Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a medical condition in which the blood pressure is elevated persistently beyond normal that could lead to illness morbidity or death mortality. The purpose of this study is to determine Factors who Associated with Incidence of Hypertension on Acceptor of Hormonal Contraception in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City. The study take place in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City from july to august 2018. This study used survey analytic approach with cross sectional design. Population in this study were all Acceptor of Hormonal Contraception in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City in 2017. Sampling technique used Accidental Sampling with the amount of 33 people. Collecting data in this study used primary data with spreaded questionnaire to Acceptor of Hormonal Contraception in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City.The result of this study showed: from 33 sample there were 12 people (36,4%) experienced, 19 people (57,6%) with age of >35 years, 23 people (69,7%) with prolonged utilization >2 years, 23 people (69,7%) with hypertension history. There is significant relationship between Age with Incidence of Hypertension on Acceptor of Hormonal Contraception in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City with moderate category relationship. From the Contingency coefficient test C=0,462 which means ρ=0,003 <α=0,05 that it is significant. (6) there is significant relationship between Prolonged Utilization with Incidence of Hypertension on Acceptor of Hormonal Contraception in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City with moderate category relationship. From the Contingency coefficient test C=0,446 which means ρ=0,005 <α=0,05 that it is significant. (7) there is significant relationship between Hypertension History with Incidence of Hypertension on Acceptor of Hormonal Contraception in Area of Kandang Primary Health Care Kampung Melayu Sub-District Bengkulu City with moderate category relationship. From the Contingency coefficient test C=0,446 which means ρ=0,004 <α=0,05 that it is significant. Midwives whose work at public health centre should give inform consent about advantages, weakness and side effect of using contraception method that could lead hypertension for using it more than 2 years or at age 35 up, midwives also can give counseling to the acceptor to choose the best contraception methods. Abstract

Abstrak Pasangan usia subur berkisar antara usia 20-45 tahun dimana pasangan suami istri sudah cukup matang dalam segala hal terlebih organ reproduksinya sudah berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor pendidikan, pengetahuan dan status sosial dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Kota Bengkulu tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif korelational dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang menggunakan data primer menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden sebanyak 200 orang pasangan usia subur (PUS). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan chi-square. Teknik analisis menggunakan data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir sebagian besar 50 responden (37,3%) PUS memilih menggunakan alat kontrasepsi dengan metode modern. Sebagian besar 54 (40,3%) PUS memiliki pendidikan dasar, sebagian 46 (34,3%) PUS memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan baik, sebagian besar 72 (53,7%) memiliki status sosial yang rendah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dengan nilai C=0,278, pengetahuan dengan nilai C=0,707 dan status sosial dengan nilai C=0,281 dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi pada pasangan usia subur (PUS) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Kota Bengkulu Tahun 2016.

Abstract

Premature labor is labor before 37 weeks' gestation or birth weight between 500-2499 grams. The impact of premature birth is likely that babies born prematurely will need intensive care to survive. This study aims to study the factors associated with preterm labor in the Rose Room of RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2018. The study used the Analytical Survey method with a Case Control design. The population is all maternity mothers in the RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2018 as many as 603 deliveries. Samples were taken as many as 88 mothers consisting of 44 mothers with preterm labor taken by Total Sampling and 44 mothers without preterm labor who were taken by Systematic Random Sampling. The data used is secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with Chi Square (c2) and Contingency Coefficient (C) tests. The results obtained from 88 mothers there were 44 (50.0%) mothers with preterm labor, 44 (50.0%) non-preterm delivery mothers, 61 (69.3%) mothers aged 20-35 years, 52 (59.1 %) multiparous parity mothers, 61 (69.3%) mothers not KPD, there is an age relationship with preterm labor with the category of moderate relationship, there is a relationship of parity with preterm labor with a close relationship category, there is a relationship of KPD with preterm labor with a close relationship category. It is hoped that health workers can increase screening for pregnant women who visit the Midwifery Clinic to conduct early detection of pregnancy at risk so that it does not have an impact on preterm labor.
