Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pencatatan akuntansi dengan memberikan Software Aplikasi Pencatatan Akuntansi yang dikembangkan sendiri oleh Tim dengan harapan mitra dalam hal ini “Banana Paper” yang berlokasi di Jl. Sadang Serang No 8 Kecamatan Coblong Kota Bandung dapat mengaplikasin software ini agar dapat menyelesaikan salah satu masalah dalam mencatat transaksi akuntansi dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemajuan usaha Banana Paper. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan cara mengaplikasikan software Aplikasi Pencatatan Akuntansi, mitra kini dapat menhasilkan laporan keuangan seperti neraca dan Laba rugi dengan hanya meng-inputkan kegiatan transaksi yang terjadi, dengan sedikit catatan bahwa mereka harus lebih memahami memahami penomoran akun dan pengelompokan akun debit dan akun Kredit.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world, the lifestyle of Asia, especially Indonesia, underwent extraordinary changes at the beginning of 2020. On a national and global scale, the decline in activity and economic growth resulted in a decline in public demand, including products and services produced by MSMEs. . Apart from that, partners also have limitations in managing and classifying income and expenses in terms of financial records. Taking into account the global Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia has disrupted daily life due to social distancing and government housing regulations, which have an impact on the MSME industry. The main challenge faced by MSMEs is declining demand. Compared to normal conditions, this also reduces the impact of limited MSME operations and direct consumer spending. MSMEs can achieve several things, such as utilizing e-commerce sales, improving service quality, digital marketing, and customer relationship marketing. Taking into account the situation mentioned in the previous section and the latest information provided by the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency regarding economic growth of -5.32% in the second quarter of 2020. For this reason, the proposer considers it necessary to conduct a study and implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM), especially in East Jakarta City area whose people are affected by the crisis during the pandemic. The most significant impact is that after being registered with an online food delivery service, there is an increase in sales from the usual 20 – 30 percent per day.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of digital marketing and sustainability practices on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in a specific region. The research addresses the problem of how these two factors influence business performance, aiming to provide actionable insights for MSME managers. The study utilized a quantitative research method, employing a structured questionnaire as the primary instrument. A total of 117 MSME owners or managers from the specified region participated as research subjects. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the relationship between digital marketing, sustainability, and business performance. The results indicate that both digital marketing and sustainability practices significantly contribute to the improvement of MSME performance. Specifically, effective digital marketing strategies, such as optimizing social media and e-commerce platforms, were found to enhance business outcomes by expanding customer reach and increasing sales efficiency. Similarly, sustainability practices, including the use of environmentally friendly materials and responsible waste management, were shown to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business reputation. The study concludes that integrating both digital marketing and sustainability into business strategies is crucial for MSMEs to achieve better performance and long-term competitiveness. These findings suggest that MSMEs should prioritize investments in digital marketing and adopt sustainable practices to strengthen their market position.

Abstract

Usaha D’LA Fish, baby fish terletak di Kampung Ikan/Lauk di Kecamatan Ibun, khususnya Desa Lampegan. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, mereka menghadapi beberapa hambatan seperti terbatasnya kapasitas produksi karena mesin spinner yang rusak, terbatasnya pangsa pasar membuat penjualan stuck, dan permasalahan lain yaitu laporan keuangan yang kurang baik. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahann ini dengan pemberian spinner, pelatihan penataan branding,digital marketing, dan pembukuan keuangan sederhana dan perhitungan harga pokok penjualan. Dengan diberikan spinner produk baby fish lebih tahan lama dikonsumsi karena tidak cepat tengik, dengan penataan branding dan digital marketing dapat mendukung perluasan pangsa pasar media media social seperti facebook & instagram, sehingga penjualan meningkat. Setelah dilaksanakan program Pengabdian Masyarakat pada usaha tersebut, pemilik usaha Dla Fish, menyatakan bahwa proses produksi menjadi lebih cepat dan pelaksanaan administrasi lebih baik. Ke depan diharapkan dapat melihat peningkatan produktifitasnya secara keuangan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. However, there are signs of recovery offering hope. The government has made various efforts to support MSMEs, where financial literacy and the implementation of digital-based management have become essential factors for their business sustainability. MSMEs need to adapt by utilizing information technology, joining online markets, differentiating products, and innovating to survive the crisis. The main challenges faced by MSMEs include a lack of management skills, adequate human resources (HR), and limited capital. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in enhancing MSMEs' ability to manage their businesses, particularly in risk management and digital business development. Cheesestick Savouree is an example of an MSME facing these challenges. Although this business has good market potential, its growth has been hindered by a lack of financial literacy and the adoption of digital-based management systems. To support business sustainability, the implementation of environmentally friendly production processes becomes a relevant solution. The development of green MSMEs, which leverage technocommercial opportunities and innovative business models, can also provide a competitive advantage for this business. This community service program aims to improve financial literacy and the application of digital technology for the Cheesestick Savouree MSME. The method used includes financial literacy training, covering personal and business financial management, as well as socializing the use of simple online accounting applications. Additionally, the service team will provide training in digital marketing through social media and marketplaces. To support sustainability, counseling on green business concepts and the introduction of eco-friendly packaging will be conducted. Periodic evaluations will be carried out to measure the implementation of technology and sustainability in business operations. Through this approach, it is expected that the Cheesestick Savouree business will grow sustainably. Keywords: Digital management, financial literacy, sustainability. Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian, terdapat tanda-tanda pemulihan yang memberikan harapan. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mendukung UMKM, di mana literasi keuangan dan penerapan manajemen berbasis digital menjadi faktor penting untuk keberlanjutan bisnis mereka. UMKM perlu beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, bergabung dengan pasar online, membedakan produk, serta berinovasi untuk bertahan di tengah krisis. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi UMKM mencakup kurangnya keterampilan manajemen, sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memadai, dan keterbatasan modal. Literasi keuangan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM untuk mengelola bisnis, termasuk dalam penanganan risiko dan pengembangan bisnis digital. Usaha Cheesestick Savouree adalah contoh UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Meskipun usaha ini memiliki potensi pasar yang baik, perkembangannya terhambat oleh kurangnya literasi keuangan dan adopsi sistem manajemen berbasis digital. Guna mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis, penerapan proses produksi yang ramah lingkungan menjadi salah satu solusi yang relevan. Pengembangan UMKM hijau, yang memanfaatkan peluang teknokomersial dan model bisnis yang inovatif, juga dapat memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi usaha ini. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan penerapan teknologi digital pada UMKM Cheesestick Savouree. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan literasi keuangan, yang mencakup manajemen keuangan pribadi dan bisnis, serta sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi sederhana berbasis digital. Selain itu, tim pengabdi akan memberikan pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Untuk mendukung keberlanjutan, akan dilakukan penyuluhan tentang konsep green business serta pengenalan kemasan ramah lingkungan. Evaluasi akan dilakukan secara berkala untuk mengukur penerapan teknologi dan keberlanjutan dalam operasional usaha. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan usaha Cheesestick Savouree dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Manajemen digital, literasi keuangan, sustainability.

Abstract

This community service project focuses on improving the implementation of accounting, tax and online marketing to support the sustainability of Cheesestick Savouree's business. The main objective was to improve the orderliness of accounting records, tax reporting and digital optimization of the business to ensure sustainability and better access to financial resources. The methods used included basic accounting and tax training, introduction to accounting software, and strategies to optimize online marketing through the website. The project measured success by the business's ability to maintain accurate financial records, comply with tax regulations, and improve its digital marketing effectiveness. Preliminary results showed that the business demonstrated better financial documentation and digital optimization of the business than before.

Abstract

Environmental transparency and corporate governance are increasingly important for enhancing shareholder value in manufacturing firms. This study aims to examine the impact of carbon disclosure, corporate maturity, and the presence of women on boards of directors and commissioners on shareholder value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The objectives include assessing whether carbon disclosure and corporate maturity positively influence shareholder value, evaluating the moderating role of corporate maturity, and analyzing the effect of female board representation. The research employs a quantitative approach, using moderated regression analysis with panel data from 116 companies, resulting in 580 firm-year observations. The findings indicate that carbon disclosure positively affects shareholder value, suggesting that transparent environmental reporting attracts investor interest. Corporate maturity also has a positive impact and strengthens the relationship between carbon disclosure and shareholder value. However, the presence of women on boards does not significantly influence shareholder value, likely due to their low representation. The study concludes that companies should prioritize carbon disclosure and leverage corporate maturity to enhance investor confidence. Increasing female representation on boards may align with global governance trends, despite its limited impact in this context.
