Abstract

Has done a solid soap-making by utilizing waste palm oil and lemongrass leaf extract. Refined palm oil waste by the addition of NaOH 15%, then added activated carbon is heated and filtered. Saponification process is done using NaOH 40% by weight ratio of palm oil and NaOH 2: 1, while the leaves of lemongrass extract, written with two variations, namely 14%, 15% and 20% by weight. Testing the quality of the soap made include testing of pH, water content, and a color test. From these results obtained in all variations addition of lemongrass leaf extracts produce soaps with a pH of 9.8 s / d 9.9, which meets the SNI standard. Testing the water content is obtained that meet SNI 06-3532-1994 is the addition of lemon grass leaf extract 14% by weight with a moisture content of 15%. While the addition of lemongrass extract 15% and 20% obtained water content exceeded that obtained SNI standard by 17% by weight and 37.7% by weight.Keywords: NaOH, palm oil, SNI

Abstract

Capacity Improvement of Local Quick Reaction Team (TRC) to improve technical and managerial capability for Quick Reaction Team Regional members, as Quick Reaction Team is the spearhead in the implementation of tasks in emergency disaster management. The purpose of this research is to know the Role of Quick Reaction Team of Health Service Unit of Port Health Office (KKP) of Class III of Banda Aceh on early response of emergency response of earthquake disaster victims. The research design used a qualitative approach with data collection method in Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and observation result in the field. The sample in this study is the rapid response team of health service unit KKP Class III Banda Aceh as many as 9 people (Total Population), research has Was conducted at KKP Class III of Banda Aceh on March 31st to April 21st 2017. The results showed that the role of fast response team of KKP Class III Banda Aceh health service unit in providing health service in the early response of evacuation of earthquake victims, among others, And treatment, while counseling delivered at the time of earthquake disaster one of them is the material of clean and healthy life behavior, meanwhile the information conveyed got from coordination with various sector. Understanding of the source of danger and its potential to the community should be intensified by holding it thoroughly and involving all parties, so as to increase public awareness of the earthquake hazard, and need more accurate coordination between each stakeholder in the handling of disaster victims either in one region or between Region

Abstract

Hospitals are health care institutions that provide full-scale personal health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care services. Army Hospital in addition to carrying out its main duty to provide health services also play an active role in providing assistance to victims of disasters. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of the Standard Operational Procedure (SPO) design of an earthquake in the Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh Level II hospital. The research design used qualitative approach with development researchmethod and field observation result. The respondent in this research is nursing staff and safety facility management (MFK) officer of Level II Hospital of Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh for 8 people, consisting of officer Management of 2 persons and paramedic 6 people, the research was conducted in Bandaran Aceh Iskandar Muda II Hospital on 18 May to 05 June 2017. The results showed that this research has resulted in an operational standard based on disaster management of Tk II Iskandar. Produce a SPO system that is in line with the hospital planning used to evaluate the previous SPO. Expected to provide input on the policy and SPO applied in the framework of disaster management in hospital, therefore SPO needs to be tested and socialization for disaster preparedness preparedness in hospital. The result of SPO development used in Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh kindergarten II hospital can be run properly
