Abstract

Number of companies and shopping centers that have employees or visitors in a very largeamount of parking needed large enough to put their fleet. Prototype system for managingparking lot parking lot has been realized, the system is using Borland Delphi 5 application asan application fee and application programming BASCOM as to set the microcontrollerAT89S52 as controller hardware. With this system, can help the building managers inmanaging parkirannya to be more organized and make profit, karenakan not require too muchstaff and the accuracy of counting the cost of parking. In addition, users also get theconvenience of parking their vehicles in place and not feel disadvantaged will be no parkingfees in accordance with the established.

Abstract

Convergence of Internet and telecommunications, with applications in it are more and morebandwidth with QoS penqaturan it finally takes the network and the elements in it which gavefull support to the preservation and improvement of network performance. If the bandwidth isalways the first object is predicted, then the current scheme requires some applications have"bandwidth on demand". On the other hand the network efficiency by leveraging publicnetworks to be the main constraint in the deployment of services, especially for commercialpurposes. Trasnport technology which is required not only discovery allows routing and bestpath, but can also accommodate non-package existing technologies. The author describes thedevelopment of GMPLS today, particularly in the scheme of network convergence with othertransport technologies. Also described briefly about the relationship pengembanngannyaMPLS as the base.Keyword: MPLS, GMPLS, QoS, Bandwidth

Abstract

ELearning System is a solution that is needed in the era of globalization of education today. The presence of eLearning with the support of information technology to bring the influenceof conventional education in the transformation process into digital form, both in content andsystem. Today eLearning industry is experiencing a crisis, which resulted in the failure of theimplementation of eLearning in various sectors in the world. The failure was mainly due tovery few users and are not motivated to finish until the end of eLearning materials. Writingprovides a solution by developing a model-based eLearning system that can motivate thecommunity to overcome the low motivated users and not users in using the eLearning system.Community motivation model developed based on theories of learning and motivation theorycapturing requirements in the field of requirements engineering. Measurement of theeffectiveness of community motivation model using statistical indicators of visits, trafficranking, comparison with similar eLearning system, and relationships between concepts inthe model. The model developed has also been applied in a public web based eLearningsystem IlmuKomputer.Com, with a significant result.
