Abstract

الملخص أهداف هذا البحث يعنى لوصف وظائف الإدارة، الأول: التخطيط، الثانى: التنظيم، الثالث: الحركة، والرابع: الإشراف في بربامج هيئة شبه المستقلة الكندي (BSO al-Kindy) بجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية مولانا مالك إبراهيم مالانج. هذا البحث مهم لأن هيئة شبه المستقلة الكندي هي برنامج تعلم لغة عربية ناجحة وفازت من المسابقات في المستوى الوطنية. تستخدم هذا البحث بمدخل النوعي، أما نوع البحث هو الوصفي. الموضوع في هذا البحث هو رئيس رابطة الطلاب قي قسم تعليم اللغة العربية (HMJ PBA) ورئيس هيئة شبه المستقلة الكندي. وطريقة جمع البيانات المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي الملاحظة والمقابلة والتوثيق والتثليث. أما تقنيات التحليل البيانات يعني تخفيض البيانات وعرض البيانات والاستنتاج أو التحقق. نتائج البحث يعنى من أربعة وظيفات الإدارة في الكندي جيد جدا وفي التنفيذه مناسب مع النظريات الإدارية، يعنى: الأول: التخطيط، كل رئيس انتخاب سيعقد اجتماع برنامج العمل لتحقيق الأهداف التي تم تحديدها مسبقا .الثانى: التنظيم، موجود قسمين يعنى قسم الإتصال وقسم التدريبات حيث لكل قسم له الواجبة الخاصة. الثالث: الحركة، هي التنظيم أنشطة محددة معا، و أنشطتها هي المناظرة، الشعر، قراءة الكتب، إنشاء، خطابة، الخط، الغناء، وقراءة الأخبار العربية. الرابع: الإشراف، يتم الإشراف من قبل رئيس منظمة لملاحظة وتعاون أعضائها خلال النشاط.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Produce Tarākīb teaching materials with the cooperative learning principle for students of  MAN 2 Bima, (2) Find out the effectiveness of Tarākīb teaching materials with cooperative learning principle in MAN 2 Bima. This research is important to do because many students have difficulties in understanding the material of Tarākīb, so by the existence of the Tarākīb teaching materials with cooperative learning principle, it helps students to understand Tarākīb material easier and increase students' interest in learning Tarākīb.The research method used by researcher is research and development, the researcher followed the ten steps of the Borg and Gall model of research and development. Data collection methods used in this study were interview, questionnaire and test. The data obtained were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The formula used to test the effectiveness of teaching materials is T-test.The results of this research and development are: (1) The availability of Tarākīb teaching materials. Teaching materials developed by researcher have characteristics and advantages that other books do not have, Tarākīb teaching materials presented with cooperative learning principle, where each chapter is presented with different cooperative learning methods. The first chapter is presented by the student team achievement division method, the second chapter is presented with the teams games tournament method, and the third chapter is presented with the heads numbered method. In addition, Tarākīb teaching materials provide forms of Tarākīb training with various questions, (2) Tarākīb teaching materials with cooperative learning principle was effective to use for students of  MAN 2 Bima by looking at the result of the T-test which is 3,947 of T-table with the significance is 5% of 1,678.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the school's strategy for improving the nationalist character of students at SDN 8 Pena Na'e, Bima City, and the supporting factors for increasing the nationalist character of students at SDN 8 Pena Na'e, Bima City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was carried out at SDN 8 Pena Na'e, Bima City. Data sources from teachers and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation techniques were used. Based on the research results, it was found that the school's strategy for improving students' nationalistic character is: (1) The school involves its students in taking part in the flag ceremony every Monday morning, (2) The school involved students in a cultural parade wearing traditional regional clothing, (3) involvement of students in following beautiful walks, (4) involvement of students in Lenggo cultural dances. It is hoped that this article will contribute to developing a theoretical framework and practical strategies for developing knowledge in Indonesia
