Abstract

Pendekatan RGEC merupakan penilaian kinerja keuangan yang terbaru, mampumengidentifikasi permasalahan secara lebih dini, melakukan tindak lanjut perbaikan yang sesuai dan lebih cepat, serta menerapkan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan manajemen risiko yang lebih baik sehingga lebih tahan dalam menghadapi krisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi apakah terdapat perbedaan antara tingkat kesehatan Bank umum Konvensional dan Bank umum Syariah Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan RGEC Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif, untuk membandingkan persamaandan perbedaan dua atau lebih fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat objek yang di teliti berdasarkan kerangka pemikiran tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Industri Perbankan yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangan secara periodic. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dan pooled data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode data panel diuji dengan menggunakan Uji Beda. Hasil penelitian variabel LDR dan ROA, mempunyai perbedaan signifikan Bank Umum Syariah dan Bank Umum Konvensional, dilihat dari nilai t Nilai t hitung untuk variabel ROA dengan Equal variances assumed sebesar 2.436 dengan signifikansi 0.018, karena nilai signifikansi 0.018 < 0.05, maka Ha diterima. Nilai t hitung untuk variabel LDR dengan Equal variances assumed sebesar -4.326 dengan signifikansi 0.000, karena nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, maka Ha diterima.Kata kunci: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning dan Capital.

Abstract

Employee creativity is influenced by various factors. This study analyzes the factors that affect the creativity of the employees of the General Election Commission (KPU) in Padang. The factors that made the object of study in this research include: salary, job suitability of personality and co-workers. Data were obtained from questionnaires and direct observation in the field. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression . Based on the research it can be concluded that the above factors are dominant to influence employee creativity, but not everything is absolutely applicable to all employees as they relate to each individual. Based on the F-test value is close to zero, it is seen that the suitability of personality variables simultaneously, co-workers and salary have an influence on employee creativity. Suggestions put forward the results of this research is to increase the ability of colleagues to work together, work together to solve problems. While the boss is expected to hear directly and understand the complaints and opinions about problem-solving work, cooperation partners and implementation of national elections

Abstract

This research is aimed at measuring the interest in cash waqf for the millennial generation and its relationship with their support for funding for sustainable development goals (SDG’s). The variables observed: Attitude, Religiosity, Environmental Concern. Objects are limited to the millennial generation in West Sumatra using the sampling technique from Hair (2011). By using survey data by distributing questionnaires, the data were analyzed using Smart PLS. The study’s results concluded that the factors of attitude and religiosity had a significant positive effect on the interest in donating money in supporting sustainable development goals. Meanwhile, environmental concerns do not affect the interest in donating money for the millennial generation in supporting sustainable development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengukur minat berwakaf uang generasi milenial dan hubungannya dengan dukungan mereka terhadap pendanaan yang dilakukan untuk tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals). Adapun variabel variabel yang dimaksud adalah: Sikap (Attitude), Religiusitas (Religiosity), Kepedulian lingkungan (Environmental Concerns) dan penggunaan internet dan sosial media (internet and social media use). Objek dibatasi pada generasi milenial di Sumatera Barat dengan menggunakan Teknik menetapan sampel dari Hair (2011). Dengan memanfaatkan survei data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tersebut data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa faktor sikap (attitude), religiusitas (religiosity) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwakaf uang dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Sementara kepedulian terhadap lingkungan (environmental concerns)) tidak berpengaruhi terhadap minat berwakaf (cash waqf intention) uang generasi milenial dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstract: UMKM as the backbone of national investment must receive greater and easier attention. One weakness found in many UMKM is that business management is not good and efficient. This research is designed to support management concepts that can be created as a strategy to improve management. UKM process snacks in developing their business. This research uses descriptive method using qualitative aspects of UMKM business management such as HR management, marketing management, financial management and production management, analysis through SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), so that it can be used as needed, opportunities and challenges issued by the UMKM. Based on the analysis conducted by SWOT, a strategy that can be carried out by UMKM to support its business is obtained. The results of the study concluded in terms of HR management, UMKM must maintain an adequate workforce with adequate skills, and maintain good relationships with customers. In terms of production management, UMKM must maintain good and hygienic product packaging with attractive designs that pay attention to the smooth production process. In terms of marketing management, UMKM must maintain an affordable product price for all groups. This can be used and improved to increase market segments, and also UMKM must increase and enhance marketing that has been established with outsiders. In terms of financial management, UMKM must conduct financial management and supervision well to deal with company loans and ask for working capital assistance from the government to improve UMKM performance. Abstract

This study aims to measure the financial behavior of online loans through digital financial literacy variables, risk preferences and demographic factors. This research also looks at the positive interaction of digital financial literacy with financial behavior and risk preference with financial behavior and demographic factors as a moderation. The number of samples was selected using the convenience sampling method. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. The results of this study conclude that digital financial literacy and demographic factors have a significant effect on online loan financial behavior. Digital financial literacy has a significant effect on online loan financial behavior but demographic factors do not affect risk preference. Likewise, risk preference has no effect on online loan financial behavior. Demographic factors moderate digital financial literacy and financial behavior but demographic factors do not moderate risk preferences for online loan financial behavior. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur prilaku keuangan pinjaman online melalui variabel variabel literasi keuangan digital, preferensi risiko dan faktor demografi. Penelitian ini juga melihat interaksi positif dari literasi keuangan digital dengan prilaku keuangan dan preferensi risiko dengan prilaku keuangan dengan faktor demografi sebagai moderasinya. Jumlah sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital dan faktor demografi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prilaku keuangan pinjaman online. Literasi keuangan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prilaku keuangan pinjaman online tetapi faktor demografi tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi risiko. Demikian juga preferensi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap prilaku keuangan pinjaman online. Faktor demografi memoderasi literasi keuangan digital dan perilaku keuangan namun faktor demografi tidak memoderasi preferensi risiko terhadap prilaku keuangan pinjaman online.
