Abstract

The students’ability of class IX.1 SMPN 7 Muara Bungo in writing greeting card is still low. This research is aimed to describe the using of environment sources as teaching media or mebelbasling in improving the students’writing ablity. This research is included i classroom action research with 32 students as the research subjects. This research was implemented in two cycles and each cycle consist of planning, doing, observing and reflecting. The instrument in data collecting used observation sheet, test and field note. The result showed that (1)The using of environment sources as teaching media was able to improve the student’ ability in writing greeting cardeither in content, grammar, coherence as well as the tidy. (2) The using of environment sources as teaching media was able to increasethe student’s completeness in wring english text. It’s indicated from the increasing of test result 0,5% in the first cycle and 3,08% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan guru SMPN 3 Muko Muko Bathin VII dalam menyusun RPP berorientasi PPK, GLN dan HOTS. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran terutama menyusun RPP yang berorientasi PPK, GLN dan HOTS. Tindakan yang peneliti gunakan adalah supervisi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus mencakup empat tahapan pokok yaitu : Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan , Observasi dan Refleksi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, catatan lapangan dan kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan setiap siklus untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan tindakan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru. Selain itu juga digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam perencanaan tahap selanjutnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Muko Muko Bathin VII dalam menyusun RPP yang berorientasi PPK, GLN dan HOTS. Peningkatan kemampuan guru menunjukkan peningkatan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 dimana dalam merancang penguatan pendidikan karakter selalu konsisten, kemampuan menyusun gerakan Literasi Nasional sebesar 18.2% dan kemampuan menyusun pembelajaran High Order Thinking Skill sebesar 27,3% sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru tetap konsisten mengembangkan penguatan pendidikan karakter, melaksanakan gerakan Literasi Nasional sebesar 18.2% serta peningkatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran HOTS sebesar 9.1%. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi merupakan tindakan yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Muko Muko Bathin VII dalam menyusun RPP.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of digital media in Arabic language learning at MTs Raudhatul Hasanah Tanjung Jabung Timur and its influence on student motivation and learning outcomes. The development of educational technology requires teachers to be able to utilize digital media as an effective, interactive, and appropriate learning tool in accordance with the characteristics of the digital generation. However, in practice, Arabic learning in madrassas is still dominated by conventional methods that cause low student motivation to learn. This study uses a mixed method approach with a sequential explanatory design. The research sample consisted of 56 grade VIII students and 2 Arabic teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, learning motivation questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistics, simple regression tests, and interactive qualitative analysis. The results show that the use of digital media such as interactive PowerPoint, learning videos, application-based quizzes, and online learning platforms has a positive influence on student motivation and learning outcomes. The average value of learning motivation increased from 65.2 to 84.6, while the average learning outcome increased from 68.4 to 86.1. The results of the regression test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that digital media has a significant effect on Arabic language learning. The novelty of this research lies in the use of digital media based on the context of rural madrasas with limited facilities but still effective through a simple and adaptive approach. This study recommends strengthening teachers' digital literacy to improve the quality of Arabic learning in madrasas.
