Abstract

          Data mining merupakan proses analisa data untuk menemukan suatu pola dari kumpulan data tersebut.Data mining mampu menganalisa data yang besar menjadi informasi berupa pola yang mempunyai arti bagipendukung keputusan.        Salah satu teknik yang ada pada data mining adalah klasifikasi. Pada paper ini akan dibahas teknikklasifikasi yang diterapkan untuk menemukan pola yang terjadi pada data mata kuliah mahasiswa. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis berusaha menambang data(data mining) nasabah sebuah perusahaan asuransiuntuk mengetahui lancar atau tidak lancarnya nasabah tersebut. Data yang ada dianalisis menggunakanpendekatan pohon keputusan(decision tree) yaitu algoritma C4.5. Dengan algoritma ini dapat diketahui datanasabah mana yang dikelompokkan ke kelas lancar dan data nasabah mana yang dikelompokkan ke kelas tidaklancar. Kemudian pola tersbut dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan nasabah yang bergabung, sehinggaperusahaan bias mengambil kepusan menerima atau menolak calon nasabah tersebut.Kata Kunci: data mining, pohon keputusan,algoritma c4.5.

Abstract

Tilapia has a value of export quality and is imported from America and Europe, tilapia is cultivated in freshwater, the largest tilapia producing areas are Java and Bali for the export market in the Middle East, value fish with a size of 250 grams / head (4 fish / kg ) in their intact form is in great demand. According to news circulating, fish of this size in the Middle East are ordered to meet the consumption of workers from Asia. the fish classification process is a very difficult process to find the quality value of the fish to be sold to meet export quality. Fish classification techniques can use the GLCM technique (Gray Level Oc-Currance Matrix) classification using images of fish critters with the GLCM method.The fish image data is analyzed based on the value of Attribute, Energy, Homogenity, Correlation, Contrash, from the attribute the density data matrix is ??generated for each. Fish image data and displayed in the form of a histogram, the data from the GLCM results are then classified with the Naive Bayes algorithm, from the results of the classification of data taken from 3 types of tilapia from the types of gift, Red, and Blue.

Abstract

The handling of labor complaints is one of the performance factors for Disnakertrans. This performance is related to the decisions that must be taken to determine policies so that violations of labor norms can be reduced. Making this decision will be easier if the data on complaints can be recapitulated quickly and accurately. This recapitulation will be a tool to monitor the leadership in seeing the progress report on the status of incoming complaints. However, the manual administrative process makes the recapitulation slower. Therefore, this study will model the complaint reporting digitization system by utilizing OCR and information extraction as well as modeling the visualization of the results of the recapitulation using Business Intelligence. With the creation of this model, it is hoped that the performance of Disnakertrans in resolving labor complaints will be more effective

Abstract

Sekolah menengah sebagai tempat dilaksanakannya kegiatan belajar mengajar senantiasa dituntut untuk menjaga kualitas pendidikannya. Kompetensi merupakan salah satu tolak ukur capaian yang diraih oleh peserta didik. Teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dan menggeser cara acara tradisional termasuk di dunia Pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi terkini dapat menunjang kegiatan akademik dan dapat berperan serta dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan. Proses kegiatan administrasi untuk mendukung kegiatan di sekolah juga memerlukan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Dokumen sebagai salah satu komponen penting dalam bisnis proses yang terjadi seperti surat menyurat, materi bahan ajar dan dokumen penting lainnya perlu untuk dilakukan manajemen agar memudahkan dalam proses pencarian dan untuk memenuhi standar mutu sesuai Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) di Indonesia. Penyimpanan dokumen berbasis kertas perlahan-lahan mulai ditinggalkan sebab kurang efektif sebab faktor usia, daya tahan dan lainnya. Selain itu media penyimpanan digital berbasis public cloud yang bersifat free seperti google drive dan dropbox juga memiliki keterbatasan, di antaranya adalah ketersediaan sumber daya dan adaptasi pengembangan. Oleh karena itu kami memberikan saran dan solusi berupa penyimpanan berbasis private cloud dengan memanfaatkan teknologi open-source yang bernama Nextcloud sebagai solusi penyimpanan dokumen berbasis cloud untuk diimplementasikan di SMKN 2 Cimahi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the description of compensation, work environment, and employee job satisfaction, as well as to determine how compensation and work environment affect the job satisfaction of employees of XYZ Private Hospital. The factors tested in this study were compensation and the work environment as independent variables, while job satisfaction was a dependent variable. The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study was employees at XYZ Private Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling and the size of the samples in this study is calculated by slovin formula, so the total number is 93 respondents. The analysis methods used in this study are some linear regression analysis using SPSS25 for Windows. The results of this study showed that compensation and work environment have an effect on employee job satisfaction at XYZ Private Hospital. The amount of compensation and work environment influenced employee job satisfaction by 49.2%.

Abstract

The supply chain management has emerged as a key competitive tool, however, little or no attention has been given to explore the link between supply chain governance, external corporate governance mechanism such as board characteristics and supply chain performance. Therefore, the current study is being carried out explore the relationship among three interlinked phenomena such as external corporate governance, supply chain governance and firm supply performance. It is argued in this study that the supply chain governance mediates the relationship between corporate governance firm supply performance. The SMART-PLS is used to achieve the objective of the current stud. The data is collected from the operation managers, production managers and finance managers of manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the study have shown a great deal of agreement with our proposed hypothesis. Meanwhile the findings have provided support to the predictions of agency theory and resource based theory. The study which is among pioneering studies on the issue will be helpful for policy makers and managers in understanding the role of agency theory in supply chain management.

Abstract

In this modern era, there is so much competition in the business world, especially in the sales industry, that requires shop owners to find a strategy that can increase sales and marketing of the products they sell, one of which is by utilizing clothing sales transaction data using data mining. Data Mining is an iterative and interactive process to find new patterns or models that can be generalized for the future, useful and understandable in a very large database (massive database). In these conditions, good data processing techniques are needed, one of which is data mining techniques. One thing that can be used in this technique is to use the Association rule method using the FP-Growth algorithm, which is an algorithm that produces frequent itemsets which will later be used to determine recommendations for clothing products for the needs of the Siny.co Store. This research uses the RapidMiner Studio application to help process transaction data. This research method uses a minimum support of 20% and a minimum confidence of 80%, thereby creating 9 association rules, where these rules determine several products for recommendation at the Siny.Co Store, including Sashi, Canna, Alice, Tartan, Aruna, Cassandra, Nala, Lalita, and Acio.

Abstract

The emerging of COVID-19 pandemic has become a threat to humanity, many activities of higher education forced to use Learning Management Systempad. This sudden transition significantly changed traditional face-to-face learning into fully online or blended learning environments, requiring both lecturers and students to quickly adapt to digital platforms and new methods of interaction.It provides various tools such as online quizzes, discussion forums, assignment submissions, and learning resources that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Through these features, lecturers are able to distribute materials, monitor student participation, and evaluate learning outcomes more efficiently.The log records include information such as login frequency, access to learning materials, participation in discussion forums, quiz attempts, and assignment submissions.By applying data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization methods, complex and unstructured log data can be transformed into meaningful insights. These visual representations help management identify trends, monitor student engagement, evaluate learning effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making in improving the quality of education.Processing log large data was optimized by the use of Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and python programming language to extract, transform and load data (ETL) then convert the information to specific chart. By analyzing the result, we found some information regarded to student total activities by date, day, hour and also heatmap chart which represent total student activities by hour and day. Finally, the whole series of the processes are proposed as the assessment of e-learning activity on higher education.
