<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran investigasi kelompok dalam pemecahan masalah persamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VII MTs IKA-PGA Baiturrahman Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra-ekperimental dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel total (sampel populasi) yang berjumlah 16 siswa kelas VII. Berdasarkan dari hasil rata-rata skor pre-test dan rata-rata skor post-test terlihat jelas adanya peningkatan hasil kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa setelah diberikan penerapan model pembelajaran investigasi kelompok pada materi persamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VII yaitu dari 2,00 (pre-test) menjadi 6,06 (post-test) (dari skor maksimal 8,00). Dari hasil perhitungan angket respon siswa diketahui bahwa siswa setuju terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran investigasi kelompok pada materi persamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VII.Kata kunci : Investigasi Kelompok, Pemecahan Masalah, ResponAbstract: The purpose of this research was to find out the implementation of group investigation learning model in problem solving the linear equations with one variable material to the class VII MTs IKA-PGA Baiturrahman Pontianak. The research method that used in this research was experimental with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this research was 16 students. Based on the studens mean score of pretest and posttest, there was an improvement of students ability of problem solving after given the implementation of group investigation learning model on linear equation with one variable material to the class VII, that was from 2,00 (pre-test) to 6,06 (post-test) (from maximal score of 8,00).
