Abstract

Based on pilot study, researcher found that all units in the Dharma Andalas University didn’t implement the methods of filling document’s classification or didn’t use any special method to save all documents yet, there were few problem’s phenomena are indicated in this matters, such as the unsystematic filing system, there was no officers who handled the management of the documents and also limited storages for filling the documents. The formulation of the problem from this research is to know how the functions of files’ management (planning, organizing, controlling and supervision) in order to support good administration at Dharma Andalas University. The purpose of this research are to explore and describes all function of files’ management (planning, organizing, controlling and supervision) to support good administration at Dharma Andalas University Padang. Source of data was collected from 20 (twenty) participants include the Head of Human Resource and the Head of Academic Bereau of Dharma Andalas University. Indepth interview, small grup discussion, observation are carried out as a data collection techniques to observed documents and standard operational procedure in compiled the documents. The analysis of this research are using qualitative method by analyzed primary data and secondary data which described the files’ management. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and decision making. The results of this research was described that Files’ management includes planning, implementation, control and supervision, has not been run effectively and efficiently so that it cannot support good administration at Dharma Andalas University.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction, 2) Pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Trust, 3) Pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty, 4) Pengaruh Customer Satisfaction terhadap Customer Loyalty, 5) Pengaruh Trust terhadap Customer Satisfaction, 6) Pengaruh Trust terhadap Customer Loyalty. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pasien rumah sakit swasta berdomisili di kota Padangyang pernah menggunakan jasa layanan padatiga Rumah Sakit Swasta di Kota Padang yaitu RS BMC, RS Umum Islam Ibnu Sina dan RS Siti Rahmah.Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling yaitu siapa saja pasien Rumah Sakit Swasta yang kebetulan bertemu peneliti, sedangkan setiap pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini dengan pemanfaatan program Partial Least Square (PLS).Customer Satisfactionberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Padang.Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Padang.Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Padang.Service Qualityberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Trust pada rumah sakit swasta di Kota Padang. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work training and experience in career development in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II West Sumatera. Quantitative research method was used in getting primer data resulted from questionnaire given. The population of this research was the employees in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) counted as 77 respondent in total. The data was analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially (t test), the training variable had a positive and significant effect on career development as indicated by the t test resulted of 2.526 > 1.665 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05. The work experience variable had a positive and significant effect on career development as indicated by the t test resulted of 2.792 > 1.665 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. Simultaneously (F test) training and work experience of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II West Sumatra with an f test resulted of 32.665 > 4,095 at a significant level, namely a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the R test obtained 45.5% level of training and work experience affected employee career development. While the remaining 54.5% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan pada PT. kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah meliputi karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar. Data sampel penelitian sebanyak 77 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 2,526 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 2,792 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,007 < 0,05. Secara simultan (uji F) pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar dengan hasil uji f sebesar 32,665 > 4,095 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan uji R diperoleh 45,5% tingkat pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi pengembangan karir karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 54,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini
