Abstract

Early marriage or young marriage itself is a marriage carried out by a partner or one of their partners is still categorized as a teenager under the age of 19 year. The type of research used is descriptive with the Accidental Sampling method. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of adolescents about early marriage, to find out the sources of information that affect adolescents' knowledge of early marriage, to determine ethnicity that affects adolescents' knowledge of early marriage. The samples in this study are 30 students of class 12 SMK Pencawan, by distributing questionnaires. The results obtains based on the level of knowledge of adolescents about early marriage in class XII adolescents at SMK Pencawan shows that the level of knowledge of adolescents about early marriage is the majority 15 people (50.0%) with good knowledge level criteria, while the minority had sufficient knowledge, namely 6 people (20.0%). Sources of information that influence adolescent knowledge about early marriage are the majority from the internet 15 people (50.0%), while the minority from print media 3 people (10.0%). The ethnic groups that influence adolescent knowledge about early marriage are 11 people (36.7%), while the least are the Simalungun, Gayo, Rao, Mandailing, Pakpak tribes each 1 person (3.3%). about early marriage, sources of information, and ethnicity, at SMK Pencawan good. However, it is hoped that in the future it will be even better

Abstract

Oxytocin massage is a massage along the spine (vertebrae) to the fifth or sixth rib. Knowledge of postpartum mothers about the benefits of oxytocin massage will affect breastfeeding to babies, breast milk that does not come out will cause the baby's weight to decrease because the baby's daily needs are not fulfilled properly. This study aims to describe the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the benefits of oxytocin massage in increasing breast milk production at the Romana Clinic 2022. This study used a descriptive method. The sample in this study was postpartum mothers 0-42 days who made postpartum visits at the Romana Clinic in 2022 with a total of 32 respondents. Researchers used primary data. The results of the study are as follows: from 32 respondents, the majority have sufficient knowledge as many as 17 people (53.125%), lack of knowledge as many as 11 people (34.375%), and the minority with good knowledge as many as 4 people (12.50%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it shows that the higher the education of the mother, the higher the knowledge about the benefits of oxytocin massage.

Abstract

Based on the centeres for Disease Control and Prevention report, pregnant women who are positive for Covid-19 are at higher risk for premature birth (delivery od babies earlier than 37 weeks) and stillbirths. In addition, pregnant women who are positive for Covid-19 are also at a higher risk of developing other pregnancy complications. The problem of psychlogical disorders often occurs during the pregnancy proces, both in the first, second and third trimesters, Covid-19 causes various clinical manifestations, especially in pregnant women, because pregnant women are a high risk group for contracting the Covid-19 virus. The sampling technique is a accidental sampling. The sample in this study are 31 pregnant women. The results show that the characteristics based on the service of the respondents almost all experienced a fairly good change in service (90.3%), the characteristics based on the respondent’s education most of them have high school education (70.9%), the characteristics based on the respondent’s exposure are mostly working (64.5%), the characteristics are based on age most respondent’s are aged 20-29 years (45.1%), the characteristics based on parity of respondent’s are mostly multiparous parity (45.2%). Conclusion the level of education, type of work, gestasional age, and parity of pregnant women have a very important distribution in influencing services and characteristics of pregnant women in the future pandemic Covid-19.
