Abstract

ABSTRACTION Thugism is derived from the word thug, this term comes from the Dutch vrijman or freeman in English, which means free people, according to KBBI thugs are a term for bad guys such as jacks, robbers, extortionists, and so on, while thugs are a way or lifestyle like thugs, usually by promoting violence. Thugism that is often done in people's lives usually aims to get results through a fast or instantaneous way, the perpetrators of this act will usually get sanctions in the form of criminal sanctions, be it in the form of prison sentences, fines or social sanctions. Keywords : Thugism, Criminal, Sanction

Abstract

Analisis data hujan merupakan tahapan awal dari suatu perencanaan sumber daya air. Frekuensi hujan merupakan bagian dari data hujan yang harus dianalisis dengan teliti. Distribusi frekuensi curah hujan maksimum harian mempengaruhi jumlah curah hujan rencana pada periode ulang tinggi. Seleksi metode distribusi dilakukan dengan berbagai macam metode pengujian dan pendekatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kawasan Sungai Akuaman, Sumatera Barat. Studi menggunakan data uji dari 12 stasiun hujan, berlokasi di wilayah Sungai Antokan (2 stasiun), Batang Anai (3), Kuranji (3), Batang Air Dingin (1), Pariaman (1), Batang Mangau (1), dan Batang Arau (1). Data skunder didapatkan dari Departemen Manajemen Pengembangan Sumber Daya Air dengan rentang waktu data mulai dari 1985 sampai 2004. Tipe distribusi yang digunakan adalah Normal, Gumbel, Log III Person dan Iway Kadoya. Uji kecocokan menggunakan metode Smirnov Kolmogorov, Chi-Square dan Standard Error, kemudian diperiksa dengan grafik probabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap prosedur pengujian menghasilkan tipe distribusi berbeda untuk setiap wilayah sungai. Metode Kolmogorov Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa distribusi Log III Person paling dominan, sementara uji Chi-Square menghasilkan distribusi normal paling dominan untuk keseluruhan wilayah sungai.Kata kunci: distribusi frekuensi, curah hujan maksimum harian, wilayah sungai

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was conducted on 26-31 May 2018 at BBI Kurnia Indah Mahato Village KM 37 Tambusai Utara Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of the effect of the combination of ovaprim and oxytocin hormones with different ratios for ovulation and hatching of fish eggs baung. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The treatments applied in this study were: P0 = Injecting with 100% ovaprim 0.5 ml / kg, P1 = Injecting with 25% oxytocin + 75% ovaprim, P2 = Injecting with 50% oxytocin + 50% ovaprim, P3 = Injecting with 75% oxytocin + 25% ovaprim, P4 = Injection with 100% oxytocin 0.7 ml / kg. The results of this study concluded that ovaprim can be combined with oxytocin to stimulate ovulation and hatching of eggs in baung fish (Hemibagrus nemurus). The best dosage was obtained in P2 treatment (50% ovaprim and 50% oxytocin) which resulted in the fastest latency time of 6 hours 31 minutes, the number of eggs stripping as much as 63 g / parent, and IOS value 3.17%, increase in egg diameter 0.343 mm, egg maturity increase 28%, fertilization value 68%, hatching value 71.3%, and survival value (SR5 days) of 77%. Keywords: Injections, Oxytocin Hormones, Ovaprim Hormones, Baung Fish ((Hemibagrus nemurus))

Abstract

Most important information regarding of weather especially the rain is very useful for human routines. At this writing used fuzzy logic which aims to made a approaching prediction of raining on Sub DAS Siak Hulu. The Data that used is the rainfall data and climatological data from 2010 through 2012 with a prediction that will be done for the year 2011. The rainfall data is been taken from Pasar Kampar station which sourced from Balai Wilayah Sungai III and  then for climatology data took from Pasar Kampar station and from website www.wunderground.com. For the input of rain prediction model used 6 variables that is air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, barometric pressure, total layers of clouds, and the sun shines with long output variable is rainfall. For the measurement of the accuracy of prediction Mean Square Error formulation used. Based on the results of the verification of the prediction of rainfall had a median value of ratanya was 66% and for the results of the verification of average rain events is 65%.  Key words: rainfall, weather, prediction, fuzzy inference system

Abstract

Debris flow is the flow of mixture of water (from rain or other) with a high concentration of sediments slide down through the high slopes. Often, this flow carry large rocks and tree trunks, sliding down at high speed with great destructive force capabilities against anything in its path such as building houses or other facilities that threaten human life. Debris flow is not directly associated with volcanic eruptions, but can occur in volcanic regions and non-volcanic. Kanako 2D version 2.043 is a simulation software that is used as a tool to verify the effects of erosion control by sabo dam in the process of sediment transport during the debris flow. By using the tool, it can be estimated the occurrence of debris flows on the slopes of Mount Sago with simulation. Keyword : Debris flow, Kanako 2D, Sabo dam

Abstract

The influence of rising sea water on tidal land has always been a very common problem in the process of tidal land use as farmland. Network system of water began to be developed, namely the open channel system comes with water as formatter building floodgates, but it hasn't been able to made a solution of the problem increases in sea water to agricultural areas. The importance of knowing the description of the behavior of the flow on the draft water building make this research needs to be done. The use of open channels that come with building a sluice water regulator combined with water weirs are expected to hamper the rising tide if applied on tidal land use as farmland. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of variations of the opening hole sluice and sluice hole cross-section shape of the flow behavior change through the door water combined with weirs in open channel water in the form of discharge coefficient value (Cd). This research was conducted at the Laboraturium University of Hidroteknik Riau using a flume which features open channel water balance door and threshold. The results of this research show that building floodgates open channel on the threshold and are able to withstand the tide of different variations of the opening hole. The value of the coefficient of discharge (Cd) 10 mm hole openings variations between 0.60-0.70, 20 mm hole openings variations i.e. 0.30-0.45 and a 30 mm hole openings variations i.e. 0.25-0.40, These results are obtained from multiple upstream water faces tall test channel.Keywords : open flow, the floodgates, the coefficient of discharge.

Abstract

Shoreline changes could occurred because of hydrodinamically nature in coastal zone. The purpose of this study is to identify and approximating rate of shoreline changes which occurred in Karimun Besar Island. This study used to analyzed shoreline changesbased on remote sensing (satellite) data that processed by GIS (Geographic Information System). Then, to analyze the rate of its shoreline changes using DSAS (Digital ShorelineAnalysis System) with LRR (Linear Regression Rate) statistic method. The result found that shoreline has changes through 25 years (1991-2016) that abrasions are 1,63m/y and accretions are 3,78m/y.Keywords : Shoreline Changes, Satellite Data, DSAS

Abstract

Berth B (The pour liquid berth) is one of the berth which has a higher activity in Dumai Harbour. Berth B handling cargo activities dominated by CPO with the amount up to 5 million tons each year and come increasing every year. The increasing amount of CPO, need a project to know the value of visiting ships and the value of BOR in short term. Project value is required to evaluate performance of the port so in the future the berth still being capable to manage activities of cargo handling. Based on results of analysis, the value of BOR in short time projection until 2021 is 82.90%. To fulfill The Standard Of Managing Director Of Marine in 2011, the value of BOR was 70% it could be did by adding the lenghth of berth and increase discharge of the pump. The short time projection in 2021 the Berth should be lengthnened formerly 800 meters become 961 meters. Another solution that could be done without adding the length of berth is increased the discharge of pump. The capacity of pump formerly 200 tons/hour, by increased the discharge into 250 ton/hour the value of a BOR become 62.18%Keywords: harbour, berth, cargo handling of CPO, BOR, projection

Abstract

Drought is a problem that occurs in every year whose timing can not be known certainty. Therefore, it is necessary to do drought index analysis to determine the level of drought in order to become early warning of drought. There are several methods that can be done to determine the level of drought of a region, one of them is the SPI (Standardized Precipitation Index) method. The SPI method is a suitable method used to calculate meteorological drought. The SPI method uses rainfall data as its input data. TRMM rainfall data is satellite rainfall data that can be used for calculation of SPI value. The research location is Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province which has been divided into 23 grid with 0.10 x 0.10 grid width. From the results of SPI calculations displayed in the form of graphs can be concluded that each grid has the same trendline. The SPI values that have been obtained are then correlated with the number of hotspots. From 23 grid of Bukit Batu Subdistrict, BB7 grid is the grid with the highest number of hotspots in 2014.Keyword: Drought Index, SPI, TRMM, Hotspot

Abstract

Lima Puluh Kota is one of the regency in West Sumatera Province that prone to landslide, particularly when the rainfall intensity is high. Therefore, the research is conducted to determine the location that prone to landslide in Lima Puluh Kota regency in order to prevent the risk that potentially leads to disaster. The model that was applied to determine the prone landslide location is Indeks Storie, which would be treated in Geographic Information System’s program. Before that overlay process has been done, which was overlaying some of parameter maps (map of slope, map of soil types, map of rainfall, and map of land use) and marked the score in eachcriteria from the parameter maps. Based on the level classification analysis of Arifin S, et al (2006) Lima Puluh Kota regency is on the very low, low, and medium level of prone to landslide. This condition is contradicting with the actual fact. Based on level classification analysis of Nugroho, J.A, et al (2009) there are areas in Lima Puluh Kota that have very low, low, medium, high, very high level of prone to landslide which close to the actual fact. From the analysis in this map, the prone to landslide level in Pangkalan Koto Baru is very high, Sarilamak and surrounding areas have medium and high prone to landslide level, Harau subdistrict has high prone to landslide level, Gunung Omeh subdistrict has medium prone to landslide level.Keywords: SIG, Prone to landslide
