Abstract

Layanan terhadap pelanggan merupakan aspek penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan. Untuk memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan dibutuhkan loyalitas pada implementasi pelayanan agar tercipta kesan yang baik untuk perusahaan. Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk selalu memberikan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam setiap aspek. Mengabaikan komplain tidak hanya menyia-nyiakan kesempatan emas, tapi juga dapat menjadi ancaman bagi perusahaan. Maka dapat disadari bahwa komplain pelanggan adalah suatu hal yang harus diperhatikan, begitu juga bagaimana kita menanggapi komplain pelanggan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi keluhan pelanggan dengan menerapkan pelayanan yang sistematis, terintegrasi, serta terukur. Sistem penanganan keluhan pelanggan mengimplementasikan metode pengembangan sekuensial linier (waterfall). Tahap yang dilakukan yaitu analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain, pengkodean dan uji sistem. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam menyampaikan keluhannya terhadap kendala yang terjadi dan membantu perusahaan dalam menanggapi keluhan secara sistematis.

Abstract

Dropping out of school in Vocational High School students is an educational problem that must be found out the causes, so that it does not happen again in the future. The purpose of this study is to classify student data so that it can be predicted that students who have the potential to drop out of school use the Decision Tree, Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithms. Then determine which algorithm is the best. The results showed that the Support Vector Machine algorithm was the best with an accuracy of 93.77% and Area Under the Curve of 0.990.

Abstract

This research informs students and teachers to anticipate early in following the learning period in order to get maximum learning outcomes. The method used is C4.5 decision tree algorithm and Naïve Bayes algorithm. The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate the decision tree model C4.5 as the selected algorithm and Naïve Bayes to find out algorithms that have higher accuracy in predicting student achievement. Learning achievement can be measured by the value of report cards. After comparison of the two algorithms, the results of the learning achievement prediction are obtained. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm had an accuracy value of 95.67% and the AUC value of 0.999 was included in Excellent Clasification, for the C4.5 algorithm the accuracy value was 90.91% and the AUC value of 0.639 was included in the state of Poor Clasification. Thus the Naïve Bayes algorithm can better predict student achievement.

Abstract

The reporting of the posyandu for the elderly at RW 05, Paseban sub-district is still using the manual method. During the preparation of the report, there were many deficiencies in the completeness of reporting, one of which was writing the names of elderly patients incomplete, there was an inappropriate age of elderly patients, and data on the results of examinations of elderly patients were collected manually, so there is a concern that the data is lost or damaged. The purpose of this study is to create a system to avoid errors in reporting that can be overcome by using web-based reporting of elderly health checks. The method used in system development is the waterfall method. The stages took in making the program are analysis, design, coding, testing, and evaluation. The use of a web-based information system for elderly posyandu reporting can make it easier for cadres to input, search, process, and produce data on visits to elderly patients for the period of months and years. The system can manage elderly patient data, display the results of the recapitulation of reporting the results of the activities of elderly patients monthly and annually, and the system can print reports.
