Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added on Tobin’s Q and the impact on Stock Price in the Food and Beverages Industry. There are 10 companies that will be used as sample in this study, that selected using the purposive sampling method. This research uses secondary data and to collect the data by using library research. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and uses an analytical tool, namely path analysis. The first path analysis stucture shows that the direct effect of Economic Value Added (X1) and Market Value Added (X2) on Tobin’s Q (Y) is 43,19%, indirect effects descreased by 12,52%, so the total effect is 30,67%. The second path analysis stucture shows that the direct effect of Economic Value Added (X1) and Market Value Added (X2) on Stock Price (Z) is 42,89%, indirect effects descreased by 14,04%, so the total effect is 28,85%. The third path analysis stucture shows that the effect of Tobin’s Q (Y) on Stock Price (Z) is 62,88%. The fourth path analysis stucture shows that the total effect of Economic Value Added (X1) and Market Value Added (X2) on Stock Price (Z) through the Tobin’s Q (Y) is 15,01%, and the research beyond the variabel is 84,99%, which is the contribution of other variables beyond the existing research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe leadership style, organizational culture, discipline, motivation and employee performance at BPSDM Jambi Province and to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously directly and indirectly on work motivation and employee performance, as well as to analyze work motivation on employee performance. To answer the purpose of this research, this research is supported by theoretical studies related to research variables, namely leadership style, organizational culture, discipline, motivation and performance. In addition, the author is also looking for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. The population in this study is employees of BPSDM Jambi Province, totaling 89 employees with conditions in 2022. The data analysis technique used in this study is through path analysis followed by hypothesis testing through F test (Simultaneous) and t test (Partial). From the path analysis test conducted, it was found that leadership style, organizational culture and discipline influenced Keria motivation by 75.7% while the rest was influenced by other variants. Leadership style, organizational culture and discipline affect 82.8% of employee performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. This study concludes leadership style, organizational culture, discipline, motivation and employee performance in good and high condition. In addition, leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee motivation and performance at BPSDM Jambi Province. Similarly, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of motivation, career development, work discipline and police performance at the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. To know and analyze the direct and indirect influence of motivation and career development on police work discipline at the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. To know and analyze the direct and indirect influence of motivation and career development on police performance at the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. To find out and analyze the effect of work discipline on police performance at the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. To know and analyze the influence of motivation and career development through work discipline on police performance The type of data obtained in this study uses quantitative data sourced from primary data obtained by conducting research and questionnaires, secondary data can be obtained by reading, learning and understanding through other media sourced from literature and library books or data from agencies related to the Researched. In this study, the object of research is the Directorate of Samapta Jambi Police. Motivation and Career Development simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the discipline of personnel of the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. Motivation and Career Development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of personnel of the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. Motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of personnel of the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. Meanwhile, partial career development has no significant effect on the performance of personnel of the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. Discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of personnel of the Samapta Directorate of Jambi Police. Motivation and Career Development together have a significant effect on the discipline with performance. The suggestions put forward should be that the leader plays an active role in giving special attention accompanied by rewards so that in the process of work undertaken it gives good results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence, placement and work facilities directly and indirectly simultaneously and partially on the motivation and performance of lecturers; and to analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of UNISBA lecturers. The population and sample in this study were 65 Permanent Lecturers at Batanghari Islamic University. The researcher used a quantitative Descriptive approach, Path Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, namely the simultaneous F Test and partial t Test using the assistance of the IBN SPSS Version 25 program. This study concluded that competence, placement, and work facilities simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on motivation with a total direct and indirect effect of 51.79%. However, the influence of competence, placement, and work facilities on lecturer performance had a significant effect simultaneously, but was not significant partially with a total direct and indirect effect of 46.76%. Meanwhile, motivation had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance at Batang Hari Islamic University with a total direct and indirect effect of 44.62%.
