Abstract

Perception someone has a significant impact on a persons attitude toward what he perceived, whereas the perception is not always true. Perception is a process that konpleks, which consists of a sensing, process, organization and interpretation. In the context of this study that examined is how the public perception of the existence Padangsidimpuan STAIN campus community radio FM Proxy STAIN Padangsidimpuan as media of dakwah. The background of this research presence in campus-based community radio in STAIN Padangsidimpuan. As a campus-based community broadcaster, the campus community participation in radio broadcasting sustainability has become a "duty". Based on this problem, this research is a descriptive qualitative research. This study concluded that the campus community has a positive perception of the presence Padangsidimpuan STAIN radio as a medium of dakwah. It can be seen from the attitude of the campus community who agree that the radio broadcast format STAIN Padangsidimpuan is radio dakwah, and hope that the presence of this radio as a dakwah radio icon in the TABAGSEL. Although there are many differences opinion comes to remain a community broadcasting institution or commercial broadcasters.

Abstract

The existence of the Mustahfawiyah pesantren in the field of education and da'wah for more than a century and its uniqueness has made this pesantren "global". But in fact with santri reaching 12,578 people the realization of Islamic teachings about cleanliness experienced serious obstacles. On the other hand this boarding school turned out to have high tourism potential, but it is unfortunate that it has not been managed properly. The empowerment of santri through Participatory Action Research, turned out to be able to change the awareness of santri about cleanliness maintenance and development of Islamic boarding school tourism potential. This activity involved the MADINA Regency government; Office of Environment, Tourism Office, District and village government, and pesantren alumni who are members of the Arbituren Musthafawiyah Family Organization (KAMUS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce an analytical-critical formulation about the history of the rise of non-formal Islamic educational institutions: the taklim assembly in Padangsidimpuan in 1901-2020. This study uses a social history approach, by classifying time, as a historical explanation method. The data sources consist of: material and verbal sources. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The research was conducted in Padangsidimpuan City in 2020, with stages: topic selection, data collection, verification, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study found that: Majelis taklim in Padangsidimpuan experienced a revival in the 1901-2020 period. In terms of quantity, in 2020 the taklim assembly in Padangsidimpuan reached 189, while in quality it was marked by the development of the taklim assembly component. The taklim method in the 1901-2020 period did not experience significant development. The majority of Ustadz use the lecture method; relying on hearing and sight. As for the urban taklim assemblies with special material studies using a combined method, namely; method of lecture, discussion, note-taking, practice and question and answer. The development of taklim material is marked by the enrichment of taklim material from monotheism, which then develops into the material of fiqh worship and muamalah as well as other social problems. The development of taklim material was then marked by the transition of material about practical practices to the study of legal sources (Tafsir and Hadith).

Abstract

Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen implementsi program Link and Match di SMK Negeri 1 Batam. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus diterapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Sumber informasi penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, 4 wakil kepala sekolah, 3 kepala unit kerja, 5 alumni, dan 3 pakar dari industri. Validasi data penelitian adalah tri angulasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, penyajian data, kondensasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menujukkan: (1) perencanaan dirancang dengan mengkaji peraturan pemerintah tentang pelaksanaan program Link and Match. (2) Pengorganisasian ditentukan kepala sekolah dengan membentuk tim kerja yang profesional. (3) Implementasi dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan industri, mengoptimalkan bursa kerja khusus (BKK), dan menyediakan kelas industri. (4) Pengendalian dilakukan oleh supervisi kepala sekolah (5) Faktor pendukung lainnya: Pertama, ketersediaan program pemagangan guru. Kedua, memberikan sertifikat uji kompetensi kepada seluruh siswa. Ketiga, standarisasi prosedur kerja sesuai dengan standar industri. Dan kelima, memberikan program benchmarking dan mengunjungi SMK di berbagai Negarai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rumusan analitik-kritis tentang  peran  majelis taklim dalam menjembatani dakwah Islam Indonesia-Malaysia.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah: Ulama dan Wacana Islam dalam Hubungan Intelektual di Tanah Melayu dan Indonesia Badlihisham Mohd Nasir dkk. Jaringan Ulama karya Azyumardi Azra, dan Kumpulan Makalah Seminar Internasioanal Dakwah Serumpun IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Sumber primer ini kemudian didukung oleh beberapa sumber skunder lainnya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa majelis taklim telah melahirkan hubungan intelektual ustaz-jamaah antara Indonesia-Malaysia, hubungan intelektual inilah yang menjadi jembatan dakwah Indonesia-Malaysia. Beberapa nama ustaz  Indonesia yang memiliki pengaruh pada pemikiran, pemahaman dan kehidupan beragama masyarakat Malaysia diantaranya adalah Buya HAMKA, Imanuddin, dan Abdul Shomad. Berbeda dengan jaringan intelektual antara Kyai-santri, maka jaringan intelektual  dalam majelis taklim dilahirkan oleh tradisi lisan yaitu verbalisasi pesan-pesan Islam. Kuatnya jalinan dakwah antara Indonesia-Malaysia, menjadikan kajian tentang hubungan intelektual ustaz-jamaah majelis taklim menjadi penting untuk diteliti.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent learning paradigm within the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program requires teaching materials that are flexible, engaging, and aligned with professional competency demands. In Islamic Religious Education (PAI), existing materials often lack visual support, contextual relevance, and higher-order thinking integration, which may limit students’ independent learning readiness. This study aimed to develop and evaluate Canva-based PAI teaching materials grounded in the independent learning paradigm for PPG students at a State Islamic University. A Research and Development (RD) approach based on the Borg and Gall model was employed, focusing on product validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Product validity was assessed by three expert validators consisting of subject-matter, language, and media experts. Practicality was evaluated through questionnaires completed by lecturers and supervising teachers. Effectiveness testing involved 120 in-service PPG Batch 1 students at UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan in 2024. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and learning outcome tests. The developed teaching materials, designed as Canva-based PowerPoint slides integrated with a Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) question bank aligned with the Knowledge Test blueprint, demonstrated strong evaluation results. The average validity score was 4.26 out of 5, indicating high validity. Practicality achieved an average score of 4.37, categorized as very practical, while effectiveness reached an average score of 4.60, categorized as very effective. Additionally, the graduation rate increased from 84.5% prior to implementation to 99.9% after use of the materials. These findings indicate that the developed Canva-based PAI teaching materials are valid, practical, and supportive of independent learning in the PPG context, offering a promising instructional resource for Islamic teacher education.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan dan tingkat praktikalisasi pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis web series bagi siswa fase D kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Panyabungan Kota dan untuk mengetahui produk media pembelajaran berbasis web series yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik bagi siswa Fase D kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Panyabungan Kota. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, angket, dokumentasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa validitas kelayakan produk dinyatakan valid, berdasarkan validasi intrumen angket oleh ahli materi dan ahli media dengan presentase untuk ahli materi 93,1% kriteria “sangat layak”. Ahli media 93,7% kriteria “sangat layak”. Jadi, seluruh peserta didik dinyatakan tuntas belajar dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar 100% dan presentase penigkatan hasil belajar setelah mengimplementasikan media. Tingkat praktikalitas diperoleh dari hasil lembar praktikalitas (angket respon guru) yang mendapatkan nilai praktikalitas oleh guru dengan rata-rata 92% kategori sangat praktis dari uji coba dan mendapatkan tingkat praktikalitas dari guru dengan rata-rata 92% termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Jadi Hasil belajar post-test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari rata-rata hasil belajar kelas kontrol. Dengan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diperoleh dari penggunaan media yang menambah minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan webseries lebih baik dari pada peserta didik yang pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of integrating Islamic religious values in science learning so that students are not only intellectually intelligent but also have a religious character. The focus of this research is on the implementation of Islamic values in Biology learning, especially the material on evolution which is often considered contrary to the teachings of creation in Islam. The purpose of this study is to describe the Islamic values that can be integrated and how they are applied in the learning process in grade XII of SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Mandailing Natal. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that teachers have successfully integrated Islamic values such as monotheism, gratitude, scientific honesty, and responsibility through reflective discussions, scientific inquiry methods, and learning media that display verses from the Qur'an. This integration makes learning more meaningful because it fosters an understanding that science and religion can work together and strengthens students' faith in the greatness of Allah SWT's creation. Thus, it is recommended that teachers continue to develop learning strategies that are able to integrate science and Islamic values to create a complete learning with an Islamic character.

Abstract

Education pluralism and multiculturalism have become an important focus in contemporary education discussions. In an era of increasingly interconnected globalization, pluralism and multiculturalism have become crucial in building societies that are inclusive, tolerant, and accepting differences. The main objective of this journal is to explore the importance of education pluralism and multiculturalism in shaping awareness and acceptance of differences in an educational context. The research uses a qualitative approach involving a literary review and conceptual analysis. Education of pluralism and multiculturalism is essential in building inclusive societies. Through the understanding and awareness developed through this education, students can appreciate cultural, ethnic, religious, and social background differences. This approach also helps develop students' social and intercultural skills. Challenges in its implementation include inadequate curricula, lack of teacher training, and resistance to change. Government support, educational institutions, and the public are needed to ensure the success of education pluralism and multiculturalism. In conclusion, education plays an important role in shaping inclusive societies, but further efforts are needed to address implementation challenges and integrate them into existing education systems.
