Abstract

Fungsi Stud Bolt adalah untuk mengikat casing atas dan casing bawah pada turbin uap 330 MW, bekerja pada temperatur ± 538° operasi terus menerus 24 jam dan sudah beroperasi selama ± 25 tahun. Kerusakan yang terjadi mengalami patah dan retak padaleher ulir stud Bolt.Jika kerusakan diabaikan, maka uap dalam turbin tidak akan berjalan semestinya. Analisa pengkajian penyebab utama terjadinya kerusakan melalui beberapa pengujian fraktografi, metalografi, uji kekerasan,uji SEM, komposisi kimia dan pengamatan perubahan sifat mekanis logam material Stud Bolt akibat pengaruh panas tekanan dan getaran. Hasil dari pengujian SEM denganmenggunakandetektor BSE  terlihatpatahanyang terjadimerupakanpatahan brittle. Hasil pengujian komposisi  kimiadan PMI kandungan Ni sebesar 34.5 - 35.5 %,dengan Cr sebesar 14.8 - 16.6 %.Hasil pengujian kekerasanmasihsesuaidengannilaistandarjikadibandingkandenganstandarmaterial SA-453 M  Gr. 665 class A sebesar 328 - 410 HV (maks). Penyebab utama kerusakan digunakan untuk pengembangan kwalitas Stud Bolt serta optimasi usaha memperpanjang umur operasional (life time) meliputi perbaikan desain, material, manufaktur, cara pemasangan serta penerapan system manajemen pemeliharan yang tepat.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all academic community members: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community. Seeing the location of the campus which is not far from the location of Serpakan Parakan South Tangerang, it has become an obligation for Pamulang University (Unpam) to participate in helping various problems faced by the community both near and far. The use of air conditioning machines for the home is not an exclusive thing, but it is almost the general public to use a cooling machine for convenience. Therefore the engine cooling system maintenance becomes an important thing. PKM with the title: "Counseling Household Split Air Conditioning Care" To Warag Communities in Parakan RT 009 / RW09 Pondok Benda Pamulang Tangerang Selatan - Banten "in general went smoothly and in an orderly manner. The visitors were enthusiastic in listening to the explanations and demonstrations given. The enthusiasm of the visitors continued when the questions and answers surrounding the demonstration. This PKM activity was considered effective because the level of visitor interest was quite high in the engine maintenance system.Keywords: counseling, engine cooling, maintenance

Abstract

The writing of this study was conducted to measure the circle of variations of aluminum alloy 6061 with a diameter of 20mm, 25mm and 30mm, respectively the speed on the CNC frais engine is different, among others, low speed 500 Rpm, medium speed 700 Rpm and high speed of 1000 Rpm. In addition, the results of frais CNC 3 Axis machine are validated using Profile Projector measuring tool that has a higher accuracy rate compared to other measuring instruments.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of CNC engine speed with low, medium and high speeds on the dimensions of diameters of 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. and to find out the results of the deviation measure and accuracy of the hole work process by using frais CNC machine and Digital Caliper measuring instrument and Profile Projector.The result of this study was that the variation values of sample measurements using Varnier Caliper Digital and Profile Projector were heavily influenced by machine speed, and the result of the average deviation value was very pharmaceutical.  Keywords: Measurement of aluminum alloy diameter 6061, frais CNC machine Results 3 Axis with speeds of 500, 700, and 1000 Rpm, with Profile Projector measurement
