Abstract

This  research  was  conducted  to  find  out  the  influence  of  managerial  performance  against  budget  participation,  the  influence  of  participation  in  managerial  performance  increase  budget  through  organizational  commitment,  the  influence  of  organizational  commitment  on  performance  of  managerial,  as  well  as  to  know  the  influence  of  the  participation  of  the  budget  and  organizational  commitment  affect  managerial  performance  on  PT  Asuransi  Jiwa  Manulife  Indonesia  or  Manulife  Financial  simultaneouslyIn  collecting  research  data  using  the  intrument  research.  Intrument  research  made  by  the  researchers  tested  the  validity  and  reabilitasnya.  Instrument  can  be  kuestionerresearch,  observation  and  interview.  The  data  collected  was  analyzed  further  by  using  statistical  analysis  of  deskriftif  and  inferensial  statistical  analysis  of  Researchers  using  inferensial  because  research  conducted  on  random  samples  taken  from  a  population.The  results  of  hypothesis  testing  of  research  it  can  be  concluded  that  the  partial  Participation  in  budget,  a  budget  with  participation  of  organizational  commitment  as  avariable  interveningnya,  influential  organization  significant  positive  Commitment  towards  managerial  performance  at  manulife  financial.  Simultaneously,  participation  and  commitment  of  the  Organization's  budget  a  significant  positive  effect  on  performance  in  managerial  Manulife  Financial  with  proven  significant  values  0.000  is  uji_F  α  <.Keywords:  participation  budget,  organizational  commitment  and  managerial  performance

Abstract

The concept of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added has been getting plenty of attention in recent years as a new form of finance performance measurement. These concepts were published in 1991 by Stern Stewart & Co., a Finance Concultant in United States. Stern Stewart & Co believe that Economic Value Added is a key term to create company value and maximation of Economic Value Added. Based on this concept, research on cement company are PT. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa Tbk, PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, and PT. Semen Gresik Tbk, that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange has been doing to test the pre asumption that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added has a positive correlation, and thus Economic Value Added and Market Value Added are affect the price of company’s stocks. But the result from statistical test of the research shows that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added has no correlation, and also the statistical test for the hipothesys that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added affect the stock’s price of the firm are not proven.

Abstract

The increase in the price of Fuel (BBM) can zoom in on the burden of the community and the business world. Vice versa, the drop in the price of fuel not only lighten the load of the community but also for the business world. Announcements containing information (information content), expected the market will react at the time the announcement was welcomed by the market. Market reaction is indicated by the existence of changes in prices of the securities in question. This research was conducted to find out whether there are abnormal return there is a difference, the difference in stock trading volume activity, abnormal return of shares and trading volume of activity before and after the events of the increase in the price of fuel oil. This research is quantitative research by doing event study. The population in this research is the stocks category LQ-45 period of March 2015 to April 2016 with a sample of companies that have listed on the Group Index LQ 45 period November 2014 and March 2015 and don't do Corporate Action. The results of hypothesis testing of research it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the Abnormal Return (AR) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) and events before and after the events of rising fuel prices, then there is no a significant difference between the Abnormal Return (AR) and between Trading Volume Activity (TVA) and event announcements of events before and after the drop in the price of fuel.

Abstract

Goals to be achieved from this research was to determine the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance, the effect of budgetary participation in improving managerial performance through organizational commitment, the effect of budgetary participation in improving managerial performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment influence on managerial performance, job satisfaction influences on managerial performance partially, as well as to determine the effect of budgetary participation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect managerial performance in PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia in Simultaneous .This method of the research using a survey method by distributing questionnaires, whereas analysis methods of data analysis using multiple regression and statistical approaches to test validity and reliability, the classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire in instrumental research via e-mail by taking samples in accordance with the provisions or criteria established by the researcher or purposive sampling technique.The results of testing the hypothesis of this study concluded that budgetary participation and organizational commitment as a variable intervening, budget participation and job satisfaction as a variable intervening, organizational commitment and job satisfaction is a significant positive effect on managerial performance at Manulife Financial. In Simultaneous, budget participation, organizational commitment and satisfaction ja ker positive and significant effect on managerial performance at Manulife Financial uji_ as evidenced by the significant value of F is 0.000 <0.05. Keywords:  Participation budget, organizational commitment,  job satisfaction and managerial performance

Abstract

The research objective of this study was to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance in PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia.Populasi in this study were all branch heads Manulife Financial totaling 150 branches in Indonesia using purposive sampling technique. Head of the branch selected as the study sample because it has a delegation of authority as well as participate in the drafting process anggaran.penelitian conducted using linear regression Budget sederhana.Partisipasi significant positive effect on managerial performance at Manulife Financial, so the hypothesis is proven and to improve managerial performance can be done by increasing the participation of budget. From these results partisipasianggaran metunjukkan that positively affect managerial performance, which means the involvement of all the branch manager at Manulife Financial in Indonesia in the budgetary participation affecting managerial performance.Keywords:  Influence, Budget Participation, Managerial Performance

Abstract

The main problem is also divided into severalsub-problems or exploration questions about service, videlicet 1) What are the service quality variables conforming of power variables? responsiveness, empathy, and patient satisfaction affect sanitarium case satisfaction. H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi City, and 2) Which service quality variable has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction at the Sanitarium. The H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Regional General Hospital, Jambi City, is a Type D General Hospital belonging to the Regional Government of Jambi City. This sanitarium is located at Jl.K.H Hasan AnangNo. 33Rt. 08 Ex. Olak Kemang Kec. Jambi City Bay Lake. Grounded on Mayor RegulationNo. 42 of 2017 the Jambi City Hospital officially uses the name H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Hospital, Jambi City. This sanitarium was preliminarily the Olak Kemang Inpatient Health Center which in 2018 was converted into a sanitarium. Responsiveness and empathy variables show a tcount value lesser than table (1,663 and 5,329) or sig> a (0.000 <0.05) therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there's a significant positive effect between responsiveness and empathy on patient satisfaction walk in H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Hospital, Jambi City.  The results of this study indicate that the quality of service conforming of responsiveness ( X1) and empathy ( X2) variables has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Experimenters' suggestions for RSUD. H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti, Jambi City, should be a hospital nurse H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi City can maximize services according to the promised time, increase trust and responsiveness to patient complaints, maintain empathy and pay attention to the physical installations of the Sanitarium H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi City.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problem of how to describe the Business Model and Business Strategy Analysis of UMKM Jambi "Wonderfulplan.JasaDekor" using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) Method. This is thought to be an effort to avoid stagnant UMKM growth. The decoration services business sector was chosen as one of the current business trends, in addition to the coffee business trend which was previously discussed in previous research. Qualitative research, with a descriptive approach and case studies is used to answer problems. The policy design and strategic steps that can be provided to optimize the management performance of "Wonderfulplan.JasaDekor" are a combination of improving the performance of Key Partners (KP) and Customer Relationships (CR), which will create a new Value Proposition (VP) and optimize the Value Proposition (VP) previously, thus providing better Revenue Streams (RS) and being able to fulfill appropriate Cost Structures (CsS), as well as providing more optimal profit margins.
