Abstract

Following the World Health Organization (WHO) report in 2015, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world was 33.6 per 1000 live births (WHO, 2016). Exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center is still low. Number of 0-6 months infants in the data were 46 babies, with they’re who given exclusive breastfeeding as many as 25 (50.7%). This research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach using total sampling method with 46 respondents using primary data in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017. Majority of respondents who had knowledge were 28 respondents (60.9%) and who had wrong feeding method as many as 27 respondents (58.7%). And P value = 0.000 (P value <0.05) means there is a relationship between knowledge by the right way of breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017.Keywords : Knowledge, Right Way of Breast Feeding

Abstract

Penggunaan pomade dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menimbulkan kerusakan pada rambut. Penggunaan bahan alami lebih disarankan pada pembuatan pomade untuk mencegah kerusakanrambut dengan menambahkan bahan aktif seperti ekstrak daun teh hijau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji sifat fisik pomade dari ekstrak daun teh hijau dari empat formula yang telah dibuat dengan perbedaan konsentrasi, yaitu F0 tanpa penambahan zat aktif, F1 5%, F2 10% dan F3 15%. Sifat fisik tersebut meliputi organoleptik, homogenitas, uji pH, uji daya sebar, dan uji daya lekat. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental, yaitu membuat formulasi pomade daun teh hijau dan melakukan karakterisasi mutu fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua formula sediaan pomade daun teh hijau berbentuk gel, uji fisik homogen, pH, daya sebar memenuhi standar SNI 06-2588, akan tetapi untuk daya lekat tidak memenuhi standar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun teh hijau dapat diformulasikan dalam sediaan pomade, dan dapat digunakan menggantikan penggunaaan bahan-bahan kimia sintetis

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is one aspect that plays an important role in preparing students to face the challenges of modern times. The purpose of this study was to describe learning in straight motion with a STEM approach that could improve students' creative thinking skills. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique to analyze the assessment score and qualitative analysis technique to summarize and describe the research results through observational observations. The results showed that in the learning process students were quite enthusiastic in expressing their opinions and students were also quite creative in each indicator of creative thinking. In addition, it is seen based on test scores and student reports. For the percentage of students whose scores are above the KKM in the first cycle, it reaches 56.25% on the test. However, if it is seen in the report, it reaches 50%, so it has not reached the criteria for research success. In the second cycle, improvements will be made in the first cycle so that the percentage of students' scores above the KKM in the second cycle will increase. On the test it increased to 93.75% and on the report it increased to 81.25%. Based on research results and reviews, it can be said that STEM-based straight motion learning at UPT SMP Negeri 3 Pangsid can improve students' creative thinking skills.
