Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and influence of extra-curricular activities and learning attitude towards learning outcomes on economic subjects students at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. As for the sample totaled 151 students by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the presence of extra-curricular activities will educate students in attitude in the learning process and improve the students' interests and talents in order to obtain the results of learning more than ever.Keyword : Extracurricular Activities, Attitudes Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of Anates software based media in learning evaluation courses at Batanghari University, Jambi. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the technique in this study uses a purposive technique that is the determination of informants not based on guidelines or based on population representation, but based on the depth of information needed related to the research problem. The results showed that there was an influence between the application of the use of Anates software-based applications in the learning evaluation course with the item analysis material at Batanghari University, Jambi. Thus, the use of media in lectures is very helpful for students to be able to understand new knowledge and insights that are not only limited to theory, but rather to practice to support the theories they learn.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the school environment, peers, and study motivation on the student achievement in SMK business management marketing majors south jambi subdistrict jambi city. By using proportional random sampling technique analysis, the obtained of samples with the number of students is 109. The results showed, in the school environment to support Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in a school environment in order to support the smooth implementation of the learning process, should be able to pay attention to the need for means of support. Thus, students can develop their skills with the help of friends his age to be more motivated to improve learning outcomes, especially in the field of vocational students of business management marketing majors south jambi subdistrict jambi city.   Keyword : School Environment, Peers, Study Motivation, Study Achievement.

Abstract

In general, the application of the concept of organizational culture in schools is actually not much different from the application of other organizational culture concepts. Even if there are differences, it may only lie in the type of dominant value it develops and the characteristics of its supporters. This is because the values developed in schools, of course, cannot be separated from the existence of the school itself as an educational organization, which has a role and function to try to develop, preserve and pass on cultural values to students in the school environment.Based on the results of research that has been carried out with data collected both through questionnaires and separate data collection processes (interviews, observation, and documentation), a conclusion is obtained which states that organizational culture and principal leadership together have positive values and affect teacher performance in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This means that teacher performance does not only come from how a teacher is able to carry out the tasks assigned to him, but how the conditions and work environment are so that they are able to give their best.Thus, overall teachers can work well not only supported by the existence of complete learning facilities and facilities, but also several other factors. This is because the high or low performance of a teacher is none other than due to an underlying drive or need to be able to carry out their work load and responsibilities properly.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the description and influence of peers and interest in learning on the learning outcomes in IPS subjects of class VII students in SMP Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. The sample in the study amounted to 186 students using proportional random sampling technique from a population of 324 students. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the presence of friends who have the same age will cause confidence and the emergence of desire or interest in improving student learning outcomes. Keyword : Peers, Interest in Learning, Learning Outcomes
