Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada materi aritmatika sosial di kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas empat komponen, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Palu yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dengan fase-fase yaitu: 1) penyampaian tujuan dan pemberian motivasi, 2) penyajian informasi, 3) penomoran, 4) pengajuan pertanyaan, 5) berpikir bersama, 6) pemberian jawaban atau evaluasi dan 7) pemberian penghargaan pada materi aritmatika sosial dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Palu. Kata kunci: numbered heads together, hasil belajar, aritmatika sosial. Abstract: The objectives of this research is to obtain the description about application of cooperative learning of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) of arithmetic social in grade VII of SMP Negeri 10 Palu. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The design of this research refered to the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart’s research design, that consist of 4 components, those are 1) planning, 2) acting, 3) observating and 4) reflecting. The subject were students of Grade VII of SMP Negeri 10 Palu totaling 23 student. This research consist of two cycles. The results of the research showed that the application of cooperative learning type NHT with the phases, those are: 1) conveying the learning objective and motivating, 2) presenting information, 3) numbering, 4) questioning, 5) heads together, 6) answering or evaluating and 7) giving appreciation of social arithmetic can improve student’s learning outcomes in grade VII of SMP Negeri 10 Palu. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode penemuan terbimbing yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi hubungan garis dan sudut di kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode penemuan terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi hubungan garis dan sudut di kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu melalui langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) perumusan masalah, 2) pemrosesan data dan penyusunan konjektur, 3) pemeriksaan dan verbalisasi konjektur dan 4) umpan balik. Kata kunci: metode penemuan terbimbing; hasil belajar; hubungan garis dan sudut. Abstract: The purpose of the research is to describe the application of guided discovery method in order to improve student learning outcomes in the relationship the line and angle of material in class VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu. Kind of this research is classroom action research. The design of this research refers to research design Kemmis and Mc. Taggart 1) planning, 2) implementation of the acting, 3) observating and 4) reflecting. The subject were students of class VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu totaling twenty five students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data of this research was collected through observation sheet, interview, note fields and test. The results showed that the application of the guided discovery method can upgrade student learning outcomes in the relationship the line and angle of material in class VII of SMPN 13 Palu through the following steps: 1) formulation of the problem, 2) processing of the data and preparation of conjecture, 3) examination and verbalization of conjecture and 4) feedback.
