Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to educate and provide knowledge to parents on how their children can use social media intelligently and wisely. The method used in this community service activity involves, firstly, lectures using power point slides to explain to the participants. General knowledge about how to assist in utilizing social media, as well as sharing experiences through discussions and question and answer sessions. This community service resulted in increased knowledge and understanding of participants, namely housewives or parents regarding the wise and intelligent use of social media in everyday life. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, the socialization carried out can increase understanding of Increasing Parents' Understanding of Using Social Media Smartly and Wisely at Posbindu Melati Putih

Abstract

Begitu banyak kemudahan dan kepraktisan yang ditawarkan dalam penggunaan teknologi. Saat ini komunikasi dapat dilakukan dengan sangat nyata tanpa terhambat ruang dan waktu. Kini kehidupan sosial anak-anak lebih terpengaruh oleh teknologi. Lebih sering anak usia dini berinteraksi dengan gadget dan juga dunia maya mempengaruhi daya pikir anak terhadap sesuatu di luar hal tersebut. Namun kemajuan teknologi juga dapat membantu daya kreatifitas anak jika pemanfaatannya di imbangi dengan interaksi anak-anak dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Sebaiknya orang tua mengawasi anak saat bermain gadget agar mereka tidak terlalu tergantung dengan gadget dan tetap bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Akan lebih baik jika dilakukan pengawasan. Untuk itulah Google menghadirkan alat bantu berupa aplikasi yang bernama Family Link. Melalui Family Link, dapat membuatkan akun Google untuk anak dan menetapkan peraturan-peraturan spesifik terkait apa saja yang bisa anak lakukan bersama gadget. Yang paling utama adalah memilih aplikasi apa saja yang dapat anak gunakan. Jadi ketika anak hendak mengunduh aplikasi dari Google Play Store diperangkatnya, orang tua akan menerima notifikasi, dan dari situ dapat memilih untuk mengizinkan atau tidak. Jika tidak mengizinkan maka anak tidak bisa mengaksesnya sama sekali. Dengan dilaksanakannya PKM membahas tentang Google Family Link, aplikasi berbasis smartphone yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu kontrol pengasuhan anak untuk membatasi jumlah waktu anak-anak menggunakan smartphone, memantau aktivitas internet dan menjaga keamanan dari situs yang tidak pantas, juga pentingnya memberi jadwal penggunaan gadget, juga tetapkan wilayah wilayah bebas gadget dan pentingnya menahan diri khususnya dalam menggunakan gadget.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of financial applications in improving the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of financial management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Bebedah Berkah. Before the implementation of the application, BUMDes faced obstacles in the form of manual recording, limited human resources, and low accountability of financial statements. The research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to understand the manager's experience in using the TAKABUMDes application. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the TAKABUMDes application improves the financial recording and reporting system to be more systematic, timely, and in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). This application also supports the application of good governance principles, especially transparency, accountability, and community participation, as well as increasing public trust in the management of BUMDes. This study recommends strengthening human resource capacity, optimizing information technology, and participatory supervision systems to realize modern and sustainable BUMDes. This research involved eight key informants consisting of the Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, as well as community representatives and village officials. Empirical results show that the efficiency of financial recording is increased by up to 40% faster than manual systems, and the preparation of financial statements is now carried out regularly every month.

Abstract

This activity aims to implement a stock management application to improve the skills of employees at Bebepedia Baby Shop located in South Tangerang. This activity emerged as a solution to the problem of manual recording across multiple warehouse locations, which has previously hindered real-time data access and potentially disrupted their advantage in fast delivery. The implementation of this activity includes the development of an integrated information system, field observation, system design, technical training to enhance employees' digital literacy, and daily operational trials. The results of the implementation show that the achievement and satisfaction levels of the partner reached 90%, marked by a significant increase in operational efficiency and employee capabilities. Now, employees can monitor stock in real-time across all three warehouses, thereby reducing the risk of overstocking and product information errors. In addition to producing tangible outputs such as a digital application and scientific publications, this activity recommends integrating the system directly with marketplaces and adding a stock prediction feature to enhance future operational efficiency.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that requires early detection to reduce the risk of serious complications. Limited access to practical screening tools encourages the development of a web-based prediction system that can be accessed independently. This study develops a web application for predicting diabetes risk using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification algorithm. The system processes health parameters consisting of glucose level, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), age, and gender. System development applies the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and maintenance. The developed application provides data management, K-value configuration, prediction, and prediction-history features. Black Box testing shows that the implemented functions operate according to the expected scenarios. Accuracy testing using 10 test data produced 10 correct predictions and no incorrect predictions, resulting in an accuracy of 100%. The results indicate that the developed application can support early diabetes-risk screening and demonstrate that KNN can be integrated into a web-based prediction system.

Abstract

Selama ini, proses pencarian tempat kost oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang masih sering dilakukan secara manual. Cara tersebut sangat menyita waktu dan kerap berujung pada keputusan yang subjektif karena terlalu banyak pilihan yang harus disurvei. Untuk memberikan jalan keluar, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbentuk aplikasi mobile (Android) yang dinamakan "KostMate". Proses pembuatan perangkat lunak ini menerapkan metode Extreme Programming (XP) agar pengembangannya berjalan lebih cepat dan adaptif. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan framework Flutter untuk tampilan antarmukanya, serta terhubung dengan Firebase untuk pengelolaan basis data secara real-time. Sebagai otak pengambil keputusan, aplikasi ini menggunakan algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Algoritma tersebut mengolah lima kriteria utama: Harga Sewa (atribut cost, bobot 30%), Jarak ke Kampus (cost, 25%), Fasilitas (atribut benefit, 20%), Keamanan (benefit, 15%), dan Kebersihan (benefit, 10%). Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi bekerja dengan sangat optimal. Melalui pengujian Black-box, seluruh fitur utama dipastikan berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi rancangannya. Di sisi lain, pengujian White-box memvalidasi bahwa alur logika pemrograman dan rumus perhitungan SAW di dalam sistem sudah sangat akurat, dengan tingkat risiko kerumitan logika (cyclomatic complexity) yang rendah. Pada akhirnya, penerapan metode SAW ke dalam aplikasi ponsel ini terbukti ampuh dalam menyajikan rekomendasi tempat kost yang objektif, sehingga mahasiswa bisa lebih mudah dan yakin saat menentukan pilihan huniannya. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting, Aplikasi Mobile, Tempat Kost, Extreme Programming.
