Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Sindanglaut Carita Pandeglang Banten dengan target RT/RW, Kepala dusun, BPD Desa, aparat pemerintahan desa dan Pengurus BUMDes. Masyarakat pelaku usaha seperti perdagangan dan jasa. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat dan pelaku usaha mengenai legalitas tujuan, dan manfaat BUMDes bagi peningkatan pembangunan dan peningkatatan kesejatraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat secara adil dan merata. Melalui peningkatan pemasukan PADes dengan kegiatan usaha dapat terus berkembang di masa mendatang dengan memperhatikan dan menerapkan faktor pendukung kegiatan usaha. Dengan demikian kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diselenggarakan berupa sosialisasi mengenai legalitas tujuan, dan manfaat BUMDes serta sosialisasi mengenai manajemen SDM yang profesional dalam mengelola BUMDes di desa. Sosialisasi tersebut disesuaikan dengan permasalahan dan kebutuhan yang dihadapi pengurus BUMdes di Desa Sindanglaut Carita Pandeglang Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Express Maximum Cabang Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Using a quantitative approach with an associative method, this study involved employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect at the five percent significance level, while the work environment has a greater and very significant effect at the one percent significance level. The analysis indicates that both variables simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of work discipline and work environment in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the company develop consistent discipline programs and create a comfortable and supportive work environment. Implementing effective strategies in these two aspects is expected to help the company achieve organizational goals and increase employee satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

Balancing study and work has become a growing challenge for students in today’s fast-paced educational and professional environments. Many students struggle to manage their time, maintain academic performance, and achieve personal goals while working part-time. This community service program (PKM) titled “Balancing Study and Work: A Practical Guide to Overcome Challenges and Achieve Dreams” was designed to provide practical strategies for managing both academic and work responsibilities effectively. The activity took place at SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakarta on October 31, 2025, involving 16 lecturers and students from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators, and 50 vocational high school students as participants. The PKM was implemented through several stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. The implementation phase included material presentations, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to actively engage participants. The results of the activity showed that students gained better understanding of time management, motivation building, and goal-setting strategies, which are essential for maintaining balance between study and work. Participants expressed increased awareness and confidence in planning their future academic and career paths. Overall, the program successfully enhanced students’ knowledge and readiness to face the dual role of worker and student in pursuing their aspirations.
