Abstract

The purpose for this study is to convert mechanical vibration into electrical Power. Our target is to provide enough power for 1.2 V rechargeable battery having 160 . The investigation was conducted experimentally in electrical mechanical engineering laboratory. Four piezoelectric was connected to circuits in series mode called 1 module. In order to recharge the battery having voltage 1.2 volt, the measurement of the intensity of the loudspeaker was verified. According to table 1, it was found that at 2  of vibration is best because the value is 1.4 V nearest to 1.2 V. It was found that the mechanical vibration can be converted into electric power. It was found that to recharge 160  having 1.2 V, the 20 modules are needed.

Abstract

Proses pengelasan GTAW banyak digunakan untuk industri makanan, pressure vessel,pesawat terbang maintenance dan manufaktur. Parameter-parameter pengelasan GTAWoptimal merupakan salah satu faktor utama  untuk menghasilkan lasan yang baik. Akantetapi pada pengelasan manual Beberapa masalah yang timbul pada pengelasan adalahperbedaan tingkat keahlian operator las serta perubahan kondisi fisik dan psikis operatorlas. Tujuan utama rancang bangun ini adalah membuat desain, manufaktur mesin lasGTAW semiotomatis dapat bekerja dengan baik. Ujicoba pengelasan kemudiandievaluasi menggunakan metode visual. Rancang bangun ini terdapat 3 sistem yaitu sistem pengelasan, Sistem Monitoring,  Kontrol dan Penggerak Pengelasan GTAW, sistem feeder kawat las(Gambar 3.2 ). Rangka berupa meja ukuran 1x1 m dan terbuat dariprofil hollow baja karbon rendah. Hasil pengujian mesin las dapat bekerja dengan baik.Hasil uji coba pengelasan menunjukkan bahwa .

Abstract

Corn is the second food source of food after rice. The use of corn for the food industry is highly developed and varied for the middle and upper industries such as the light food industry, corn oil, cornstarch, grits, margarine, sugar and so on. However, on a farmer or small business scale, corn is generally only sold as snacks or snacks. In an effort to increase the added value and implementation of corn, it is necessary to process corn into corn cracker products. This study discusses (1) Knowing the quality of taste, aroma, texture and crispness of pulut crackers based on young corn and old corn, (2) As a source of information for making quality corn crackers and (3)This research uses a descriptive method that compares two or more facts, with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method consisting of 2 processing of young corn crackers and old corn crackers, organoleptic tests conducted in 3 higher villages in Tojo Una-Una Regency and each village consists from 20 organoleptic test participants. Can be considered 60 organoleptic test participants. The results showed that there were more corn crackers than those who didn't. Organoleptic test of corn crackers that is produced is young corn crackers. Corn crackers on crispness parameters were stated to be the highest value of 48.16%, Color 39.3%, taste 36% and aroma 35%. Organoleptic test of the three villages which preferred corn crackers is Padang Tumbuo Village.

Abstract

Research on the "effectiveness of the fungus Metarhizium anisopliae as a biological control agent against the larvae of the fly Musca domestica (L)” was done and focusingin determination of the effectiveness of this fungus as a biological control agent against Musca domestica larvae and to determine LC (Lethal Concentration) 50 and LC 90 on this biological control proceses. This study was designed in a completely randomized design consisting of 6 treatments and 3 replications. Arrangement of treatments i.e. the concentration of M. anisopliae in distilled water was; Po = distilled water without spore suspension, P1 = 5.1 × 1010 spores / mL, P2 = 2.0 × 1010 spores / mL, P3 = 1.0 × 1010 spores / mL, P4 = 5.1 × 109 spores / mL, and P5 = 2.0 × 109 spores / mL. Based on the observations, the mortality percentage rate was reached 93.33% as it in the treatment of spora concentration of 5.1 x1010 spores / mL.Probit analysis showed that LC50 was 8.3 x109 spores / mL with the range between the lower limit and the upper limit were 6.24 x109 spores / mL -11.43 x109 spores / mL. While the LC 90 was 5.0 x1010 spores / mL with the range of the lower limit until the upper limit were 2.8 x1010 spores / mL - 9.9 x1011 spores / mL. Key words: Metarhizium anisopliae, Musca domestica, effectiveness, mortality, biological control

Abstract

Abstrak: The implementation of the Islamic educational system that develops today in Islamic countries isthe education system characterized by the dichotomy of science that is the separation between the science ofreligion (‘ulum al-naqliyah) and the general science (‘ulum al-‘aqliyah), Islamic education also in practicestill able to develop all the potential that exists in human beings in a comprehensive manner that can deliverhuman being into a complete human / kamil (perfect), so that with the problems of education can haveimplications for the decline of Islamic education and resulted in the deterioration of the quality of Muslimsin the modern civilization today. The type of this research is literature research, the research approach usedis historical approach (historical) and conceptual analysis approach, data collection instrument by collectingthe literature on the topic studied, tracing the rich figures studied and tracing the work of others relatedto the thinking of the figures studied , Method of data analysis with method of interpretation, induction anddeduction of data source is primary and secondary source.Muhammad Qutub argues that Islamic education is an Islamic education essentially implemented bylooking at all three aspects possessed by human reason, spiritual and physical, by not ignoring one of them sothat by harmonizing the three aspects of human mind, spirit and body, can produce Muslim individual whohave noble character, possess the skills and can be beneficial to himself, his society and his environment. He hasthe view that in Islamic education there is no existing dichotomy of science is the interstation between thescience of religion and general science and this is the human nature given by Allah SWT.Pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan Islam yang berkembang dewasa ini di Negara-negara Islamialah sistem pendidikan yang bercirikan pada dikhotomi ilmu yaitu pemisahan antara ilmuagama (‘ulûmul al-naqliyah) dan ilmu umum (‘ulûm al-aqliyah), pendidikan Islam juga dalamperakteknya belum mampu mengembangkan segala potensi yang ada pada diri manusia secarakomperehensif yang dapat mengantarkan manusia menjadi manusia yang paripurna/kamil(sempurna), sehingga dengan permasalahan tersebut dapat berimplikasi terhadap kemunduranpendidikan Islam dan berakibat menurunnya kualitas umat Islam di kancah peradaban moderndewasa ini. Abstract

A room heating device equipped with a temperature control system that will be used to regulate the room temperature so that it is stable at a certain value. Before designing the hardware and setting the control methods that will be used, to simplify the design, a system response simulation is first carried out. In order to simulate the response of the temperature control system in the heating room, a mathematical model of the heating room and the temperature control system used is needed. Therefore, an approach using the FOPDT method is used to determine the mathematical model of the heating space. After obtaining a suitable mathematical model for the heating room in this research case, it is continued by providing a control gain (P-I-D) so that the performance of the heating room control system meets the requirements. To get the gain value (P-I-D), tuning is carried out using the ultimate cycle method. Providing Kp=0.06 to this temperature control system provides a steady state error performance of 5°C, rise time of 247 seconds and overshoot of 10°C. The addition of 1/Ti = 0.00133 and the change in Kp = 0.027 resulting from ultimate cycle tuning, have the effect of eliminating the steady state error but increasing the rise time to 530 seconds. The addition of Td = 112.5 and changes in 1/Ti = 0.0022 and Kp = 0.036 resulting from ultimate cycle tuning, have the effect of reducing the rise time to 380 seconds, but increasing the overshoot to 18°C

Abstract

This study aims to examine environmental issues and their resolution through the lens of Islamic environmental theology, drawing on Ibrahim Abdul Matin’s ideas. The focus is to explore how Islamic teachings from the Qur'an and Hadith can provide a theological foundation for addressing environmental challenges and raising Muslim awareness of the environmental crisis. Using a qualitative library research method, data from relevant primary and secondary sources are collected and analyzed based on predetermined categories. The findings reveal that Islam's environmental theology rests on six key principles: Tauhid (God’s unity with creation), Reflecting on God’s Signs, Khalifah (Earth stewardship), Amanah (Trust), ‘Adl (Justice), and Mizan (Balance). These principles affirm that environmental preservation is a spiritual obligation in Islam and promote human responsibility toward nature.
