Abstract

Education is an important factor inside mankind’s existence. However, choosing a great and promising place to learn is a very hard thing to do, especially for senior high school student who want to continue their education into the university. There are a lot of universities around us and a lot of major or concentration that we must choose before entering a university Considering this issue, Some application will be developed and the application will help people in understanding some majors those are available and help people to know about some universities in Indonesia whether about vision, mission, curriculum, etc. This application will not be a boring information application that provides information in text and let user read it. This is rather an attractive application that will tell some information about each major in speech and also give information about each university when user scan the university logo with computer vision. Not only that, after user scans the university logo, video profile of the university will be played and then user can pause, stops or plays the video also by using speech. Some additional feature like migration into major field and website link will also be provided.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah suatu siasat untuk meningkatkan kewibawaan yang mampu menggerakkan orang lain, baik secara individu maupun kelompok dalam suatu organisasi sehingga menimbulkan kemauan dan kemampuan berbuat sesuatu dalam mencapai tujuan positif organisasi. Tujuan diadakannya program pelatihan dasar ini adalah untuk Mewujudkan Kepemimpinan OSIS yang Aktif dan Kreatif dalam menghadapi era digital di SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Pusat Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Selain itu untuk membentuk karakter siswa menjadi lebih mandiri dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang aktif dan kreatif, serta membekali dan meningkatkan kemampuan berorganisasi bagi siswa. Metode pelatihan dilakukan secara interatif langsung dengan pendekatan diskusi dan permainan. Tahapan pelatihan melalui tiga tahapan antara lain: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan memperlihatkan keinginan kuat para siswa dalam mengikuti pelatihan khususnya dari anggota OSIS dan didampingi oleh guru bidang kemahasiswaan. Leadership harus dimiliki setiap individu dalam memimpin suatu organaisasi untuk mencapai tujuan. OSIS sebagai media organisasi dapat menjadi sarana ujicoba bagi siswa dalam mengimplementasikan leadership yang dimiliki. Leadership tidak hanya bakat tetapi juga harus dipelajari, agar pengeloaan organisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Kesimpulan, pelatihan kepemimpinan sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi setiap individu agar dapat menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan, organisasi, mengarahkan dan control. Leadership is a strategy to increase authority that can move other people, both individually and in groups within an organization, thereby creating the will and ability to do something to achieve the organization's positive goals. The aim of holding this basic training program is to create active and creative OSIS leadership in facing the digital era at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Pusat for the 2022/2023 academic year. Apart from that, it is to shape students' character to be more independent and have an active and creative leadership spirit, as well as equipping and improving students' organizational skills. The training method is carried out directly interactively with a discussion and game approach. The training stages go through three stages, including: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training showed the students' strong desire to take part in the training, especially from OSIS members and accompanied by student affairs teachers. Leadership must be possessed by every individual in leading an organization to achieve its goals. OSIS as an organizational media can be a testing ground for students in implementing their leadership. Leadership is not only a talent but also must be learned, so that organizational management can run well in accordance with the goals set. In conclusion, leadership training has become a necessity for every individual to be able to carry out management functions, namely planning, organization, directing and control.
