Abstract

BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) adalah suatu metodologi yang relatif baru tetapi saat inimulai banyak diterima oleh kalangan luas sebagai suatu model standar untuk menggambarkan proses bisnissuatu organisasi. BPMN tidak hanya terdiri atas model diagram tetapi juga dilengkapi dengan serangkaian alatbantu untuk menurunkan proses tersebut menjadi bahasa eksekusi bisnis. Kelebihan metoda BPMN dalammemodelkan masalah terletak pada kemampuannya untuk memodelkan bisnis yang bertipe e-bisnis denganaliran informasi berupa pesan-pesan (message) yang dilewatkan antar entitas bisnis.Pada makalah ini, BPMN dicoba diterapkan untuk memodelkan proses bisnis fungsi logistik di sebuahperusahaan. Model BPMN dipilih karena dianggap dapat menggambarkan kondisi proses bisnis yangsebenarnya, yang melibatkan berbagai pihak di luar perusahaan dalam mengelola logistik, dan kebanyakankomunikasi antar entitas bisnis dilakukan melalui pesan-pesan dalam konsep e-bisnis. Dari analisis atas prosesbisnis pada divisi logistik tersebut dihasilkan 2 lapisan model diagram BPMN yaitu level 1 (untuk kasuspenelusuran PO normal) dan level 2 (untuk kasus penelusuran PO bermasalah). Dari hasil pemodelan ini dapatdilihat adanya interaksi B2B antar berbagai entitas bisnis yang terkait.Kata kunci: BPMN, Proses Bisnis, Logistik, E-bisnis, B2B.

Abstract

Layanan pelanggan merupakan salah satu ujung tombak peningkatan kepuasan konsumen. Penanganan keluhan pelanggan yang terkoordinasi dan tuntas dapat memberikan citra positif atas perusahaan/organisasi. Pelayanan yang tuntas dan efektif perlu didukung oleh sistem administrasi yang terkoordinasi dan meliputi satu siklus layanan secara keseluruhan yang dimulai dari menerima keluhan, follow-up keluhan, eskalasi keluhan (jika ada masalah yang tidak dapat diselesaikan), eksekusi solusi penyelesaian dan monitoring atau rekapitulasi keluhan yang masuk sebagai bahan acuan manajemen untuk mengkaji domain mana yang sering dikeluhkan oleh pelanggan. Aplikasi pelayanan dan keluhan gangguan telepon pelanggan ini dirancang untuk membantu salah satu kantor cabang PT.Telkom untuk mengelola dan memonitor keluhan pelanggan. Aplikasi ini menitikberatkan pada follow-up keluhan dan monitoring atas jenis keluhan yang disampaikan. Keluhan yang masuk dicatat kemudian didelegasikan penyelesaiannya pada pihak terkait, sekaligus juga dimonitor status penyelesaian atas keluhan tersebut. Pada aplikasi ini juga dicatat jenis gangguan apa yang paling sering terjadi juga dapat dilengkapi dengan peta wilayah daerah gangguan tersebut. Fitur monitoring ini dapat membantu manajemen untuk memperbaiki kualitas layanan dengan cara mengantisipasi atau mengurangi tingkat keluhan pada periode berikutnya, sehingga dapat meningkatan kepuasan konsumen secara umum.

Abstract

Camera devices on the road can be used to detect problems such as violations of speed limits which can be fatal, lead to accidents that can lead to serious injury or death. This research focuses on a system that can calculate vehicle speed using the Frame Difference method from the video data that has been extracted first into a series of images and the object segmentation process is carried out using the MobileNetV2. Frame Difference is used to calculate the displacement value of the car object in each series of images. The displacement value is then used to determine the displacement speed of the car in a series of images. From the results obtained, the system has an accuracy of 98% for car segmented image, 74.81% accuracy for determining the reference point, and in determining the speed of the car, an accuracy of 83.84% for the right reference point and 79.81% for the left reference point is obtained.

Abstract

In the last few decades, foreign language speaking anxiety (hereafter, FLSA) has been a debatable investigative issue among linguists and TESOL practitioners. One of the most salient factors is it generates an incapacitating impact for speakers to communicate orally in English as a foreign language. However, delving learning activities as a cause of FLSA and its solutions, notably in Indonesian secondary school level remains scarce. To fill the void, this study scrutinized the specific learning activities causing learners’ FLSA in the classroom and the solutions to resolve them. Three junior high school learners were recruited as the participants. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed thematically (Braun & Clarke, 2006). On the one hand, the findings outlined that the students suffered from FLSA when they engaged in questions and answer session of the classroom English language learning activities and speaking performance activities. On the other hand, the solutions of such FLSA encompassed focusing on the learning process and ignoring the disruptive behaviour of their classmates. Pedagogically, creating a less anxious atmosphere of learning English speaking practices enables students to successfully acquire English language skills (e.g., speaking) and adapt to appropriate social and academic milieu.

Abstract

Abstract Bhumi Karya Cooperative is an organization focused on the savings and loan activities of its members. Loans with low interest rates and various types of savings are offered to enhance the welfare of the members. However, challenges in the effectiveness of transaction data management, the conventional handling of savings and loan applications, and financial reports managed using Microsoft Excel are faced by the cooperative. The development of a web-based information system is deemed essential, as this system not only allows members to conduct transactions remotely, such as the previously manual savings and loan applications, but also accelerates the processes of member data entry, transaction recording, report generation, and service provision to members anywhere. Additionally, prospective members can register online, thereby increasing the overall operational efficiency of the cooperative

Developed as a tool that supports asset management, the website provides an integrated platform for inventory recording, monitoring, and reporting. Key features include a user-friendly recording system, allowing school staff to easily enter, delete, and update item information.

Abstract

The web-based e-Attendance system with QR Code at SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi enhances student attendance monitoring digitally. By integrating QR Code technology, students easily record their attendance by scanning a QR Code on the attendance page. The system’s key advantage is automatic attendance recording, providing real-time access for teachers and administrative staff. The user-friendly interface ensures accurate monitoring and efficient data management, minimizing errors and offering a precise understanding of student attendance. The implementation of QR Code technology has improved administrative efficiency and reduced errors, leading to better insights into student attendance. Data analysis enables teachers to take appropriate actions to enhance student engagement, fostering a more responsive learning environment. Overall, the e-Attendance system significantly optimizes student attendance management in the digital era.
