Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal: 1) The steps of aloud reading techniques in improving the ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 school year; 2) The results of the implementation of the aloud reading technique in improving the ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that; 1) The steps for implementing the aloud reading technique in improving the ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas for the 2019-2020 academic year, namely: a) The teacher chooses a short surah to read aloud; b) The teacher distributes al-Qur'ān Hadith textbooks to students; c) The teacher asks students to read a short surah together; d) When the reading is in progress, the teacher stops the students' reading in several places. Then the teacher pointed out and asked questions regarding the law of reciting recitation. The teacher gives sufficient time to discuss the students; e) The teacher divides students into groups and reads the surah in turn; f) The teacher ends the learning process by giving questions and conclusions. 2) The results of the implementation of the aloud reading technique in improving the ability to read the al-Qur'ān short surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 academic year is proven by the results of the final test which show an increase in the reading ability of students with an average score 80, category "good". Thus the implementation of the aloud reading technique can improve the students' ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 academic year.

Abstract

Schools providing inclusive education need to be supported by Special Educator Teachers in the learning process and in developing children with special needs in general. Problems that arise between one another when studied in depth can be interconnected, such as problems with students, teachers, schools, government, or the community. With regard to the problem of teachers, teachers have complaints where there is a lack of competence related to handling ABK (Children with Special Needs) where the cause is the lack of understanding of teachers related to inclusive schools and ABK which further impacts on the problem of difficulties. Problems in these inclusive schools include: learning problems in class, problems with facilities and infrastructure, problems with educators, problems with collaboration between parents, the community and the business world. It needs optimal management of all elements that hold the process of success of inclusive schools, especially at the border.

Abstract

Management is a process consisting of actions, planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring, which are carried out to determine and achieve the goals that have been set through the use of human resources and other sources. Management of extraordinary education is required to be able to motivate and develop their potential in all aspects of daily life. As in school programs, the potential development of students is an important part of the implementation of the learning process, in order to equip students later in social life. The management of the quality development of the Cahaya Bangsa Khatulistiwa SLB institution in Pontianak plans to develop the quality of the SLB institution, organize the quality of the SLB institution, actualize the quality of the SLB, and supervise the school principal on the supervision of learning development, supervision of teacher and personnel development, supervision of educational forms and services, supervision of the scope special education centers and special service education, and supervision of the development of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

School is a place to socialize and learn. Schools are educational institutions that train students' character building and facilitate students to grow and explore student potential so that they can produce generations that are productive, creative, and able to answer challenges. The implications for school institutions that can be seen directly are inclusive schools, institutions that are able to overcome discrimination effectively, create friendly communication, and form an inclusive society to realize educational goals. The available SLBs are quite well-established, have adequate facilities and infrastructure, adequately representative equipment and buildings, sufficiently professional staff, and have strong legality institutionally. The community is a user of educational institutions with the existence of an inclusive school which will facilitate community access to send their children to the nearest school because there is only one special school such as an SLB and it is in the district capital. provide treatment to children with special needs because they have experts in their fields and have teachers who are graduates from PLB.

Abstract

Administration is the activity of systematically compiling and recording data and information that aims to provide various information and also make it easier to retrieve it in part or in whole. Teaching administration in inclusive classes and special classification classes in primary schools, there are several administrations that must be completed by teachers whose administration consists of: educational calendar, annual program, semester program, syllabus, SK / KD analysis, assessment procedures, lesson plans, KKM, journals teacher agendas, attendance books, grade lists, handbooks (textbooks, modules, worksheets), teaching materials, question grids, question cards, analysis of test results, remedial programs, enrichment programs, question sets. In general, the administration in the inclusive class and the classification class is the same, but what distinguishes the heterogeneous conditions of the students in the inclusion class is that the teacher separates the administration between regular students and inclusive students. While the administration in the class classification of the condition of the students is homogeneous there is no administrative separation.

Abstract

Learning activities in classes with diverse students, where there are students with special needs, challenge teachers to pay more attention and fulfill all students, and develop learning through internalizing the values of Islamic Religious Education learning between training students in developing attitudes since elementary school with elements of activities. in class with a commitment to nationality, tolerance, non-violence, and accommodating to local culture. Teachers get used to stimulating students by showing honest, disciplined, responsible, caring, mutual cooperation, cooperation, tolerance, peace, polite, responsive and proactive behavior as part of the solution to various problems in interacting effectively with the social and natural environment and placing self as a reflection of the nation in various world relationships.

Abstract

Learning for children with special needs (students with special needs) requires a separate strategy according to their individual needs. The learning strategy is a learning procedure in assisting student learning efforts, organizing learning experiences, organizing and planning teaching materials, in order to create a more effective and efficient learning process to achieve learning goals. In order for the learning objectives to be achieved, it is necessary to choose the right learning strategy, for example, the teacher's mental retardation learning strategy can use cooperative learning strategies, behavior modification and individual strategies. Learning strategies for blind children can use expository, heuristic, and team learning strategies. Learning strategies for disabled people can be integrated, segressive and structuring the learning environment. Tunalaras can use biogenetic, behavioral, psychodynamic, and ecological learning strategies. The deaf can use deductive, inductive, heuristic, expository, classical, and behavior modification learning strategies.

Abstract

Digital learning itself is a system that can help students learn more widely, more varied, or more. With the support provided, students can conduct their learning activities anywhere, anytime, regardless of location, time, or distance. The teaching materials offered can also be more diverse than just oral forms, such as: Text, images, visuals, audio, movement, and so on. Digital learning requires interactive communication between students and teachers using information and communication technology. For example, the use of computer media with the internet, smartphones with various applications, video, telephone or fax. Literacy learning planning teachers design learning designs on certain subjects or materials that are adjusted to the characteristics of the class. For this reason, before designing, teachers should make observations that can be strengthened by interviews to find out the condition of the class and analyse the needs of students. During the teaching and learning process, the teacher is not only the one who transfers knowledge but the teacher must also be able to provide the means for students to form their thoughts as well as their attitudes. In addition, teachers must have a strong desire to carry out their duties, a sense of responsibility for their position, and interest in the plans they make in the form of lesson plans. In this evaluation, teachers use various methods and instruments to measure the extent to which students understand the basic concepts of digital literacy, such as digital safety, online ethics and information management. In addition, the evaluation also includes assessing students' practical skills in using software, applications and digital tools, such as information retrieval, data processing and online communication

Abstract

In the digital era, every school is required to provide complete and fast information for parents, students and teachers as well as all school administrators. Complete and fast information will of course benefit the school. With information system technology, schools can be more effective, efficient, accountable and transparent. A school administration system that can be accessed by all school members, including teachers, school staff, parents and students, makes integrated communication easier. The stages in or how schools start using digital administration may vary from one school to another, the steps for schools to start digital administration are to prepare the software and skills of operational personnel who need to be trained in using it or make the application as attractive as possible and designing a clear flow of each unit in the school. The support needed by schools to create schools with orderly digital-based administration with the support of operators and teachers who understand the use and workings of digital-based administration, one of the efforts that must be made by schools is by providing training for operators and teachers as well as all elements who are involved in school. There are administrations that can be started by schools for school administration, school program systems, teaching material platform systems or teaching materials, online-based teacher and student attendance systems, online- based guest book systems, online-based book borrowing systems, online-based new student registration systems, payment systems. online-based school fees, application or platform-based teacher administration systems and online-based assessment systems
