Abstract

Business competition in the business world is considered normal and unavoidable, but it is different if the current business competition is the COVID-19 pandemic which has made the economy in Indonesia experience a decline. This community service program aims to provide training on the development of Human Resources through soft skills and financial skills training for Klinklin Digital Nusantara employees. The specific target to be achieved is to be able to improve the soft skills and financial skills of Klinklin Digital Nusantara employees such as having a spirit of competitiveness, adaptive and anticipatory, open to change, able to learn, skilled, easy to adapt to new technology, and has a broad base of abilities, strong, and fundamental to growth. The method used is to provide consultation and training. With the training that will be provided by the team, Klinklin Digital Nusantara employees are expected to be more developed and able to compete in the business & industrial world.Keywords: Human Resources, Soft Skills, Financial Skills. Persaingan bisnis dalam dunia usaha memang sudah dianggap biasa dan tidak dapat dihindari, namun berbeda jika persaingan usaha pada saat ini yaitu masa Pademik COVID-19 yang sudah membuat perekonomian di Indonesia mengalami Penurunan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia melalui pelatihan soft skill dan financial skill pada karyawan/pegawai Klinklin Digital Nusantara. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah dapat meningkatkan soft skill serta financial skill karyawan/pegawai Klinklin Digital Nusantara seperti memiliki semangat daya saing, adaptif dan antisipatif, terbuka terhadap perubahan, mampu belajar, terampil, mudah beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru, serta memiliki dasar kemampuan luas, kuat, dan mendasar untuk berkembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan konsultasi dan pelatihan. Dengan adanya pelatihan yang akan diberikan oleh tim, karyawan/pegawai Klinklin Digital Nusantara diharapkan akan lebih berkembang dan mampu bersaing di dunia usaha & industri.Katakunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Soft Skill, Financial Skill.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pencatatan akuntansi dengan memberikan Software Aplikasi Pencatatan Akuntansi yang dikembangkan sendiri oleh Tim dengan harapan mitra dalam hal ini “Banana Paper” yang berlokasi di Jl. Sadang Serang No 8 Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung dapat mengaplikasin software ini agar dapat menyelesaikan salah satu masalah dalam mencatat transaksi akuntansi dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemajuan usaha Banana Paper. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan cara mengaplikasikan software Aplikasi Pencatatan Akuntansi, mitra kini dapat menhasilkan laporan keuangan seperti neraca dan Laba rugi dengan hanya meng-inputkan kegiatan transaksi yang terjadi, dengan sedikit catatan bahwa mereka harus lebih memahami memahami penomoran akun dan pengelompokan akun debit dan akun Kredit.

Abstract

The lack of financial literacy, the low level of social skills, and the low self-confidence of Seruni Foundation children are the backgrounds of this service program being implemented. This program aims to provide training on developing and improving soft skills and financial skills for Seruni Foundation children. The specific target to be achieved is to be able to improve soft skills and financial skills in Seruni Foundation children such as having a spirit of competitiveness, adaptive and anticipatory, open to change, able to learn, skilled, easy to adapt to new technology, literate about finances and budgets and having a strong foundation of the ability to develop. The method used is to provide consultation and training. The parties involved in this program are consist of lecturers in the fields of finance and organizational behaviour, in collaboration with a foundation that manages the Seruni Foundation children for 14 hours divided into two days. With the training provided by the team, Seruni Foundation children have become more developed, more confident, understand how to manage finances properly and are able to compete in the business and industrial world

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of the variables: Flexible Working; Job Stress; on Employee performance, with the perspective of Self Determination Theory. Method: The research method used is causal associative using questionnaires and survey research methods which are part of a quantitative study with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Results: Write only the results of research. The results showed that flexible working of place is in the medium category and work stress is in the high category, and employee performance is in the low category. Limitations: The limitations of this study are the lack of influence of exogenous variables that are not dominant enough in predicting employee performance with flexible work arrangements that have been carried out, and for further research it is necessary to add relevant exogenous and intervening variables such as: leadership, and employee involvement as a human factor from a different perspective. Wider. Contribution: The contribution of this research can be useful for practitioners in the world of work so that they can add to the basis for making decisions in work practice.
