Abstract

Penulisan Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai sistem administrasi pembayaranS.P.P. di SD. Taruna Bangsa, Ciputat yang selama ini prosesnya dilakukansecara manual. Oleh sebab itu penulis membuat sistem administrasi pembayaranS.P.P. dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dengan menggunakan bahasapemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan Database dengan menggunakanMicrosoft Access. Mudah-mudahan penulisan ini menjadi alternatif bagi pihaksekolah maupun kepada karyawannya yang mengharapkan semua kegiatannyaberjalan dengan efektif, efisien dan terkoordinasi.

Abstract

The need of information is very important and its no exception in theautomotive sector. Good activity at a company or organization is determined bythe available information. This is due to make the right decisions requireaccurate data to be quickly and easily understood. This is where the programdatabase system as a computerized data provider must be able to provideinformation in a short time and easy to read. In the automotive workshops, suchas motor workshops that still use manual system to process data of sales, data ofprice and stocks of spare parts has not been able to represent the need of thatinformation, so the result of information obtained is less accurate and takesmuch longer. Therefore, existing data must be managed effectively. MicrosoftVisual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2003 are some examples of the manysoftware tools that can solve the problem.

Abstract

In a company or organization, a business development company became abenchmark for the success of these companies. To keep the permonmance of thecompany, it should be able to mobilize all the resources to maximize itsoperational work. One of them is in need of application program for managingand cultivating existing data. Its because to make a right decision needs datawhich is accurate and easily to understood. Here the role of database applicationprograms as the provision of computerized data are able to provide informationin a short time and easy to read. The author takes the case to the General FuelFilling Station (Gas Station), namely Nusa Indah Gas Stations 34-15142. It stillusing manual process in recording, counting and making sales report everymonth, therefore the use of a computerized system is expected to accelerate thework and resolve problems, supported by the speed of data processing andaccuracy of the data result. The author tries to design administrative dataprocessing applications of fuel and lubricating oil using Visual Basic 6.0. andMicrosoft Access.

Seiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yangsemakin pesat, kebutuhan seseorang untuk memperoleh informasi diharapkansemakin cepat pula. Komputer sebagai salah satu alat penghasil informasi,menjadikan keberadaan alat ini menjadi penting. Untuk menunjang komputersebagai penghasil informasi dibutuhkan sarana pembelajaran untuk ilmukomputer itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu penulis merasa penting perlunya saranapembelajaran elektronik (E-learning) guna memenuhi kebutuhan informasi ilmukomputer.Dengan adanya aplikasi E-learning Tutorial Komputer berbasiswebsite seseorang yang membutuhkan informasi ilmu komputer dapatmemperolehnya dengan cepat tidak terbatas waktu dan tempat.
