Abstract

Post a freight services company in Indonesia. Identified some of the problems encountered in customer loyalty is the use of Information Systems Services (e-mail) may be used less well by the customers Pos Indonesia. Quality of delivery services to good use by customers Pos Indonesia. Level of loyalty among customers at Pos Indonesia perceived less loyal. Quality of delivery of services to the level of customer loyalty among the less well used by customers Pos Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine effect of the use of e-mail and Postal Service Quality (e-mail) to the post of customer loyalty;This research method using the method of verification or causality methods to examine the relationship between variables. The population sample of 200 people with 133 people. Research Batam attractions post office to post office customer analytics unit. The data was obtained using a questionnaire and interviewed staff and leadership post office. Analysis Method regersi use the liner regression.The use of e-mail services and quality of service delivery affect the level of customer loyalty simultaneously at Pos Indonesia. The post office in Batam Centre is less attention to the balance of services offered Pos Indonesia to the customer so that e - mail to the Loyalty influential but less than optimal.Keywords: e - Pos, service quality, and loyalty.

Abstract

The legal environment is divided into two parts of criminal law and civil law. Based on these two parts there are some terms of foreign terms that are used, but not necessarily the legal person himself who just started learning will quickly remember it. The legal dictionary application helps legal people who are new to learning foreign terms in legal language, with the design process helping the application process in a more detailed direction. In addition, it helps practitioners in the practical legal environment use it, by looking at one application all the required data or information can be searched. The tools of this legal dictionary app are smartphones or smartphone smartphones that are more popular in the community as smartphones. Smartphones are now very close to the communication needs of all people, so the design of the application in the future does not rule out the possibility of being able to be used through Android-based smartphone phones. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to design a legal dictionary system with the help of android application. While the purpose of this study is to design a legal dictionary system with the help of an android application. Based on the results of the research design of a legal dictionary system, then with the help of an android application can help people who are less aware of the system can understand the workings of the system in detail. Starting from the initial view to how to find data on the dictionary.

Abstract

Indonesia, Negara yang patuh akan penegakan hukum. Namun istilah-istilah hukum banyak yang tidak dipahami oleh masyarakat umum. Maka dari hal tersebut muncul aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat umum yaitu Kamus Hukum menggunakan aplikasi android. Kamus hukum ini merupakan versi 1.0 yang akan dikembangkan ke versi 2.0. Perbedaannya versi 2.0 ini memakai perintah suara, yang berguna bagi masyarakat yang memiliki kekurangan fisik, yaitu disabilitas tuna netra. Disabilitas tuna netra, dikatakan kekurangan tidak dapat melihat. Keterbasan tersebut membuat sebagian orang yang mengalami menjadi terbatas geraknya. Membaca harus menggunakan huruf braille. Percepatan teknologi di revolusi 4.0 seharusnya dapat membantu disabilitas tuna netra, salah satu nya menggunakan smartphone dengan perintah suara untuk aplikasi android. Maka akan dibuat rancangan kamus hukum versi 2.0 menggunakan perintah suara untuk aplikasi android. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu masyakat umum khususnya tuna netra dapat menggunakan aplikasi android dengan bantuan perintah suara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah rancangan kamus hukum versi 2.0 menggunakan perintah suara untuk aplikasi android dapat dirancang dengan detail sehingga membantu untuk proses pembuatan sistemnya. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah rancangan kamus hukum versi 2.0 menggunakan perintah suara dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam program aplikasi android, kedepan aplikasi android kamu hukum versi 2.0 menggunakan perintah suara dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh disabilitas tuna netra.
