Abstract

The minutes are brief notes on the report of the meeting. This study aims to establish a Data Processing System Application Minutes of Meetings In Engineering Program Information STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi in order to simplify and speed up the data processing reporter minutes of the meeting on Informatics Engineering Program STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi which has not been computerize. The system is built using the programming language Borland Delphi 7 and Microsoft Access 2007 as Database. The input data is the data lecturer informatics engineering course, meeting rooms, and meeting outcomes. The input data will be processed in the process of recording minutes of the meeting. While the output of the data report meeting minutes Informatics Engineering Program. The results showed that with the construction of the application system, the process of data processing and report creation data meeting minutes become easier, faster, and data recording errors can be avoided, so that the process of reporting to the Head of Department of Information Engineering STMIK Nurdin Hamza can be according to the schedule determined.

Abstract

Field Work Experience is a student activity conducted scientifically, systematically placing residents and family as a central point of development, and sustainable. Data processing Field Work Experience in IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin Jambi has not been using the database, so the frequent errors and delays. This study aims to establish a system of data processing applications Field Work Experience at the Public Service Center IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin of Jambi. The system is built using Delphi 7 Programming Language and Microsoft Access 2007 as Database. Data input is the data lecturer, faculty, students, groups, and locations Field Work Experience. The input data will be processed in the registration process, the small groups, shelters, and assessment Field Work Experience. While the output of participant data reports, post, and the value of student kukerta IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin of Jambi . The results showed that with the application system, the data processing kukerta become easier, faster, and data recording errors can be avoided, so that the process of submitting reports to the Head of Public Service Center IAIN Sulthan Taha Saifuddin of Jambi can be according to a set schedule.

Abstract

All this time occor the increasing of interest in using computer for artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is activity that provides the machines such as computer with ability to show behavior is considered intelligent if it observed by human. One of Artificial intelligence is the expert system to detect the damage of laptop. The expert system is built by PHP programming lenguage, and using my SQL as database. Input data in this expert system are data of damage indication, kinds of damage data and the ways to repair, solution data, and user data. Input data will be processed to detect damage in laptop by using backward chaining and this system will provide output such as data of damage indication, kinds of damage, the ways to repair the damage and this data will be provide for user with the function the user can know damage in their laptop and also in order the user can repair the damage of laptop by theselves.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) play an important role in economic development because labor absorption rate is relatively high and needs little capital investment. Therefore, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono inaugurated the MSME credit underwriting pattern with the name People's Business Credit and supported by Presidential Instruction No. 5 of 2008 on the 2008-2009 Economic Focus Program to ensure the implementation or acceleration of the implementation of these small loans. Koperasi Bunga Mawar in determining the loan eligibility of beneficiaries is closely related to decision making that involves a lot of criteria. This study aims to develop a system that can support decision making for credit loan recipients in Koperasi Bunga Mawar with Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM), so that the resulting decision in accordance with the criteria of a predetermined and well-deserved recipient of the loan is given credit. The system is built using the programming language Delphi 7.0 with the input data are the data of potential borrowers, criteria, rating interests, and suitability rating, and the output are the information on the calculation and the best candidates for loan recipients. Decision making based on criteria as a condition that has been determined by the cooperative. With the construction of this system is expected to facilitate and accelerate the Koperasi Bunga Mawar in the decision-making process and eligible members are entitled to receive a credit loan.

Abstract

The questionnaire is an assessment tool in the form of a list of questions to obtain information from a number of respondents. The questionnaire data processing Informatics Engineering Program in the process of data input and reporting are still using Microsoft Excel software. This study aims to build Application Questionnaire Data Processing Lecturer at the Department of Information Engineering STMIK Nurdin Hamza program to facilitate and accelerate the process of data processing Lecturer Performance Assessment Questionnaire. This application is built using Delphi 7 Programming Languages ​​and SQLyog as databases. Data input is a lecturer of data, the data subject, the data scale value of each variable question. The input data will be processed through the calculation of the value of the questionnaire and produce the output of the average value calculation results of questionnaires each lecturer. The results showed, with this application, the data processing and reporting of student assessment questionnaire to the lecturer at the Department of Information Engineering STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi become easier, faster and data recording errors can be avoided, so that the process of reporting to the head of study program can be appropriate the specified time.

Abstract

Teacher certification is the process of awarding certificates to the teacher educators who have fulfilled the requirements. In order to uphold the principles of accountability honest certification, transparent, and objective in UPTD of Singkut District Jambi, the study aims to build an application Decisi on Support System (DSS) Eligibility Provision of Teacher Certification with Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) Method. Applications built is expected to help the parties UPTD of Singkut District Jambi in providing teacher certification to teachers who have met the criteria. Data input to the application is based on the teacher data and the requirements data as a teacher certification criteria. While the ouput is a form of information in the form of teacher data reports deserving teacher certification. This application was built using Delphi 7.0 programming connected with the MySQL database for data storage. The results showed FMCDM method can be applied to the feasibility of providing decision support system of teacher certification in the UPTD of Singkut District Jambi. With the decision support system, the more objective the provision of teacher certification based on requirements that are owned by the teacher.

Abstract

Determination of nutrient intake in pregnant women is categorized as one example the case of multiple criteria, due to the capacity determination of nutrition, the diet of preg nant women is different, so do not rule out the possibility that making a decision is a very vital in determining the decisions to be taken on nutrition pregnant mother. Decision-making can be influenced by several aspects, it can affect the speed in taking decisions by decision makers when decision-making must be quick and accurate. This research aims to develop a decision support system for the selection of nutritious food for pregnant women using the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Fuzzy AHP method is an analytical method development of AHP. Although AHP is used in dealing with qualitative and quantitative criteria in AHP Fuzzy MCDM yet considered better in describing the decision vague than AHP. The system is built with the programmin g language delphi7 connected with PHPMyAdmin MySQL database. The input data in this system are: the data criteria and subcriteria, the food menu data, the data of pregnant women. While the output is on the food menu selection with election results or methods of Fuzzy AHP. The results showed that with a decision support system Fuzzy AHP method, pregnant women can determine the diet based on the recommendation.

Abstract

Initial diagnosis expert system of livestock disease of goats is a computer-based system that is used as a tool for initial diagnosis the diseases in goat that is based on a dynamic knowledge base. The knowledge base consists of the knowledge gained from various sources including from the experience of experts, those are veterinarians, breeders of goats, and also books related to the disease in livestock of goats which were later collected into a database that is required for making conclusions. In constructing this system the method used is Certainty Factor, with the input data including the value of certainty and uncertainty of clinical symptoms experienced by goats. A programming language used is Delphi 7 which is connected with a database of Microsoft Office Access 2007. Based on the study, the obtained results determined the disease in goats is based on the calculation of certainty and uncertainty symptoms experienced by goats, so the certainty Factor value for an illness suffered by animals such as goats stated as initial diagnosis.

Abstract

The development of science and technology offers facilities in carrying out the activity and employment. The presence of this technology is intended to achieve better results in achieving the accuracy of information. With a good information system will provide easy access to a variety of things to be desired. Implementation of technology is the application of soft computing that can help improve a person's performance at work and overcome existing within the school environment as well as decision support systems. One method that is used by principals to improve education quality by assessing the performance of teachers. Its aim is to determine the level of quality teachers in schools with an application based decision support system, it is intended that the assessment would be far more effective. This is done with the input of several criteria as indicators and generate performance assessment reports.
