Abstract

The threat of a global crisis that began to be felt now estimated to have a ~ignificant impact on employment issues, but not so with the agricultUral sector in Indonesia. The decline in aggregate demand leads to slowing growth in real sector and must have a direct effect on employment. Predicted unemployment would rise and certainly has implications for the stability of national economy. Therefore it needs a variety of anticipation, including with fiscal stimulus to reduce the perceived impact of the Indonesian economy. It is the general case that the declfue in activity in the formal sector because of the crisis caused many workers to switch to the informal sector, particularly agriculture. Proven agricultural sector during the economic crisis and still be positive growth and not much affected by the crisis. However agriculture remains a vital sector, given the role of national food security .. Slowing the formal sector activity causes land conversion from agricultural land to non-agriculture will be reduced. In addition, the output of the agricultural sector will increase and of course the national food security is expected to still be maintained.Keywords: labor, agriculture, unemployment, food security, global crisis, fiscal stimulus.

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of eight dimensions of green supply chain management (GSCM) on economic, environmental and social performance, which are the three dimensions of corporate sustainability. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of values orientation which consists of egoistic, supply chain, and biospheric towards green loyalty. This research is empirical research through questionnaire survey method distributed to 402 consumers who have experience buying green brands in Indonesia. With SEM data analysis tool. The results show that egoisitic and supply chain have a positive effect on green loyalty, while altruistic does not affect green loyalty.

Abstract

Good governance hanya akan terjadi jika para politisi bekerja dengan jujur dan bertanggung jawab serta para aparatur negara-nya termasuk pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) bekerja secara efisien dan produktif. Masih banyak persoalan-persoalan dalam kepegawaian pemerintahan dan ini terjadi bukan hanya di Indonesia saja tapi juga di negara-negara sekitarnya. Upaya untuk keluar dari persoalan yang melingkup tatanan birokrasi pemerintahan, perlu dilakukan melalui suatu reformasi cara berpikir (mindset) dan cara bertindak (behaviour) dari para PNS itu sendiri. Salah satu cara yang mungkin dilakukan melalui perubahan paradigm (paradigm shift) yang perlu dimengerti dan disikapi para PNS sebagai pengelola suatu administrasi pemerintahan. Untuk mendukung hal ini perlu dibentuk suatu lembaga yang khusus menangani manajemen sumberdaya manusia disektor publik, yaitu Komisi Kepegawaian Negeri. Contoh-contoh keberhasilan dari pembentukan lembaga ini adalah Civil Service Commission dari pemerintahan Filipina dan Korea Selatan. Kata Kunci: reformasi, cara berpikir, perubahan paradigma, komisi kepegawaian negara

Abstract

Otonomi daerah yang merupakan ciri dari Era Reformasi sejak tahun 1998; ternyata masih menyisakan persoalan yang dihadapi jajaran PNS. Diskriminasi dalam menuju jenjang jabatan bagi PNS perempuan masih dihadapi, bahkan dalam jajaran pemerintahan daerah. Tulisan yang diangkat dari hasil penelitian lapangan pada enam propinsi dan enam kabupaten/kota ini memberi arahan bahwa pada masa depan, agaknya kesempatan bagi PNS perempuan untuk menduduki jabatan struktural yang bergengsi perlu terus diperjuangkan. Kata Kunci: PNS perempuan, diskriminasi, birokrasi
