Abstract

Abstract: This study aims, (1) To find out the character values contained in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi (2) To find out the process of forming character values for students through the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi (3) To find out the barriers to the formation of character values for students through the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through documentation, observation and interviews. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis to determine the character formation of students through the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi. The results showed that: (1) the character values contained in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi were the values of religious character, honesty, discipline, hard work, respect for achievement, responsibility, independence, humility, patience, accuracy, leadership, agility. , cooperation and love of peace. (2) the process of forming character values in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalosi can be formed through materials and methods in the training process. (3) barriers to the formation of character values in the Tapak Suci College at SMA Muhammadiyah are the environment where students live, short training time, inadequate training equipment, lack of joint training for cadres and lack of number of trainers. Based on this, it can be said that there are several processes of forming character values that are less than optimal.Keywords: Formation, character, students

Abstract

Abstract; The purpose of this research; 1) to find out the public perception of the existence of liquor sellers in Bontolabbere village, Pangkep regency, 2) to find out the impact of liquor in Bontolabbere village, Pangkep regency. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through documentation, observation and interviews. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis to determine the public perception of the existence of liquor sellers in the village of Bontolabbere, Pangkep Regency. agree 2. The impact of liquor (ballo kacci) in the Bontolabbere village is disturbing the community, which can cause drunkenness, recklessness, bad village names in the outside community and can damage the younger generation.Keywords: Perception, Society, Liquor SellerAbstrak; Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan penjual minuman keras di kampung Bontolabbere Kabupaten Pangkep, 2) untuk mengetahui dampak minuman keras di kampung Bontolabbere Kabupaten Pangkep. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberadaan penjual minuman keras di kampung Bontolabbere Kabupaten Pangkep.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Persepsi masyarakat kampung Bontolabbere terhadap keberadaan penjual minuman keras ada 2 yaitu 1. Ada yang setuju 2. Ada yang tidak setuju, 2). Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari minuman keras (ballo kacci) di kampung Bontolabbere yaitu meresahkan masyarakat yakni dapat menimbulkan mabuk, ugal-ugalan, nama kampung jelek dimasyarakat luar dan mampu merusak generasi muda.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Masyarakat, Penjual Minuman Keras

Abstract

ABSTRACT, This article describes the problem of Handling 2018 Election Violations by Panwaslu in Dualimpoe Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. This study aims to gain knowledge about: (1) the implementation of the 2018 elections in Dualimpoe Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency, (2) forms of election violations that occurred in Dualimpoe Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency and (3) steps taken by Panwaslu in handling 2018 election violations in Dualimpoe Urban Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. This type of research is descriptive research and uses a qualitative research approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data are 3 Dualimpoe Urban Village Apparatus, 3 Dualimpoe community leaders and 3 Wajo District Supervisory Committee members. While secondary data are laws, books, journals, papers, and materials from the internet. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis used in this qualitative study is data reduction, data display and decision making or verification. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the 2018 elections in Dualimpoe Village, Maniangpajo Sub-District, Wajo Regency, Panwaslu Wajo Regency conducted tracing and deepening of the eight cases which proved to be a violation of the general election. Among them at the update stage proved a violation of election administration. During the candidacy stage, one election administration violation was identified and two ASN violations were proven. At the campaign stage there was one violation of election administration and two violations of ASN. And at the stage of the period of calm proved a violation of election administration. (2) As for the forms of election violations that occur in Wajo Regency, including four violations of the administration of elections and four violations of the ASN (State Civil Apparatus). (3) as well as steps for handling 2018 election violations carried out by Wajo Regency Election Supervisory Committee including Wajo Regency Election Supervisory Committee have recommended all violations of election administration to the Wajo Regency KPU to be followed up. The Wajo Regency Supervisory Committee has also recommended all violations of the State Civil Apparatus to be followed up by the State Civil Apparatus Commission.ABSTRAK, Artikel ini menguraikan masalah Penanganan Pelanggaran Pilkada Tahun 2018 oleh Panwaslu di Kelurahan Dualimpoe Kecamatan Maniangpajo Kabupaten Wajo.      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai: (1) pelaksanaan Pilkada Tahun 2018 di Kelurahan Dualimpoe Kecamatan Maniangpajo Kabupaten Wajo, (2) bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran pemilu yang terjadi di Kelurahan Dualimpoe Kecamatan Maniangpajo Kabupaten Wajo dan (3) langkah-langkah yang dilakukan Panwaslu dalam penanganan pelanggaran Pilkada tahun 2018 di Kelurahan Dualimpoe Kecamatan Maniangpajo Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu 3 orang Aparat Kelurahan Dualimpoe, 3 orang tokoh masyarakat Dualimpoe dan 3 orang anggota Panwaslu Kabupaten Wajo. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu undang-undang, buku-buku, jurnal, paper, dan bahan dari internet. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu reduksi data, display data dan pengambilan keputusan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pelaksanaan Pilkada Tahun 2018 di Kelurahan Dualimpoe Kecamatan Maniangpajo Kabupaten Wajo, Panwaslu Kabupaten Wajo telah melakukan penelusuran dan pendalaman kasus terbukti delapan diantaranya sebagai pelanggaran pemilihan umum. Diantaranya pada tahapan pemutakhiran terbukti satu pelanggaran administrasi pemilu. Pada tahapan pencalonan terbukti satu pelanggaran administrasi pemilu dan dua pelanggaran ASN. Pada tahapan kampanye terbukti satu pelanggaran administrasi pemilu dan dua pelanggaran ASN. Dan pada tahapan masa tenang terbukti  satu pelanggaran administrasi pemilu. (2) adapun bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran pemilihan umum yang terjadi di Kabupaten Wajo diantaranya empat pelanggaran administrasi pemilihan umum dan empat pelanggaran ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara). (3) serta langkah-langkah penanganan pelanggaran pilkada tahun 2018 yang dilakukan oleh Panwaslu Kabupaten Wajo diantaranya yaitu Panwaslu Kabupaten Wajo telah merekomendasikan semua pelanggaran administrasi pemilihan umum kepada KPU Kabupaten Wajo untuk ditindaklanjuti. Panwaslu Kabupaten Wajo juga telah merekomendasikan semua pelanggaran Aparatur Sipil Negara untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara.
