Abstract

Plate Wire mengalami kerusakan ketika akan dilakukan proses spiral setelah di proses rolling dari solid wire. Kerusakan yang terjadi patah  pada  saat awal proses spiral. Dengan pengamatan visual kerusakan Plate Wire, harus dilakukan pengujian - pengujian untuk memastikan penyebab kerusakan tersebut meliputi pengujian komposisi material, uji kekerasan, dan uji metalografi dan pengamatan struktur mikro. Analisa hasil pengujian di bandingkan dengan literatur, standart material internasional, dan faktor - faktor pendukung lainnya  diharapkan mampu menjadi referensi pengambilan keputusan yang tepat tentang penyebab  utama kerusakan. Hasil uji komposisi kima yang paling berpengaruh unsur karbon (C) pada (0,648 % C) tidak sesuai dengan  standar JIS G4051 2007 (0.42 – 0,48%C), dan rata - rata nilai kekerasan  sebesar 488,666 HV tidak sesuai dengan  standar JIS G4051 2007 (160 – 230) HV.  Kesimpulan penyebab utama kerusakan digunakan untuk  pengembangan kwalitas Plate Wire serta upaya improvement sifat material untuk memperpanjang umur material (life time) meliputi heat treatment, komposisi material, manufaktur,  serta penerapan  prosedur  kerja   yang tepat.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which in its implementation is inseparable from the other two dharmas, and involves all academic community members: lecturers, students, education staff and alumni. Through PKM the academic community can be present in the midst of the community. Seeing the location of the campus which is not far from the location of Serpakan Parakan South Tangerang, it has become an obligation for Pamulang University (Unpam) to participate in helping various problems faced by the community both near and far. The use of air conditioning machines for the home is not an exclusive thing, but it is almost the general public to use a cooling machine for convenience. Therefore the engine cooling system maintenance becomes an important thing. PKM with the title: "Counseling Household Split Air Conditioning Care" To Warag Communities in Parakan RT 009 / RW09 Pondok Benda Pamulang Tangerang Selatan - Banten "in general went smoothly and in an orderly manner. The visitors were enthusiastic in listening to the explanations and demonstrations given. The enthusiasm of the visitors continued when the questions and answers surrounding the demonstration. This PKM activity was considered effective because the level of visitor interest was quite high in the engine maintenance system.Keywords: counseling, engine cooling, maintenance

Abstract

This research discusses the topic of the role of technology-based learning media such as virtual museums in supporting the history learning process in schools. The position of history learning that has a central role in directing students to always be a superior generation, teachers should be able to create a learning process that is no longer focused on textbooks alone, but can present learning contextually with the help of alternative learning media that have innovative values such as virtual museums because they can foster students' interest in learning history. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain descriptively related to the use of virtual museums as an alternative learning medium to introduce history to SDI Azzahro students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a data collection process using observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that the use of virtual museums as a learning medium in history teaching and learning activities at SDI Azzahro has a positive impact as evidenced by the response of students to be more enthusiastic in learning history and dare to convey their understanding of the historical material they have studied in front of their friends.Penelitian ini membahas topik tentang peran media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi seperti museum virtual dalam memunjang proses pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah. Posisi pembelajaran sejarah yang memiliki peran sentral dalam mengarahkan peserta didik untuk senantiasa menjadi generasi unggul, sudah seharusnya guru dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang tidak lagi terfokus pada buku teks saja, namun dapat menghadirkan pembelajaran secara kontekstual dengan bantuan media pembelajaran alternatif yang memiliki nilai inovatif seperti museum virtual karena dapat menumbuhkan daya minat peserta didik dalam belajar sejarah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan secara deskriptif terkait dengan penggunaan museum virtual sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif untuk mengenalkan sejarah kepada peserta didik SDI Azzahro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan proses pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan museum virtual sebagai media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sejarah di SDI Azzahro memberikan dampak yang positif yang dibuktikan dengan respon peserta didik menjadi lebih semangat dalam belajar sejarah dan berani dalam menyampaikan kembali pemahamannya akan materi sejarah yang telah dipelajarinya depan teman-temannya.

Abstract

The writing of this study was conducted to measure the circle of variations of aluminum alloy 6061 with a diameter of 20mm, 25mm and 30mm, respectively the speed on the CNC frais engine is different, among others, low speed 500 Rpm, medium speed 700 Rpm and high speed of 1000 Rpm. In addition, the results of frais CNC 3 Axis machine are validated using Profile Projector measuring tool that has a higher accuracy rate compared to other measuring instruments.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of CNC engine speed with low, medium and high speeds on the dimensions of diameters of 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. and to find out the results of the deviation measure and accuracy of the hole work process by using frais CNC machine and Digital Caliper measuring instrument and Profile Projector.The result of this study was that the variation values of sample measurements using Varnier Caliper Digital and Profile Projector were heavily influenced by machine speed, and the result of the average deviation value was very pharmaceutical.  Keywords: Measurement of aluminum alloy diameter 6061, frais CNC machine Results 3 Axis with speeds of 500, 700, and 1000 Rpm, with Profile Projector measurement
