Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the quality of chemical and hedonik Catfish jerky. This research  used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatment drying temperature of 60oC, 65oC  and  70oC. The observed  parameters  is  moisture,  protein, fat content and quality hedonik catfish jerky. The results showed a drying temperature of 65oC is the best treatment with moisture content 25,02%, protein 16,04%, fat content 39,54%, hedonik color 3.88, hedonik texture 3.77, hedonik aroma 3.75 and hedonik sense of 3.80

Abstract

The purpose of this research is aim to know the influence of cultivating-media of combustion-soil a giving compost toward growth reaction, viability, and vegetables production. This research was used a complete-randomly plan that consist of three treatment included P1 with combustion-soil adding by 65.625 g (15 tons/ha) of compost, P2 with combustion-soil adding by 109.375 g (25 tons/ha) of compost, P3 with combustion-soil adding by 153.125 g (35 tons/ha) of compost, and a combustion-soil as a control. This experiment  was done three times until it was gotten 12 units of experiment. The data gotten were analyzed by using multifariously-examination analysis manually. The result of the research showed that the treatment toward P3 with combustion-soil adding by 153.125 g (35 tons/ha) of compost was the best treatment for a high-plant parameter, leaf number, and gross weight. While for viability, P1 was the best treatment with 100 % percentage of viability

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence addition mackarel tuna on organoleptic quality and chemical characteristic of the best banana blossom's abon. The research used completely randomized design method.  Parameter that was observed consist of water content,  protein,  fat,  carbohydrate,  crude fibers and organoleptic consist of taste,  colour,  aroma anf texture.  Analysis data using variety analysis. The result of the research was show that banana blossom's abon that really like of panelists is the banana blossom's abon that resulting on A treatment by comparison 50% of the banana blossom anf 50% of the mackarel tuna.

Abstract

This study aims to know the possibility of Ageratum conyzoides L. used asan organic pesticideand Ageratum conyzoides L. concentration appropriatein controlling pest Aulocaphora sp. Oncucumber plant. This research is experimental research using completely randomised design. There arefour treatment that concentration (3%), concentration treatment (6%), concentration treatment (9%), and control which 3 repetition. Variable research observed behavior  and mortality of pest Aulocaphora sp. The results showed Ageratum conyzoides L.extract use has the ability in controlling pest Aulocaphora sp.at concentration 9%, which can hamper the ability eat and cause silent reaction on pest Aulocaphora sp. furthermore, Aulocaphora sp. that eat the cucumber leaf lowest at concentration 9%

Abstract

This research aim to determine the effect of composition variations of the organic plants media husk charcoal and cow’s faces solid manure with embankment soil and production of kale plants and composition ratio of organic husk charcoal and cow’s faces solid manure with soil embankment to the growth and viability of upland kale plants. This research use a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replicates are P0 : soil embankment (control), P1: soil embankment , husks charcoal, cow’s faces solid manure (1:1:2), P2: soil embankment, husks charcoal, cow’s faces solid manure (1:1:3) and P3: soil embankment, husks charcoal, cow’s faces solid manure (1:1:1). Variables that have been observed consist of the production, growth and viability. Analysis of data used by analysis of variance. The result showed the treatment has a real effect to the production of kale upland plants that is located in P2 treatment with the composition of soil embankment, husks charcoal, cow’s faces solid manure (1:1:3) with wet weight average perpolybag spread 26.625 grams. The highest growth lies in P1 treatment with the composition of the soil embankment, husks charcoal, cow’s faces solid manure (1:1:2) with an average equal to 27.725cm, while the best composition tha very influential to viability in value of 100% is P2 treatmentwith the value 100% viability
