Abstract

Institution Awareness to the citizens in order to increase the quality of education is a part of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. To apply the program, it needs a plan. Community service program. The general purpose of this community service program is to increase the competency of citizens of RW 003 Babakan Village, Kelapa Dua, Setu, South Tangerang using Zahir Accounting Software training. The activity of this community service program entitled Computerized Accounting. The trainers and the source speakers are from the lecturers of Accounting Major of Pamulang University (Universitas Pamulang). The result conducted on November, 1,2,3 2019 was increasing their ability to use computer and computerized accounting with Zahir Accounting Software. The trainees was enthusiastic with the material they had from the lecturers of Accounting Major of Pamulang University (Universitas Pamulang). The trainees directly used the software.Zahir Accounting Software becomes an attention for the entrepreneurs who need accounting software to support financial noting in their business easily, fast and accurately, so by practicing Zahir Accounting Software will increase the citizens' competence to look for a job Keywords: Software Zahir Accounting ; Computerized Accounting

Abstract

Community service with the title Accounting Training in Management of Garbage Banks "Turning Trash Into Rupiah" aims to assist the management of Waste Bank in managing the records of the Garbage Bank and help resolve the problems of bookkeeping of the waste bank as faced today, including reports on purchases to customers of the waste bank , reports on sales to collectors, reports on the results of sales of garbage banks, reports on revenue and expenditure of funds and makes simple financial statements of waste banks as a responsibility of the management of the waste bank to the community. PKM involves lecturers and resource persons Lecturers in the S1 Accounting Study Program from Pamulang University. The results of the implementation of the PKM conducted on November 6, 2019 were adding knowledge in the field of accounting, especially regarding the financial recording of the participants of the Babakan Waste Management Group of Babakan Village, South Tangerang. The response of the participants was very good and happy because it was very helpful in learning about financial records. Suggestions submitted were PKM activities in the future to be carried out continuously so that the participants would always get guidance in accounting records and provide financial reporting to the public related to the Waste Bank, so that the community was more enthusiastic in collecting waste because it could provide high economic value. Keywords: Accounting Training, Trash Bank

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) which is called Community Service Activities was held from 6-8 July 2020 as a form to fulfilling the obligations of the higher education of Tri Dharma at Pamulang University. The purpose of this PKM is to Introduce Fundamental Investment and Financial Management Towards Independent Family For Majelis Taklim Al Auladiyah in Tangerang Selatan. Financial management for the family is needed so, therefore, all family needs such as food, clothes, shelter, school fee, or desire to buy a new motorbike/car can be fulfilled. First things first are getting to know your financial condition, and determine your needs not to wants, and choose top priority, the family has to prepare a household budget for current and future needs avoids unnecessary desires, and don’t “Big Pegs than the Pole” neither. One of the stages of financial family planning is preparing a household budget to prevent financial failure in the household.  The result or output of this activity is to increase knowledge of the importance of understanding, financial arrangements, improve family welfare to avoid dependence on borrowing money from creditors.
