Abstract

ABSTRAK Berbagai macam faktor bahaya maupun risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi keselamatan maupun kesehatan pekerja penyapu jalan, diantaranya adalah keluhan musculoskeletal dalam melakukan pekerjaaan menyapu jalan. Penelitian untuk mengetahui kelelahan musculoskeletal penyapu jalan. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan crossectional. Keluhan yang dominan dirasakan pekerja adalah sakit pada kaki kiri dan sakit pada kaki kanan 10,24%, selanjutnya yaitu keluhan sakit pada pinggang sebanyak 8,27%, sakit punggung, sakit pada lutut kiri dan sakit pada lutut kanan sebanyak 5,12%, sakit pada lengan atas kiri dan sakit pada lengan atas kanan sebesar 4,72%, sakit pada betis kiri dan sakit pada betis kanan sebesar 4,33%, sakit/kaku di leher bagian atas, sakit pada bahu kanan dan sakit pada lengan bawah kiri sebanyak 3,94%, sakit pada bahu kiri dan sakit pada tangan kanan sebanyak 3,54%, sakit/kaku di leher bagian bawah dan sakit pada paha kiri sebanyak 3,15%, sakit pada lengan bawah kanan sebanyak 2,76%, sakit pada tangan kiri dan sakit pada paha kanan sebanyak 1,97%, sakit pada bokong sebanyak 1,57%, sakit pada pergelangan tangan kiri sebanyak 1,18%, sakit pantat dan sakit pada pergelangan tangan kanan sebanyak 0,79%, dan sakit siku kiri, sakit siku kanan, sakit pada pergelangan kaki kiri serta sakit pada pergelangan kaki kanan sebanyak 0,39%.

Abstract

Chemical laboratories in the company are included in the work area that has a hazard and high risk. Therefore, effective safety management is required to control the risk of. Research on initial risk assessment and end risk and effectiveness of risk control in the activities of practicum finalizing bottle test in laboratory of PT. ABC Balikpapan. Assess the level of risk on activities in the chemical laboratory of PT. ABC. Hazard identification method finalizing bottle test using task risk analysis, while for risk analysis is done using semi-quantitative risk analysis method with risk assessment criteria (consequence, likelihood) and risk control is also made and then analyzed the result. The results of the average major risk of the end of the initial risk indicating that risk control in the activities of practicum chemical bottle Test finalizing in the laboratory of PT. ABC is good, but there are some high risk value of the end, such as the risks associated with the incidence of fire and explosion. So it is necessary to improve the laboratory safety management through the risk analysis program at every practice activity in the laboratory of PT. ABC.

Abstract

The aim of installing convex mirrors is to reduce the number of accidents that occur on Tourism Road. This road is busy with users on weekends and holidays because it is the access to the beach tourism in Girimukti Village Penajam Paser Utara. Convex Mirrors or convex mirrors are additional equipment on roads that function as a tool to increase the visibility of motor vehicle drivers. These convex mirrors are generally installed on the edge of the road in locations where the view of motor vehicle drivers is very limited or obstructed, especially at sharp bends. In this activity, convex mirrors were installed at three points on the Girimukti Penajam Paser Utara Village Tourism Road. The installation point was determined after coordinating with Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, Girimukti Village Government and the local RT. From the coordination results, it was determined that one point in RT 5 and two points in RT 11 were the installation points for the convex mirror. The installation was carried out for one day after previously installing the convex mirror components. So when installing, just insert it into the hole that has been prepared. Based on the results of a review after a week of installation, the community felt helped by the presence of this convex mirror, thereby increasing awareness on Tourism Road.
