Abstract

Selection of the optimal location of a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) is a very important decision for Internet Service Provider (ISP), because it can increase the new market. In the process of development of BTS should consider some criteria to obtain the optimal location of the BTS as business criteria, technical criteria and support criteria. The location of this research was conducted at PT. SIMS Branch Yogyakarta. The process of analysis is combining GIS and AHP. GIS methods is used to process spatial data from alternatives location of BTS and AHP is used for the analysis of decision making. The use of this method is excellent in decision-making with many criteria. The both combination will complement each other's weaknesses. In the process of determining an alternate location, spatial data were analyzed using GIS methods to obtain the alternatives location can be used as a BTS sites, each alternative is ALT 1 at Moh. Yamin street, ALT 2 at Gatotkaca street, ALT 3 at Ringan Harjo street and ALT 4 at Diponegoro street, each of the sites are located in district of Bantul, Yogyakarta.  Then to determine the most optimal alternative of BTS sites can use AHP method. The results of process data using AHP show business criteria weights is 0.688; technical criteria weights is 0.238 and support criteria weights is 0.074. While the order of the selected alternative is ALT 4 has the highest value with the weight of 0.358; ALT 2 weights is 0319; ALT 1 weights is 0.213 and ALT 3 weights is 0.110.

Abstract

Calista Perkasa Mulia ( CPM ) ltd is a contracting company of the railway construction. In the project construction of double track railway Semarang- Bojonegoro period April 2012 to December 2013 , scheduling and risk management has not been implemented properly. It could been seen from the works that was not completed on schedule. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a project scheduling with precedence diagram method (PDM) and risk management. The results showed that one of the strategies which could be applied to anticipate the delay was the acceleration of the project. With this strategy the project could save as much as Rp730.638.742. Furthermore the risk of sources showed there were 28.21 % of technical risks, 46.15 % of not expected risk and 33.33 % unacceptable risk.

Abstract

To improve and maintain the reliability of PLTU X (FTP-1) power supply using coal fuel it is necessary to improve the reliability of the equipment especially on the crucial equipment which one of the pulverizer equipment for it is necessary to process the procurement of equipment components (stock warehouse) to maintain if possible a malfunction or malfunction occurs. The author intends to make three alternative procurement process that is through OEM procurement process, Non OEM / reverse engineering and recondition. This journal will analyze a financial feasibility study to ascertain whether the procurement has economic value and the asset will be used effectively and efficiently over the life of the benefit using the LCCA cost analysis approach. In this paper, historical data on pulverizer damage is obtained from the HDKP Rapsodi Settlement application to be verified and processed using minitab 17 applications to obtain the weibull shape factor (β) and scale factor / characteristic life () and the data as monte carlo simulation input. So we get mean time to failure (MTTF) / age of pulverizer component. To analyze the threealternatives and determine which alternatives are most profitable for 10 years with a life cycle cost analysis approach.Based on the analysis of quantitative calculation data, the life of pulverizer mills (MTTF) procurement process OEM for 10,108 hours / 1.2 years, non-OEM / reverse engineering for 16,899 hours / 2 years and recondition for 5,323 hours / 0.7 years and the results of approach life cycle cost analysis was obtained cost savings of 35.22 billion per unit pulverizer mills for 10 years with reverse engineering procurement process compared to OEM.
