Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran strategi dalam pemberantasan korupsi melalui pendekatan keluarga yang dilakukan KPK, serta peluang pengembangan strategi dengan mengoptimalkan fungsi keluarga sebagai elemen terpenting dalam gerakan sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka bersumber dari berbagai peraturan dan kebijakan terkait korupsi, artikel penelitian, serta media massa. Korupsi merupakan kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan karena berdampak besar terhadap masyarakat. Perilaku korupsi dapat mengurangi hak-hak masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang adil dan memuaskan serta dapat menghilangkan hak-hak masyarakat untuk memperoleh kesejahteraan yang layak. Saat ini perilaku korupsi telah menjalar ke dalam lingkup keluarga di mana terdapat pelaku korupsi yang berasal dari satu keluarga. Padahal, keluarga merupakan pondasi utama dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai positif pada kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Jika selama ini upaya pemberantasan korupsi pada sektor pelayanan publik hanya dilakukan melalui perbaikan sistem untuk membatasi dan menutup celah pelaku korupsi, maka saat ini KPK telah mengembangkan suatu gerakan sosial berbasis keluarga untuk memberantas korupsi. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the strategy to eradicate corruption through a family approach promoted by the KPK. This paper is a literature study referes to anti-corruption policies, websites, research reports as well as press articles. Corruption is a crime against humanity because of its enormous impact on society. Corruption behavior deprives community’s rights of appropriate and satisfying services and eliminates the rights of the community to obtain welfare. Currently, corruption behavior has spread to families where there are several corruptors who come from same family. In fact, the family is the main foundation in the formation of positive values in the community and state. Previously, the efforts to eradicate corruption in the public service sector have only been done through improving the system to limit and close the corruption opportunity. After that, the KPK has developed a family-based social movement to eradicate corruption.

Abstract

In order to carry out bureaucratic reform and the effectiveness of public services, a strategy is needed that is capable of forming superior civil servants, competitive, and capable of becoming leaders of change. Implementation of Level III Leadership Education and Training within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is one of the competency development efforts for echelon III officials in order to achieve job competency requirements. In addition, this training is also intended to form administrator officials capable of leading the implementation of all public service activities as well as government administration and development in their respective agencies. This study aims to provide an overview of the performance of the personnel after attending the PIM Tk. III of 2019 within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.The method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data sources derived from surveys using a 360-degree performance appraisal questionnaire to alumni respondents participating in PIM Tk Education and Training. III, alumni co-workers, direct superiors and personnel. The results of data analysis show that the Level III Leadership Training in DKI Jakarta Province in 2019 has a positive impact on alumni performance as shown by the assessment of saffing respondents, co-workers, and superiors on each performance variable.
