Abstract

Latar Belakang: Adanya pergeseran pola penyakit dari penyakit yang menular menjadi penyakit tidak menular salah satunya adalah diabetes melitus. Di Indonesia diabetes merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi setelah stroke dan jantung koroner, hampir 85 sampai 90% orang dengan diabetes tipe 2 penyakit yang paling banyak dialami oleh lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap kadar gula darah sewaktu pada lansia diabetesi. Metode: Penelitian quasi experiment dengan desaign pre test dan post-test without control group design. Pengambilan sampel 36 responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji paired t-test. Hasil: Sebelum diberikan terapi dzikir rerata kadar gula darah sewaktu pada lansia diabetesi yaitu 176,25 mg/dl, sedangkan setelah diberikan terapi dzikir rerata kadar gula darah sewaktu pada lansia diabetesi 163,55 mg/dl. Hasil uji paired t-test menunjukkan bahwa nilai P value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya ada penurunan kadar gula darah secara bermakna. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap kadar gula darah pada lansia Diabetesi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lebdosari Semarang. Setelah mengetahui manfaat terapi dzikir diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengaplikasikan secara mandiri terutama bagi mereka yang terkena diabetes.

Abstract

Integrated service post as one of the health services that serves to facilitate public especially for pregnant women and toddlers to implement happy little family. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of cadres and the motivation of mothers who visit Posyandu, Tambakharjo Village, West Semarang District. This research used Cross Sectional. The sample was 39 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Statistical test using Rank Spearman correlation. The results show that a relationship between the role of cadres and maternal motivation = 0.565 and p-value = 0,000 (<α = 0.5). The meaning is that, the stronger the role of the posyandu cadre under five, the higher the motivation of mothers under five to visit the posyandu. Recommendation: providing information about the role of cadres and the Posyandu program for under-fives, it is expected that mothers will have the motivation to visit the Posyandu RW VII, Tambakharjo Sub-District, West Semarang District.

Abstract

Background: Family support a trait that supportive and always provides help and assistance if needed by one of the family members. Form of family support in the form of information, assessment, instrumental, and emotional. According to records from the Health Profile of Central Java in 2017, the number of patients with hypertension was 8355 people. Family support also affects the occurrence of medication adherence in patients with hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with medication adherence in elderly people with hypertension in the Gayamsari Community Health Center in Semarang.Research Methodology: This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive correlation method with a cross sectional approach and research instruments using questionnaires. The sample technique used Purposive Sampling Technique. The population 210 elderly and the sample 137 elderly. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman Rank test.Results: The results of this study were obtained from 62 elderly respondents with good family support, 46 (33,6%) had high medication adherence and 15 elderly received less family support, 15 (10,9%) had moderate medication adherence . Spearman Rho statistical test results showed that ρ value 0,000 ≤α 0,05. Correlation coefficient 0,874 which means there is a relationship of family support with medication adherence in elderly people with hypertension in the Gayamsari Community Health Center in Semarang city very strong.Conclusion: There is a relationship of family support with medication adherence in elderly patients with hypertension in the Gayamsari Community Health Center in Semarang.

Abstract

Joint Commission International ( JCI ) required the achievement of 100% five moment hand hygiene for the nurses who have provided care to patients. The adherence of five moments hand hygiene has been done to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. The adherence of five moments hand hygiene has been determined by inside and outside factors, and one of the inside factors is the motivation. The research is a qualitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of sample is 153 nurses with the proportionate random sampling technique at the Public Hospital of Loekmono Hadi Kudus. The research instruments used the questionaire and observation sheet. The research showed the result of Rank Spearman test p value = 0,000 with r value = 0.296, positive correlation means that the higher the nurse motivation, the higher the nurse aderence of five moment hand hygiene.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKader Posbindu PTM adalah orang yang berperan aktif dalam peningkatan derajat kesehatan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Lebdosari. Upaya pengembangan peran serta kader dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pelaksananaan program peningkatan kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lebdosari. Kader posbindu PTM perlu diberikan pelatihan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyakit tidak menular.Tujuan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Pelatihan Keteramilan kader posbindu PTM untuk meningkatkan kesadatan kesehatan di masyarakat serta Pendampingan untuk deteksi dini Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) di masyarakat.Kegiatan program PKM ini adalah a) Pra Survei Lapangan, b) Persiapan Alat dan Bahan Pelatihan, c) Persiapan Tempat Pelatihan d) Pelatihan kader e) pendampingan kader dalam deteksi PTM f) Evaluasi kemampuan dan pemahaman kader g) Pembuatan Laporan dan Publikasi.Hasil PKM : Terlatih 24 kader kesehatan perwakilan dari 4 kelurahan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posbindu PTM setelah dilakukan Pelatihan sebesar 62,5%. Dalam pendampingan deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular pada 4 kelurahan didapatkan data gangguan kesehatan/ Penyakit tidak menular terbanyak di masing-masing kelurahan tertinggi adalah Hipertensi dan DM. Kata Kunci : Revitalisasi Posbindu, Pelatihan Kader, Deteksi Dini ABSTRACTPosbindu PTM cadres are people who play an active role in improving health status in the work area of the Lebdosari Community Health Center. Efforts to develop the participation of cadres in improving the ability to implement health improvement programs in the work area of Lebdosari Health Center. Posbindu PTM cadres need training given to increase knowledge about non-communicable diseases.The aim of community service is the Posbindu PTM cadre Pregnancy Training to increase health awareness in the community and Assistance for early detection of non-communicable diseases (PTM) in the community.PKM program activities are a) Pre Field Survey, b) Preparation of Training Tools and Materials, c) Preparation of Training Sites d) Cadre training e) cadre assistance in PTM detection f) Evaluation of cadre capabilities and understanding g) Making Reports and Publications.PKM Results: Trained 24 health cadres representatives from 4 villages, there was an increase in knowledge of Posbindu PTM cadres after a 62.5% training. In assisting early detection of non-communicable diseases in 4 kelurahan, the highest data on health problems / non-communicable diseases in each Sub District was Hypertension and DM. Keywords : Posbindu Revitalization, Cadre Training, Early Detection
