dividend per share value with value sig 0,000 < Î± 0,1, it is mean that H02 is reject Ha2 is accept. 3) The leverage have negative influence and significant toward dividend per share value with value sig 0,087 < Î± 0,1, it is mean that H03 is reject Ha3 is accept. 4) The liquidities, rentabilities, and leverage by do together have positive in fluenceÂ and significant toward dividend per share value with value sig 0,000 < Î± 0,1, it is mean that H04 is reject Ha4 is accept.

Abstrak: Dilaksanakan Penelitan Tindakan Kelas dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Penerapan Metode Bervariasi dalam meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Matematika Pada Siswa Kelas I SDN Ponik Tahun 2016/2017. Metode pengumpulan data: observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Diperoleh pada siklus pertama Yang mencapai nilai 6 keatas sejumlah 7 siswa yakni 25 %. Pada siklus dua yang mencapai nilai 7 ke atas sejumlah 17 atau 60,71 %. Dan pada siklus tiga yang mencapai nilai 7 ke atas sejumlah 23 siswa atau 82,12 %. Berdasarkan data analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Matematika Siswa SDN Ponik Kelas 1 semester II dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode Bervariasi.   Abstract: Classroom Action Research was carried out with the aim of describing the Application of Varied Methods in improving Mathematics Learning Achievement in Class I Students of Ponik Elementary School in 2016/2017. Data collection methods: observation, documentation, and tests. Obtained in the first cycle which reaches a value of 6 and above a number of 7 students, namely 25%. In the second cycle that reaches a value of 7 and above a number of 17 or 60.71%. And in the third cycle that reaches a value of 7 and above a number of 23 students or 82.12%. Based on data analysis and discussion it can be concluded that the Learning Achievement of Mathematics Subjects at Ponik Elementary School Class 1 semester II can be improved through Varying methods.

The main factor for the success of bottom longline fishing depends on the type of bait, both natural bait and artificial bait. The bait serves as an attractant for the target fish so that it is attracted to prey on it. In this study, the bait used was a machete, puput, and layur fish. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount, weight and type of catch based on the appropriate type of bait so that it can be a reference for fishermen for optimal use of bait in the operation of longline fishing gear. This research was conducted in February 2022, located in the waters of Bantan Sari Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used is the experimental fishing method, by operating the fishing gear directly and analyzing using the analysis of variance and the Least Significant Difference test. Based on the research, the catches obtained were debuk fish, gelama, stingrays, and puffer, with the highest catches in terms of weight, namely stingrays as much as 61800 g

AbstrakPola asuh menjadi bagian terpenting dari proses mendidik anak agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Hanya saja, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan orang tua menjadikan mereka minim pengetahuan dan kesadaran terhadap pola pengasuhan kepada anak. Orang tua tidak mengetahui bahwa jika pola asuh yang diterapkan itu salah, dapat memberi dampak buruk bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Dampak buruk itu berupa luka batin yang dialami anak sebab pola asuh yang kurang baik yang diterima dari orang tua. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan kesadaran orang tua tentang pentingnya pola asuh, dan keterkaitan pola asuh dan Inner Child terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di RA. Al-Muslim Waborobo, Kota Baubau, Kecamatan Betoambari, Sulawesi TenggaRA. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan terdiri dari tahap persiapan yaitu observasi, administrasi, dan persiapan alat dan bahan. Tahap pelaksanaan itu terdiri dari langkah persiapan dan kegiatan sosialisasi. Dan tahap akhir terdiri dari monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan kesadaran kepada orang tua tentang pentingnya pola asuh terhadap anak dan memperoleh pengetahuan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara pola asuh dan Inner Child terhadap tumbuh kembang anak.Kata Kunci: Orang Tua, Anak Usia Dini, Pola Asuh, Inner ChildÂ AbstractParenting is the most important part of the process of educating children so that they can grow and develop properly. However, the low level of education of parents makes them lack of knowledge and awareness of parenting patterns for children. Parents do not know that if the parenting applied is wrong, it can have a bad impact on the child's growth and development. The bad impact is in the form of mental wounds experienced by children due to poor parenting received from parents. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and awareness of parents about the importance of parenting, and the relationship between parenting and Inner Child to child growth and development. This activity is carried out in RA. Al-Muslim Waborobo, Baubau City, Betoambari District, Sulawesi TenggaRA. The activity was carried out in three stages consisting of the preparation stage, namely observation, administration, and preparation of tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of preparation steps and socialization activities. And the final stage consists of monitoring and evaluation. This socialization activity provides awareness to parents about the importance of parenting for children and gains knowledge that there is a relationship between parenting and Inner Child to child growth and development.Keywords: Parents, Early Childhood, Parenting, Inner Child
